Can the topic for this be changed to something like "For Pop/Rock Fans"? So far, I will say we truly have pop/rock fans in naija and most especially in Lagos. This is because over 70% of them I have come across stay in Lagos.

Although I do not stay in Lagos, most of the rock buddies I knew while I schooled in Owerri were all based in Lagos. I stay in Port Harcourt and sometimes in Ughelli. I became a rock fan after two years of weekin weekout of watching WWE. If you do as well as play the game Smackdown Vs Raw you will understand better. Thats why some say its for action.

u cant rule out demon completely from rock or any other genre of music but i think rock is more pronounce. I also want you to know that there are lots of gospel rock band out there, even heavy metal gospel rock, atleast i've seen some on the net and in Wow videos. I love rock alot but definitly not metal. Although am not a CFC fan but I admit I miss his presence in the league as well as in the world of football. Am sure every yoruba person will be familiar with the comon saying among children when playing "emi ni actor ewo ni boss".To me I see him as the bad guy in a movie, without which it will not be interesting even though the good guy is there. Once he is dead it looks like the movie has ended. Also the way the  movie ends, i.e the bad guy dies, tells how interesting the movie is to some extent. To me in the case of Mourinho he died in a way that makes it not that interesting.

Also in another view he looks like the good guy, except for the fact that he later died while the bad guy and his group are still alive. This is because of the pressure he received from the press, the FA and even his own boss that hired him.

To you all which side is he?

My favourite song is "Ugly" by "The exies" it was used as the official theme song for survivor series 2004. I also like the song used for the opening of the weekly show "monday night raw" and HHH entrance music

This is for those who love rock music as well as watch World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). You will get to know that most of the entrance songs of the superstars as well as the theme songs used for the various pay per view and shows are rock songs.
Which of these songs are your favourites?

[b]I was just wondering why people watch wrestling.I watch tna occasionally but mainly follow the wwe on a weekly basis.

In general in the wwe each wreslters matches tend to be the same, e.g. in a typical benoit match u will see the belly 2 back suplex like 3 times in a row, in a kurt angle match you will see him slap on the ankle lock like 3 times before somebody taps out. This gets a little boring after a while.

We all know wreslting is fake and the injuries they suffer are no way near as brutal as mma, (in most cases), so why do we watch wrestling?
I mean we know that every pinfall before a finisher will be a kick out. Its not exaclty exciting having loads of near falls because you know the match wont end till somebody hits their finisher. Matches these days dont exaclty keep me on the edge of my seat.

So again i ask why do we watch wrestling?
Is it the promos
Is it because the wwe has this soap opera type feel ending on a cliff hanger each week to encourage you to tune in to watch the next week?
Is it the wreslting?? If so then what do you like about it?? I used to turn a blind eye to the fact that the winner of each match was pre determined but I dont think I can anymore.

You know what really pisses me off? When the ref gets knocked out in every main event! Its like come on FFS why does this happen everytime. I also get pissed coz heels never ever win without cheating. In JBLs title reign he broke the rules in almost every match he had.

I think the raw storylines are better then they have been in a long time with kane v kane, the dx reunion and the whole cena/ecw thing. But i find myself tuning in to see what is gonna happen with the storyline rather then tuning in to see the wrestling.
