up all its points at home and did not earn a single
away point: 18 home wins, 1 home draw and 19
away losses.
Imagine this kind result. Yet we point fingers to those in power as the root cause of every in the country refusing to accept that we all contribute. Chai, corruption don eat too deep enter this we country Nigeria. This is just similar to the kind of results you'll get from elections.

Yes truly PHCN has been a failure. Something you should know is that, it is not every PHCN worker that is responsible for electric power. Among them are some other professionals such as doctors, nurses, primary/secondary school teachers, accountants, lawyers, etc.

That may true following the info you provided: about 55 per cent of the workforce have not been paid.

Jbluv55: Over 2,000 workers of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) on Monday 28th October, embarked on protest over the delay in payment of severance benefits to about 55 per cent of the workforce.

Others are non-payment of benefits of retirees who disengaged in 2011 and non- regularisation of service of some casual workers.

Since according to you, he has not been able to tell the difference, please tell us. I will love to know the difference between a Spirit & Spiritual Being. Give examples of each as much as possible. Thank you.

Goshen360: First, it is very clear you don't even understand the question asked. However, I take it as an answer to the question in your best ability. Since you just said with emphasis on every commandment from of God is what you obey or do by His grace. Let's go further,

Leviticus 15:19-30
Amplified Bible (AMP)

Do you by HIS GRACE obey this commandment from God? And don't tell me its 'ceremonial' law or commandment o because I will further ask you where scripture made distinction for some laws being moral and some being ceremonial.

Leviticus 19:27
Amplified Bible (AMP)

27 You shall not round the corners of the hair of your heads nor trim the corners of your beard [as some idolaters do].

Again, do you BY HIS GRACE obey this commandment?
This one tough o. The best I can say about this question/law is that Christ came to simplify these laws which all boils than to love.

Christianity EtcRe: The Prophets Of Hell by akpos4uall(m): 9:20pm On Oct 07, 2013
I think we've all misinterpreted what the op is trying to say. Firstly, he never said hell fire or the lake of fire doesn't exist. His main point is that, the lake of fire is a future event not something that is happening already. The dead are still in their grave (return to dust from where they were formed). It is till the 2nd coming of Christ that the dead in Christ will resurrect to reign with Christ. After which judgment for the devil and his followers will be consumed in the lake of fire which is the 2nd death. Hence why all these stories of the dead already in hell fire when the 2nd coming of Christ have not occurred.

They have tried in vain to tell us ronaldo is the best footballer in the world, better than messi. And when they failed woefully because messi keeps setting standards ronaldo can't match, for the first time in history we are hearing of this 'most complete' bvllsh1t! Don't worry people the world football body fifa will introduce most complete footballer ballon dor next year.
In addition to that, what is the essence of being a more complete player than a rival yet overall you end up as 2nd to your rival. Btw, football is a team sport. We all know Messi is a far better team player than CR7. That alone should be enough to make Messi a so called more Complete Player.

FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking Procedure
How are points calculated in
the FIFA/Coca-Cola World
Ranking?
The basic logic of these calculations is simple:
any
team that does well in world football wins
points
which enable it to climb the world ranking.
A team’s total number of points over a four-
year
period is determined by adding:
· the average number of points gained from
matches during the past 12 months;
and
· the average number of points gained from
matches older than 12 months (depreciates
yearly).
Calculation of points for a single match
The number of points that can be won in a
match
depends on the following factors:
• Was the match won or drawn? (M)
• How important was the match (ranging from
a
friendly match to a FIFA World Cup™ match)?
(I)
• How strong was the opposing team in terms
of
ranking position and the confederation to
which they
belong? (T and C)
These factors are brought together in the
following
formula to ascertain the total number of points
(P).
P = M x I x T x C
The following criteria apply to the calculation
of
points:
M: Points for match result
Teams gain 3 points for a victory, 1 point for a
draw
and 0 points for a defeat. In a penalty shoot-
out, the
winning team gains 2 points and the losing
team
gains 1 point.
I: Importance of match
Friendly match (including small
competitions): I = 1.0
FIFA World Cup™ qualifier or confederation-
level
qualifier: I = 2.5
Confederation-level final competition or FIFA
Confederations Cup: I = 3.0
FIFA World Cup™ final
competition: I
= 4.0
T: Strength of opposing team
The strength of the opponents is based on the
formula: 200 – the ranking position of the
opponents
As an exception to this formula, the team at
the top
of the ranking is always assigned the value
200 and
the teams ranked 150th and below are
assigned a
minimum value of 50. The ranking position is
taken
from the opponents’ ranking in the most
recently
published FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking.
C: Strength of confederation
When calculating matches between teams
from
different confederations, the mean value of
the
confederations to which the two competing
teams
belong is used. The strength of a
confederation is
calculated on the basis of the number of
victories by
that confederation at the last three FIFA World
Cup™
competitions (see following page). Their
values are
as follows:
UEFA/CONMEBOL 1.00
CONCACAF 0.88
AFC/CAF 0.86 OFC
0.85

Car TalkRe: FRSC Writes Toyota Over High Rate Of Crashes by akpos4uall(m): 6:03pm On Sep 07, 2013
Ok fine, we are all agree Toyato products are more in Nigeria than others but the FRSC still took a step in the right direction with the stats provided especially with the mention of fire. A data showing us the number of accidents per 100,000 of the various car products will give us a better picture. This is possible if they know the total amount of each of the various car products in the country.

The sort of comments seen here reminds me of a story an officer gave. He said that during an awareness on safety in an oil company, he showed them a data by a world organisation about road accidents with Nigeria having one of the highest worldwide in years. A worker said we have the highest because "Oyinbo get bad belle for us"
Car TalkRe: FRSC Writes Toyota Over High Rate Of Crashes by akpos4uall(m): 6:36pm On Sep 06, 2013
Jehovah Shalom: Asides from the obvious fact that Toyota Brands hold sway here in Nigeria.

The statement of the commander is also politically motivated. How can u say The Young Shall Grow Has the highest number of Road Crashes (that's a bad business for them already)

And he later went on to mention two other road transpoters (HTC & ADC) who have installed sleeep limits in their buses.

That's an unfair statement. Its against the ethics of moral, equity and justice.
Not exactly what you think. I just attended a week course on safety. From what I've learnt, what he just did is what they call audit. It is simply correcting weaknesses or strengthening/recommending/encouraging strengths found in a system as the case may be. Also, the major cause of the accidents is not the conditions or state of the roads, motors etc but the driver because he is in control over these other factors. Finally, safety is for all, be it oga at the top, cleaner, papa, mama, old or young because action taken by me can cause damage to me as well as others and even the generation yet unborn.

I use this as an opportunity to encourage us all to attend a training on any safety course through http://www.nispnigeria.org/
http://www.nispnigeria.org/courses.php They have branches across the country.

It is as a result of the lack of awareness on safety that these accidents and some comments posted here keep happening. You and I have a role to play. Act safely.
PoliticsCapital Punishment: Oshiomhole Carpets UN, EU, Others by akpos4uall(op): 9:57pm On Jul 05, 2013
Edo state governor, Adams Oshiomhole, has
informed the international community that
Nigeria as a sovereign nation will always uphold
its constitution.
He said this while reacting to the United Nations,
European Union and others, over the hanging of
the four armed robbers sentenced to death by
hanging by the Supreme Court, the nation’s apex
court.
Speaking at the second annual seminar on the
“Role of Public Complaints Commission in a
democratic Nigeria’ organized by the Public
Complaint Commission, in Abuja on Thursday,
the governor maintained that anyone who
deliberately kill another deserves the capital
punishment.
“We are part of the international community and
my views must just be heard like the views of
any other person. I am concerned about death, I
am concerned about the sanctity of the human
life and even as a Catholic I am even more
fanatical about the sanctity of human life, he
said.
“As a governor and I believe it is the statement
of the European Union he (Ambassado David
Macrae, head of delegation to Nigeria and
ECOWAS European Union) is talking about the
rule of law, the rule of law is the fundamental of
human right.”
He said during his swearing-in, he swore to obey
the Nigerian constitution nd not resolutions,
communiqué and recommendations of the
international.
“The day I was sworn in, I subscribed to obey the
constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
there was no suggestion to me that I shall obey
the resolution of the UN or the European Union.
Continuing, “I do understand that there is no
such thing as universal values. As we speak
nations and humans battle ideas on the basis of
different value system and it will be abuse of my
own right and my own value if some one thinks
that his views are superior to my own value and
views.
“I do not think that my values are less human
and at any rate I will act according to my value
that is why I took vow and I say to my brother
Ambassador in trying to understand how best to
protect the sanctity of human live, we must ask
question is it better to pardon those who kill? If it
is so, will it lead to more people being killed or
should we tell the people that if you kill you don’t
have the right to live,” he said.
The governor who said that Nigeria is a sovereign
nation that struggled to gain independence so as
to live according to the norms, values and
culture of the people, regretted that those
Nigerians who tried to raise eyebrow over the
decision to execute the robbers, live on foreign
handouts.
“I did not do what I did in Edo may be because
President Goodluck wants me to do so, if
President Goodluck Jonathan tells me to go and
execute one that does not require it I will not. I
will tell him I am the head of the state
government.
“The reason is that both the president and
myself are the creation of law and we are to
abide by the Nigeria constitution. A guy went to
rob, after robbing his victim he was not done, he
brought out a cutlass and killed the guy, he was
not done, he severed the head from the body and
butchered the parts and buried them in different
locations in other for people not to know that
somebody was killed.
He said the police carried out a thorough
investigation and the law took its cause.
“They arrested this guy, took him to take them
where he buried the different parts and the
matter passed through the Edo State High Court,
to the Appeal Court and to the Supreme Court
“I have what is called prerogative
of mercy but as a catholic I asked
myself the ten commandments said that thy
shall not kill and God who has the infinite right to
forgive decided to create hell side by side
heaven, those he forgive go to heaven those he
did not forgive go to hell and if God should create
hell, who am I so I refused to exercised my
prerogative in favor of the robber so that the
order of the supreme court could be carried.
“But there are some idle lawyers who read law
upside down. I am happy the bar is here, the bar
must be guided by the code, when the supreme
court has pronounced a judgment somebody
goes to a High Court to challenge the decision of
the supreme court by a lower court, even we
know a lower court can’t question the supreme
court,” he said.
Governor Oshiomhole said it would amount to an
abuse of his own value if somebody should think
that his own value was superior to his
(Oshiomhole), adding that as a sovereign nation,
Nigeria defined its national interest and that no
other country should define the interest of the
country to Nigeria.
“Why should we respect the right of a criminal,
what of the right of the victim. In Edo State, if
you kill and the law finds you guilty and convicts
you, you will not live,” he said.
On the controversy trailing the Nigeria Governors
Forum election won by Governor Chibuike
Amaech of Rivers State, Governor Oshiomhole
said that he was amazed over the comments of
the President of the Nigeria Bar Association,
Okay Wali.
“The NBA, I have a complain against them. We
have had vibrant leadership and an activists as
NBA Presidents. I saw the NBA president lending
support to people who are not ready to accept a
small electoral defeat, he said.
“A man (Jona Jang) came from Jos and the other
one (Chibuike Amaechi) came from Rivers to
campaign for votes, the Jos man got 16 votes,
Rivers got 19 votes. Any day I see the new
president, the current president of the NBA, he is
an embarrassment to the NBA. He needs to
purge himself of those reactionary pro
establishment agencies.”
Reacting to the disagreement between the
Federal government and the National Assembly
in the passage of the Supplementary budget, the
former Labour President lamented that the non
release of the appropriation was affecting his
credibility as a governor.
“I heard that the Presidency and the Minister of
Finance who is the Coordinating Minister of the
Economy are aggrieved that the National
Assembly has refused to entertain or legislate on
the supplementary budget, the National
Assembly is saying it has passed the budget.
“My own fear remains how to address the
challenges facing Edo state. The ministry of
finance has not released my money in full. From
January till now more than N1.8 billion
appropriated to Edo is being delayed by Abuja
that is affecting my credibility as a governor to
fulfill my commitments to my contractors.
“If as a governor I can’t get my statutory
allocation on the basis of the rule of law, I am
aggrieved so if Public Complaint Commission can
help me. If we don’t manage the system well, we
are going to lose credibility before the people.”
He praised the FCT Commissioner of the PCC,
Chief Obunike Ohaegbu for the reformations that
he had brought to the commission, calling on
relevant authorities to further support the
commission.

I loaded the 1500 and sent the code. they welcomed me to airte Bb said I had 2.03GB

I tried to browse and notices my credit was going. I changed my Access point to internet.ng.Zain.com credit still going and finished. It stopped browsing but my 2.03gb still de.

I decide to unsubscribe since it didn't work, I sent deactivate to 440. I got deactivated, tend I loaded 1200 for my old Bb trick, *440*4# that gives 1gb.

I was welcomed to it and told I had 1gb data. I checked my data balance and saw, 3.03gb.

I start browsing and my credit ain't going no more. now the bandwidth is going.

so there u have it folks.

The key ingredient here is after you load the 1500 and activate be prepared to deactivate and load extra bandwidth. in my case, extra 1gb.
I'm afraid I have no choice but to try yours. This is because mine worked only once after subscribing for the 2Gb on my pc(about 80Mb used actually). The next time I attempted to connect on my pc, all went well until about 3 minutes later, connection refused to work only to find out that my account balance of about 100 is now zero. I've tried other bb plans as well as the 10Mb plan but I'm getting the reply that I can't migrate to other plans while I still have an active one.

A fool like Mourinho would manage the club for two or three years and find a reason to flee elsewhere. Compare that with the stability Six Alex brought to Man U with his 26-year stewardship. I'd say a man like David Moyes is the perfect fit. Mourinho would destroy Man U. Even as a Chelsea fan, I don't want Mourinho back in Chelsea, it would be "great" if he took his bullshyte to Man U.

drumdr: Although I haven't read all the posts, and I apologize ahead of time for not doing so, I thought I'd chime in. Being a pastor in America has it challenges, and If individuals choose to ignore my comments in light of all the problems (real or imagined) that America has inflicted upon the world, I understand.

There are several issues at hand, one being the tithe, the other the offering. The bible speaks of both, and in many instances, together. (I.E. Tithes & Offerings) There are also the issues of "giving", and/or "sharing".

Historically, we must remember that in the days of Abraham, there was no national leadership, other than Abraham himself. Even under Moses, the leadership the Hebrews had known was foreign and oppressive, (Egyptians.)
When Moses set up the tabernacle, the tribe of Levi was set apart from the other 11 tribes to tend to "temple" or tabernacle duties. The Levites were the priests and also the police. When judgment came from God, it was the Levites who were responsible for executing justice, even when it called for blood. The Levites were the judges, the police, and the tabernacle servants. As a result, the tithe became the way the tribe of Levi was "paid". They did not work as other tribes did, but were relegated to temple duties, and as a result, needed to be compensated. The compensation came in as "first fruits". These actual "fruits" became the food for the Levites, and eventually the coin became the medium of exchange. The tithe then was essentially what today we call "the tax".

The tax (tithe) was to pay government employees. (I.E. the Levites) Who were responsible for the welfare, safety and security of the people. They were not the army (each tribe contributed to the national army including the Levites) but were instead the government within the new nation of Israel. They eventually became the Sanhedrin, the scribes and Pharisees.

The abuse began to take hold as what was meant to be an "offering" rendered for services, eventually became a mandate. Jesus speaks to this cold hearted form of "government" often in the New Testament. He continually chastises the Pharisees for turning their hearts away from God. What happened? Well, the story of the money-changers in the temple speaks to this corruption. Jesus says they, the elite government ruling class, had turned the house of God into a den of robbers. This elite class were descendants of the tribe of Levi.

Today, we have a different form of government. Somewhere in history, secular government has taken control away from religious organizations and replaced it with the rule of law, in some countries. This is true in America, but not the whole world. Many countries still rely on the Clergy to keep the peace. In many countries, the "holy men" are equal with Heads Of State.

In America, it is my opinion, that the tithe is no longer valid. My reasoning is simple. The church (clergy, or "Levites"wink are no longer responsible for the welfare of the people, or their security. The government handles this with police, FBI, fire departments, judges, magistrates, and courts. The people pay taxes (30%-50% of their income) to the government for these services. For the church to take an additional 10% may be considered oppressive. The church is attempting to claim ground based on spiritual principles by saying, "We are the spiritual Israel" and "We take care of your immortal souls, " This kind of talk is gibberish. Each person is responsible for his/her own salvation according the bible. If you currently pay taxes for services like "law and order", protection, national security, etc, and the church is not providing it directly, then the church is not validated to receive the tithe.

Pastors have become arrogant by demanding the tithe and put fear into people by claiming damnation if you don't pay it. This is devilish. The word of God is meant to set people free, not put them in bondage. If pastors are real pastors, they provide the services of: comforting the sick and oppressed, taking care of widows and orphans, praying for the sick and needy, encouraging the church, and being an example of humility. As people see this compassion in action, it should (hopefully) compel them to give. This heartfelt gift is what we call "offerings".

If you are the regular recipient of comfort, good advise, wisdom, prayer, and encouragement, then you should be a cheerful giver in return, for you are fortunate indeed. This regular giving on the part of an individual represents their approval and agreement with the pastor's actions and the church vision and direction. If the church starts becoming arrogant, people may decide to quit giving. And so it goes on and on,

The reason pastors start demanding and oppressing the people is because it's easier than humility. Pride is always easier than humility.

If you want to stop corruption in churches, stop giving money to oppressive churches, and start giving it to humble leaders who walk with integrity. In this, we align ourselves with the will of God, for God gives grace to the humble, but destroys the proud, and those who align themselves with such.
