There is difference between Ògùn(River) and Ògún(god of war/Iron). People curse using Ògún (god of Iron/war) just as they use Sango(god of thunder) not Ògùn (river).

If the other south easterners relocate to the south east, it will further reduce the market pull of Lagos, thus making it less lucrative for business establishments to set up.

If the SSners in Lagos also move their businesses to the SS, Lagos will immediately revert to Abeokuta, with many federal investments.

I think Ekiti as the smallest state in the South West has more than 5 massive dams in Ikun, Ado, Egbe, Itapa etc. with another new one being constructed in Ogbẹsẹ. The problem isn't dams but distribution.
These dams in these states are also wonderful tourist attractions
