Racoon:You people simply like to wail and believe only you can tag, gaslight and bully. Hope you read what your papa Ezeife said. What have they done to Ezeife that said 'he would make sure Tinubu isn't sworn-in and if he does Nigeria would scattered?' |
Totilopussylick:What have they done to Ezeife that said 'he would make sure Tinubu isn't sworn-in and if he does Nigeria would scattered' |
These people think the same. Ezeife said worst thing, wonder why he's not arrested yet🙄 |
Dawnofhope:Your advice should start with the Igbos. It will be difficult and dangerous to repeat what they did against Buhari and his people to Yorubas. Buhari people are not that many online compared with the Yorubas. It's going to be fire for fire online and in the street if Igbo leaders refused to caution their outbursts and loudness. We were all here during June 12 crisis and they all ran away after beating so much chest. |
First it was Bini, now it's British; later it's going to be Biafra. This Rufai and his station need psychiatric examination. He's been looking for anything 'B' to own Lagos and anything to trend on twitter. He doesn't even know the difference between Lagos State and Lagos colony, which is less than 10% of present Lagos state. In his efforts to keep downgrading Lagos indigenous people, he has been promoting fringe individuals that came to Lagos island: Prince Ado, the slave masters (Britons), and the returnees like Saros. He forgot Prince Ado met Already established kingdom of Awori-Yorubas. The colonizers also met Yoruba kings kosoko and Dosunmu and their people in Lagos Island. |
blacksam01:Igbos workers in University of Oye Ekiti alone are more than the entire Yorubas in the Eastern universities, not to talk about FUTA, UNILAG, UI, OAU, etc. |
Biodun556:It will take years for Nigeria to catch up with Algeria and Egypt with their military budget, number of personnel and arsenal. I still believe that when it comes to Battle Ready Military in Africa, Nigeria should be number one and not far behind in the world. |

Thunder that will fire you is still doing press-up. The main point is that Touting is a Nigeria problem not limited to Lagos as you Igbos want everyone to believe. It's to also point out that there's difference between touts and transport union members. When you want to condemn them, let it be general, don't limit it to one place. |
Eriokanmi:Ko kan aye! Okoro, nothing concerns me with election. |
Eriokanmi:Stale! I don't even read your gibberish replies. Millions of non Yorubas also understand the language like yourself. Oniranu ẹ n t'oju lati sọ pe Akara, Abia l'oti wa. |
Eriokanmi:Mr. Ode, who is talking about election? You should not be so ashamed with your Abia. |
Eriokanmi:Nothing we would not see on nairaland, original IPOB man claiming Omoluabi. Ode! |
BossGerald:You can only deceive yourself not everyone. |
DispatcherLagos:Look at you! You people always shout Agbero, Agbaro! Agberos in the East are the worse of the worst. The main reason Igbos are shouting about those in Lagos is because they see them as threat to their occupational ambitions in Lagos. Since Most Yorubas are forming wokes and don't really care about their heritage or any legacy for unborn generations again. Nothing like self preservation, many Yoruba youths are lost to your deceit and brainwash. Moreover and unfortunately Yorubas don't give birth to many children again but want to be too liberal in the midst of devilish hypocritic and unliberal tribes. There was a day I alighted from Enugu bus at Onitsha south bus park with my luggage, agberos demanded I must pay charges before a wheelbarrow guy could carry my stuff. I paid twice, on our way to Peace park another sets blocked this guy for about two other charges which I had to pay. The wheelbarrow guy said if he passes there hundred times, the owner of the load must pay these different sets of touts. The funny thing was that you would never see easterners complaining about these but in Lagos they're forming Americans. |
Emefiele really suffer people. These people in CBN should not escape punishment. They ruined lots of people, businesses and torment lots of Nigerians, young and old. |

You should have looked into these words rather: yawn (yan), me (mi), owl (owi[wi], etc. as close words in English and Yoruba. |
I have never seen a people instead of facing their businesses but chose to look for trouble and destroy them.

Every Yoruba that wishes to be Lagosian is ok; they are true defenders of the land with the indigenous Aworis, Ijebus, etc. Most of these families with English Spanish Yoruba names like Dohathy, Cardoso, Crowder, etc and who are returnees from slavery were originally from Oyo, Ijesa, Ekiti, Tapas etc. and were sold through Oyo empire ports in Port Novo (Ajase) and Coutonu but later returned to Lagos. Yorubas are bound to accept their own once there is a shared culture, language, tradition and heritage. Original Lagosians were not enslaved and they have full Yoruba names till today, e.g, Kosoko, Ojora, Akintoye, etc. You igbos are trying hard to divide Yorubas but the sabo (they're no longer wokes) you're using will soon retrace their steps from their lost; you forget that every Yoruba clan has other group of Yorubas as indigenes. There are many Ekitis, Ilorin, Ijebu, Egba, Ijesa, etc that are now Ibadan indigenes, so also Lagos, Akure, Abeokuta and the rest. Yoruba quarrel but flow together like water to eliminate common enemies. You can't dovide Yorubas or separate them. Their bond is beyond ordinary. They don't discriminate against any Yoruba from anywhere that chose to be Ekiti, Egba, Oyo, Ijebu, Ikale, Ondo or Lagosian but it's difficult for any other tribes that refuse Yoruba culture. It's very easy for a Fulani, Nupe, Hausa, Afemai, Ijaw, Urobo person (they usually respect themselves) to become Yoruba person than Igbo since Igboman, although welcome like others but has an ambition to destroy Yoruba heritage and as former Northern leader said, give him an inch, he will take mile. |
Ogunfunminire, a prince from Ile-Ife was the leader of Aworis-Yoruba that established Lagos. Prince Ado from Bini, a great grandson of Oranmiyan of Ife, who also founded Oyo, was brought to Lagos by some Ilajẹ-Yoruba. There is difference between Lagos and Lagos State. More than 85% of present Lagos state were part of Western Region different from the Colony and capital. When you talk about Lagos, you talk about Aworis, who had already subsumed the earlier, Ilaje and Bini elements and others that migrated to join them. Today Lagos has many Yoruba groups like Aworis, Ijebus, Ogus, etc that are indigenous to the state. It's the pride of the entire Yorubas who are ready to defend it from the greedy invaders just the way they've been defending Itsekiri and the rest. Yorubas will never claim others land, not even biafranized bini.

The best election in a while; whereby about 10 governors lost their senatorial ambitions. Their families and friends also lost out. Election where the president lost his state, the President-elect lost his state; the Gandojes, the El-Rufai, the Buni, the Bagudu, etc lost their states. The wailing wailers must wail regardless the outcome. |
Benin already sold themselves cheaply to Igbos; they're Biafranized. My wish is for Edo North and Central to maintain their Edo Identify not following Bini path. |
Not Nigerians but the losers, Ipobs. They are doing it to every world leader or country wishing Nigeria well, gaslighting their social media pages with all sorts of lies as their master does... they're back to trenches of 'Nigeria is zoo' |
He really deceived the EndSars people particularly the 'wokes' brainwashed to destroy their own heritage. |
He's burning remaining bridges and can never lead this country. Another Igbo man will certainly become president but not Obi. |
It was a failed suit anyway by failed governors. How many votes did Tinubu even get in their states? |
And he gave Atiku heavy dollars to share to all states |
The rigging in the East was out of this world. |
He should carry his crocodile cry go one side. Someone that could not come 2nd or win 25% in 2/3 of 37 federating units. He marginally won one state out of 19 in the NW, SW and NE. He also lost NC. |
He would have won if he's the chosen one. He should carry his crocodile cry go one side; Someone that could not come 2nd or win 25% in 2/3 of 37 federating units. He marginally won one state out of 19 in the NW, SW and NE. He also lost NC. |
They were far behind in 25% in the 2/3 of the 37 federation units
