For everything pet health. Friendly and professional young doctors you can easily relate with. They have a pet store for all your pet food and accessories.
If you need to buy a puppy or a cat, going through them is the best bet, you are sure of what you're getting at a good price too.

KrystalKitty:
For some time now, my boyfriend has been telling me he wants to take a break or he needs space. We still meet frequently despite this.

Lately he said it again. This time he said he is stuck with me. The thing is that when he says these things we will play afterwards and I will not take what he said seriously. I think he's serious and just trying to cushion the blow for me. I don't want him to lose his temper one day and tell me to get lost to my face, finally.

What do you guys think of this situation? I looked at it and I believe he wants me to leave. Can you state your opinions, and also ways to move away, heal and stay strong?

From a personal perspective, your boyfriend saying this could mean that you're all over in his face, suffocating him with too much attention, calls, messages. Learn to live your own life, independent of him. Stop projecting yourself as too desperate. Create an atmosphere where you can be missed, being available all the time no too dey alright.

This is one of the things that scare me about traveling much while in the north. The drivers use to speed like they kept their lives at home before taking the wheels. This is deeply saddening. Another man-induced calamity.

seunH:
HOW TO IDENTIFY QUACK VETERINARY DOCTORS

The veterinary profession is one of the most affected professions in terms of quackery, in that sometimes it is very difficult to identify a genuine vet doctor. You would even see some semi-illiterates and diploma holders parading themselves as veterinarians simply because they have an idea of some animal diseases. It is even more worrisome, the confidence and brazenness some of these quacks exhibit because in their minds, they are usually like "its just an ordinary animal". The only way to avoid falling victims to such unscrupulous people is for pet owners to have the capability to be able to distinguish between quacks and genuine doctors, because it may determine the life or death of your pet. The ways in which you can identify a quack are listed below;

1) Its your right as a pet owner to ask questions about whatever condition your animal is suffering from and get a very detailed answer, if your "vet" cannot answer you or is dodgy about the question. Such individual is likely a quack. (Most quacks may be knowledgeable on how to perform the procedure but don't usually know the principles behind such procedure)

2) Stylishly ask which school he/she graduated from if you are suspicious. Presently, we have only 11 vet schools in Nigeria. They include;
(a)Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria
(b) Federal University Of Agriculture, Abeokuta
(c) Federal University Of Agriculture, Makurdi (4)
(d) Michael Okpara University Of Agriculture, Umudike
(e) University Of Abuja,Abuja
(f) University Of Ibadan, Ibadan
(g) University Of Ilorin, Ilorin
(h) University Of Maiduguri
(i) University Of Nigeria Nsukka
(j) Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto
(I) University Of Jos
Most people do not know the schools that offer veterinary medicine, hence tend to make a blunder. It is imperative to take note of the above schools, if their school ain't in any of the above for now, he/she is definitely a quack. "Imagine a "vet" claiming he/she graduated from Unilag"

3) Check the persons carriage, spoken english and dressing, although subjective, it can be a give away

4) Check their price range and desperation for money, it could also be a give away. My dear friends, no veterinarian who spent 6yrs in Vet school would collect 300 naira from you for any procedure in your house !!!

5) Lastly, if they are quick to give judgement on your case without careful and proper diagnosis, such individual is likely a quack.

In conclusion, I believe if the above principles are followed you would be saved from quacks and get better quality treatment for your pets.

I like what you are trying to do for the profession. Hope to see you in Edo by October.

That's how the west has been meddling in affairs of many countries.

Many of naija youths are too stupid to know what's up!

It is on record by former CIA directors that the CIA meddles nd infact sabotages regimes that are against their interests all in the name of American foreign policy.

African youths should stop acting like the monkeys westerners perceive us to be.... If they don't respect you country then be damn sure they don't give a fvck about you.

Its all about controlling how you think, how you act, subconscious programming of the human brain......we to them are nothing but pests that should be eliminated because of our populations!

Best way for them to eliminate us without having to expose their hand is by instigating nd flaming conflicts, supporting anti state actors under the guise of freedom of speech!!! We will turn on ourselves nd kill each other while they send arms nd logistics to both sides. They will fake their concern on in media while laughing at our stupidity behind our backs.

Till when will African youths get sense??
Freedom of speech nd human rights is a stale excuse that has been used for so long its astonishing simple minded youths still fall for it. Even Americans themselves know its bullshit.

All the west is working for is a New World Order!!

Wake up Africans, don't let them tell you what to think else you're done for.

Nairaland / General / Man Moderates A Live Mortal Combat Between An Anaconda And A Stonefish by alekzandr05(m): 5:18pm On Aug 31, 2015
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-34105065
An Australian spear fisherman has captured a bizarre battle between what appears to be one of the world's most venomous fish and a deadly snake.
Rick Trippe spotted the elegant sea snake latching onto an apparent stonefish off Darwin last Thursday.
His photos of the showdown quickly went viral.
Speaking to the BBC, Mr Trippe said he had been diving on a World War Two wreck in Darwin Harbour when he made the unusual find.
Mr Trippe said he drew on his experience of fishing pythons out of his chicken coop when he pulled the wrestling creatures from the water, clutching the snake under its mouth.
"I'm silly but not mad. I knew this was dangerous. I knew if I grabbed it I wouldn't get the bitten," Mr Trippe said.
"I asked my mate to take a couple of photos - he wasn't too keen but he took them," Mr Trippe told the BBC.
"I could hear the fish croaking so I let them both go, but the snake made a beeline back to the fish," he said.
The highly venomous snake eventually came out on top, but it could possibly have died as well from the poisonous stonefish.
The venom released from the 13 spines on a stonefish's back can kill a human in two hours if not treated.
Mr Trippe has encountered some strange scenes in Darwin Harbour before.
Two weeks ago, he was part of a team who helped rescue a horse that ended up stranded in the harbour.

Politics / ASUU Rejects Presidency Offer, says Strike Continues by alekzandr05(m): 10:47pm On Sep 27, 2013
The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) again rejected the offer by the Presidency put forward by the Viice President Namadi Sambo yesterday at a meeting to resolve the almost three-month-old strike by the lecturers.
Also, ASUU Ibadan zone made up of University of Ibadan, University of Lagos, Olabisi Onananjo University, University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Lagos State University and Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijebu-Ode, at a zonal meeting yesterday, resolved to continue with the industrial action.
The acting Zonal Coordinator, Ibadan Zone, Dr. Karo Ogbinaka said the strike entered its 88th day (yesterday), saying the action has crippled public universities.
He said in spite of the spirited efforts of the union to revamp the rot in the system, the government remained adamant and intransigent in honouring the agreement it entered into with ASUU in 2009.
“ASUU has demonstrated great commitment and patriotism since 2006 when the negotiation started and culminated in the 2009 agreement. It has allowed government to use its agencies to verify the claims of decrepit infrastructure in the university system. This resulted in the production of the Needs Assessment document of 2012,” Ogbinaka stated.
According to him, the meeting of Tuesday, September 19 with the vice president was an indication that the Federal Government was merely paying lip service to education in the country and deceiving the public on its commitment to its transformation agenda.
Ogbinaka, who is the branch chairman of ASUU UNILAG, assured Nigerians that it would not back-out in the struggle for the emancipation of the people by ensuring that government does what is right in the education sector.
“Our appeal to all patriotic Nigerians is for them to support ASUU in this struggle to save our public education in Nigeria and secure the future of this great country,” he said.
During the Ibadan zone meeting which took place at UNILAG, ASUU members resolved to continue with the almost three-month-old industrial action until government meets the demands of the union.
Some of the branch chairmen at the meeting told Daily Sun that their various congresses, which held this week rejected offer put forward by the vice president, insisting on full implementation of the agreement.
Acting ASUU Chairman of OOU, Dr. Tunde Odulanmi, ASUU UI branch Secretary, Dr. Deji Omole, told Daily Sun that their congresses rejected the outcome of the union’s meeting with Sambo and voted to continue with the strike.http://sunnewsonline.com/new/cover/again-ASUU-rejects-presidency-offer-says-strike-continues/
