PoliticsRe: Jonathan Backs Soludo For Anambra Guber Polls by alexchiny: 3:17pm On Aug 13, 2013
software man: i will jiggle your memory further. Dora picked up APGA membership card only a few weeks to the senatorial election just like Soludo did last week.
You did not respond to my assertion that obi is a completely unprincipled politician who do not believe in his own party and its members and who will betray a oft repeated promise(to a zone and a political associate-obaze)at the drop of a hat.
I will wait for your response a little while before signing off.
And that made her a PDP member? huh? FYI, Peter Obi is more principled than all the South Western Governors put together. Not to mention the Okija shrine visiting Ngige.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Backs Soludo For Anambra Guber Polls by alexchiny: 1:25pm On Aug 13, 2013
software man: Influence the election? in what ways. Did he campaign for his party's candidate or not? but may be obi does not really believe in APGA or its members. he seems to always look up to PDP for APGA candidates when it comes to crucial elections.
Dora and all his senatorial candidates in the last election are PDP members. Now it is time for governorship, he has gone to beg another PDP member to be his candidate. This is the same obi that was talking zoning to anambra north and propping up the current secretary of the state government only a few weeks ago.
This Obi utterly lacks principle and is consistently inconsistent.
Truly, even if Ngigge loses this coming election massively, he has proven one important thing most of us do not usually associate igbo politicians with. Principle and the moral courage to stick with your belief and friends no matter what.
Peter obi will not know what principle and character is, if you gave him with the kiss of life!
You said a lot here without making any sense! I never knew Dora was a card carrying PDP member. doofus!! Like i said ealier, sit your butt somewhere and painfully watch Ngige lose the election again. Yall can use him and replace Fashola come 2015!

Orikinla: I ask again, WHAT HAS SOLUDO DONE FOR ANAMBRA STATE?

Even Orikinla here has done more for Igbo people than Soludo.
Over 4, 000 jobs are being created in all the LGAs in Nigeria and over 4, 000 more jobs are coming before 2016.

Jesus Christ said: By their fruits you shall know them.
Matthew 7:20 (King James Version)
Please we dont want Ngige, ok? You can use him to replace Fashola in 2015. Its ok by us.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Backs Soludo For Anambra Guber Polls by alexchiny: 1:02pm On Aug 13, 2013
PointB: Between Soludo, Andy Uba, and Ngige, it is obvious who is the best choice for Anambra. If GEj recognises and supports this, I think he deserves our commendation.

Nice move GEJ! Soludo all the way.

For those asking what assurance does GEJ have that Soludo will repay back such support. The answer is: NONE.

Soludo's basic concern as Governor (when he wins) is to deliver dividend of good governance to the good people of Anambra. The good works of GEJ will speak for him at the pools.

Soludo is the solution, even for team fresh air!
I can categorically tell you that Onitsha people are beginning to welcome Soludo's candidacy. Throughout Main Market Onitsha, most of them feel Ngige has betrayed their trust. Another thing counting for Soludo is MASSOB. Surprised? Unfortunately or Fortunately, those guys are aligning with APGA and would never allow an APC government in Anambra. It might also interest you to know that MASSOB is still that influential when it comes to grassroots mobilization.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Backs Soludo For Anambra Guber Polls by alexchiny: 12:57pm On Aug 13, 2013
software man: point of correction. the dwarf that needed a run off to beat a sitting governor in his state. Ngige did not really contest against the beautiful and competent amazon dora akinyuli, he contested against Obi / Umeh in their state and stronghold and won.
Shut it! Will you? Part of the reasons why some APGA faithfuls really dont like Obis is because of that election, his refusal not to influence that election amidst massive rigging from ACN. Yet, it took a run-off for the sell out dwarf to win. If he were that powerful, how come he was floored TWICE mercilessly by Obi? If the dwarf were that popular, how come after the 2010 guber results were announced, all we witnessed was wild celebration throughout Anambra and no single protest? Yall should keep deceiving yourselves, thank God the election is around the corner.

RIP DAN ZARIA!

Could this be bravery or juju?
Both, i guess but don't try this at home!

PoliticsRe: Jonathan Backs Soludo For Anambra Guber Polls by alexchiny: 12:34pm On Aug 13, 2013
goodtalk: i feel you should be the one to hit t'he street as you are loosing touch! SOLUDO vs NGIGE in Anambra state? Even t'he blind, deaf and dumb know that soludo is vertually unknown despite holding an office at CBN for a while, d' dude had never bin at home, compare with t'he peoples governor that has bin in Anambra politics for over 15 yrs steady! Ngige go teach una lesson!! Watch out, before i forget, the run off u spoke about was an arrange by t'he powers that be to hand victory to dora akunyele but Ngige was just too strong for them, Ngige won t'he election t'he first time squarely and even d' run off he still won it.
You are obviously from idemmili or an okadaman. FYI, am on the streets and i know what i am talking about. Gubarnotorial election is different from a senatorial election (even though Ngige struggled to beat Dora). Go to main Market Onitsha and sample some opinions, then come back and spew thrash again. Ngige has abused his goodwill and his time is over. Ifeanyi Ubah is even gathering more dust than the dwarf in Anambra right about now. Anyway, no need for these noise as you will soon find out how unelectable Ngige has become in Anambra.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Backs Soludo For Anambra Guber Polls by alexchiny: 11:42am On Aug 13, 2013
gentlegg: Unfortunately most people chanting Soludo's name are not resident in Anambra state. GEJ can support whoever he cares to but nominating a particular candidate is not the issue, but will he win? No Anambrarian, i repeat no Anambrarian will win Chris Ngige in any election in Anambra state. The only person that could have really challenge Ngige is Peter Obi and fortunately he ain't contesting again. Though am not an Aanmbrarian but resides therein, Ngige is the best thing that have ever happened in Anambra politics and still the best thing that could happen to Anambra in the next gubernatorial election. So GEJ can contest with Soludo for all I care, if the masses vote are to count, Ngige have won already.
Which Ngige? The dwarf that needed a run off to beat Akunyili in his so called stronghold? You are a joke. FYI, Ngige's popularity has dwindled greatly over the years due to his affiliation to the South West. Hit the streets and do some opinion sampling dude.

Nebeuwa: All the Ndigbo want is an apology. Is that too much to ask for?

Fashola would be respected more if he could admit that he was wrong.

That is what a true statesman does...
He can take his apology and shove it up his butt. We already know the kind of man he is and thats a plus for us in our future endeavor with his ilk.
PoliticsRe: IGBO WITH PRIMITIVE AND RUDIMENTARY POLITICS by alexchiny: 12:35pm On Aug 06, 2013
pullyacap: APC a Regional and Religious partyhuh Am sure that is what you have been made to believe...but if u allow common sense, pragmatism and openmindedness to reign you will see the fact that in life, there is always the need for a Plan B in life...in as much as I av no problem wt a strong PDP but do u tynk APGA as presently fragmented, factionalised n disjointed can ever be used as a bargaining chip in PDP? What as PDP availed u since 1999?

The smartest and politically expedient move is to have one-leg in APC from the word go as presently being done by Rochas,Onu,Ngige,Izunaso,Annie Okonkwo cos if ever positions from Presidency downward is to be deliberated upon the SEners would @ least have a say but to think as you people are presently suggesting that d SE can only support the APC unless the presidency is given to u on a platter of Diamond is the height of political naivety!

The PDP/GEJ u have elected to sink or swim with have u extracted a firm promise from him to use the party machinery to support the SE presidential aspiration come 2019 if he fortutiously wins a 2nd term? A promise I know can neva come to fruition owing to the fact that GEJ is not even in control of the entire PDP machinery cos if he were,he himself will not be running from pillar to post to clinch his party primary ticket
You said a lot without making much sense! Like i posted earlier, all we Igbos need do is to make APGA the dominant force in the South East and not join a hopeless party like APC. During the merging talks, Tinubu and co reached out strongly to CPC and ANPP, why? because they are/were the dominant force in the north(somehow). Now if APGA where to be a very strong party down east, we can look anybody in the face and say "what do you have to offer"?. Therefore, i call on all well meaning Igbo to massively support APGA and make it a dominant force down east.

panafrican: Because millions of Africans are catholic and they reject this backward homosexual behavior.
Get your facts right! He is not endorsing homosexuality, he is not just judging them either and he shouldnt. Remember what Jesus said "judge not so ye shall not be judged". All we can do is condemn the act and leave the homosexuals to God.
PoliticsRe: IGBO WITH PRIMITIVE AND RUDIMENTARY POLITICS by alexchiny: 11:53am On Aug 06, 2013
@OP. Why are you ashamed of your ethnicity? because its obvious you are not igbo. Now coming to your point, Igbos dont really need APC, all we need is a strong APGA or PDP. Why should we join a regional and religious party like APC? What would be our bargaining chip?. All we Igbos have to do is to make APGA a force to reckon with down east and then use it as a bargaining chip to achieve a collective goal which is the betterment of our people in this hell called NIGERIA!

Mr Aboki: You just failed it!!

Premeditation is not a matter of seconds.. Can one meditate in a second?! grin

You are mixing up everything you know and forming one big salad of ideas.. grin

Planning = Premeditation

One sec decision = Spur of the moment.

An enraged man cannot have clear and rational thought.. He just goes with the flow of his rage.. #FACT!

Ever wondered why the jury found it hard to find Zimmerman guilty?!
Kai,What english can do to people. Forget the "meditate" in the name, you can actually premeditate to murder in seconds. what matters is the intent and not how long it took to think it out. Just accept you ignorance and move on. Stop arguing childishly.

He needs the support of well meaning Nigerians to perform but unfortunately, some people have decided to make that seat too hot for him.

Pls always endeavour to report insults and let the mods take action. Thank you once again.

Thats arrant nonsense. You cant ban those 3 guys. I was going through that thread at the same time. The dude "payless" passed a wrong and malicious info (About Anenih's NPA involvement) and everybody was trying to correct him. He was the one derailing the thread and cursing out everybody. This pure injustice if you ban those guys. We are here for the right information and knowledge and so we are expected to correct any wrong and malicious info brought forward. You should unban those ASAP.

sexkillz: Rule 19 is not applicable to bans by the spambot. People(spammers excluded) who get banned by the spambot did not violate any rule warranting their ban. It is a different case when you violate a rule and get banned by a moderator.

Hope this settles it. Thank you.
