An average Nigerian enterpreneur or business man wants fund in form of equity or debt for expansion, but still want to retain total control of the business.

It doesn't work that way
She claimed to have underperformed because the "promised funds" were not forthcoming, then on the side of the investors, I think perhaps they were not seeing the results of the funds invested, that's why they refused further commitment and sought a change of captain to steer the ship.

I think they should go for arbitration, so the company doesn't lose the value it has garnered through the years.

Why exactly should he??! Why should he be more bothered than the teeming millions of suffering, jobless, hopeless, depressed, and oppressed youths across the nation??!... The very same youths who spend money, time, and energy on mundane nonsense like BBNaija??! The very same morons who contribute millions for ridiculously expensive gifts for pseudo-celebrities??!... What youths are worth sacrificing his status, wealth, career, and peace of mind for??! The same ones who support criminal and useless politicians all because they hail from their states??! The ones who indulge freely in bigotry??!

Please, free Burna abeg!!!... Only a fool will cast pearls before swine!!! I have ceased to pity most Nigerian youths!!!
So people who stream his song, buy tickets to his show and support his art are now swine?

He shouldn't take the posture of a revolutionist nor freedom fighter in his songs when he knows he lacks the balls.

He claims to be African giant whereas he is just Ogbomoso Lucky Dube.

Shut up, go and protest yourself, how many protest did Fela participate in? Burna Boys & Fela’s message is ideological, not for basket brains like yours, haven’t you heard the Revolution will not be televised? When Fela was alive did your parents, or Grand Parents allow you to listen to “Abami Eda”? didn’t they tag Fela an Igbo smoking Lunatic?, Follow Follow people, go and protest yourself if you feel soo aggrieved.
I don't need to furnish you about my activism in school or how we marched to NLC hqtr to demand for our right. It might not be much but it sure count for something.

When Fela mother died, perhaps it was you who helped him to protest and take the body to the military barracks.

A cowardly cultist who is always yapping about the dehumanisation of his fellow countrymen can't even lead ordinary protest but comes first if it's to steal people's concept and art to sell their wack music.

Tell your wack Fela wannabe to stop using Fela's sound and act for clout because he is dumb coward.
CelebritiesRe: Burna Boy Shades Sowore Over Fela, Revolution Now Protest by Alexgeneration(m): 8:08am On Sep 30, 2020
Burna boy is a big coward. He thinks it's all about smoking baskets of weed and wearing pant on stage.

Even if he thinks Sowore is deceitful, he can form his own group and lead them to protest and not chickening out when given the opportunity to show his mettle.

Looks like we all want similar things for Nigeria, so let's call a truce.

There's something I'll say though looking at Nigeria from a distance , it already has everything it needs to develop even at a faster rate.

Instead of talking about how great the west is, will it not be better to talk about things like how to boost productivity using copied models from the west or say Asia.

We have agriculture , how to we add value

Tech, how do we train more people

Housing, how do we lower the cost

Earnings, how do we extend credit to the middle class so that they can start businesses, buy homes

Infrastructure, can this be passed on to the private sector.

It's all there, the dot's just needs to be connected.

Nigeria needs to focus first on the basics.
Now, these are the kind of questions we need to ask and find answers to them.

Blind patriotism and loyalty to incompetence will only lead us more into the abyss.

I have been silently following your arguments and counter-arguments about how backward the third world is compared to the first and second. They're all sound and verified, but I will be quick to lend a voice too that just as the saying in the Holy Bible depicted that "the poor will always be in your midst", so it is with countries - some rich and some poor - will always be.

History equally supports my stand of using that above saying.

How? You would ask.

From time immemorial, we have read of the rise and decline of kingdoms, wealthy nations [superpowers] such as Babylonia, Roman Empire, Mongol Empire, British Empire, Soviet Union, United States of America and currently the Communist China and how they leveraged on poor or poorer nations to drive their development [national interest at play]. Go and read Walter Rodney's classic "How Europe Under-developed Africa and you may get my drift.

The bottomline is that all nations cannot and can never be at par: the sub-structure was never designed like that that all nations must be equal [Animal Farm - George Orwell]. Time and season is a major factor I think I should quickly add to it.
Because the Bible said "the poor will always be in your midst ", is why Africa and Africans will continually be reeking of mediocrity and poverty?

Africans keep referring to Walter Rodney's book in deflecting their gross incompetence while they forget that China, Singapore and other serious southeast Asian countries were also colonized.

Nobody should be guilt tripped in staying in a backwater country all in the name patriotism.

This your analysis does not add up. What is exchange rate, what is value.

The fact remains Nigeria is cheap and Naira can get you more things in Nigeria than USD can get you in the US. This is comparing apples for apple.

Value is the key bro. Also, the only country I've been to that is cheaper than Nigeria is Ivory Coast. And I've been around, trust me.
@ the bolded, if value is the key

Will you take $1,000 or #1,000 Regardless of where you will spend it ?

If you'd answer honestly, then that settles the matter.

1000 or 2.3 USD regardless of where u spend it...u might get a cut and a plate of pounded yam in Nigeria while in us u might a bottle of coke and ?.
$1,000 will get you more than enough groceries for 2 weeks in the US and can comfortably feed you for 3 months in Nigeria, but #1,000 can barely give you a good pot of soup in Nigeria and maybe a bottle of coke and burger in US.

That write up is just some dumb analysis by an wannabe.
