I cannot solve all your complaints about Nairaland at once. At best, I can tackle issues one at a time after identifying which issues are most urgent, and even this requires the cooperation of my staff because there is not much that I can do by myself.

I don’t know why Nairalanders act as if all their complaints are one and the same when clearly, they are very different and require different solutions. It baffles me a lot. Someone says, “I am hungry”. Another says “me too, I haven’t had sex in 6 months”. A third person says “me too, my boss sacked me”. And they are all after me like, “why are you refusing to solve this problem?” “Nairaland is totally destroyed”, etc.

The most troubling thing mentioned so far are the image spammers. I thought we had handled them a few weeks ago after enabling a new moderating tool for the supermods. Did anyone notice the improvement? Did things get worse after getting better, or was there no noticeable improvement at any point?

yes, I have not seen any of those Image Spammers for 2 days now.

As for the Tribal/Bigotry words going on here,I feel there is little or nothing you can do.
If we cannot control ourselves and what we say here,Do we want Seun or the Mod to do that for us.

honestly, i used to open Nairaland freely with clear and clean mind.
Now,i am always afraid,because i don't know what kind of picture that will grace my page.
and you can never tell who is viewing with you at the moment.
most times,my children rally around me while i do my browsing.
something needs to be done about this.

When will Nairaland do something about this guy that post disgusting pictures all over here.
i am beginning to wonder if the poster is immune to out right removal from here.

No, just business name alone i.e Enterprise, it doesn't include LTD asin company or NGO , and the 5k is just political talks. You can NEVER use 5k to register a business name. And I'll advice you to use a lawyer. I'm not saying you should contact me because I am one, just get anyone you are okay with.

But if you decide to contact me, then I will register a business name, Ltd or NGO for you with a more reasonable price. I'm based in Abuja.

it depends on parental up bringing and how we see things of this life.
my late father do apologies but my mother never did.
come down to me,i apologies to my children ,my wife does same.

I don't think so, I have been receiving international calls for many years now. I have not seen any reduction in call rates as a result of this masking rather I pay more now.
As a matter of fact,i have asked my callers from US and none have seen any reduction too.
As regards the topic, I just received an international call about 30 mins ago still same Nigerian number appeared so I called NNC on the above number.
The person that received my call talk like this news never exists.infact she was actually sounding like she wants to defend the operators. As soon as I demanded to know her stand, she said it could be roaming.
So I don't want to believe this news yet.

I went to visit my aunt and she told me of how her last child 6years old hasn't taken anything other than pap since he was born.

I've never heard of such before. He has been taking only pap and then some type of biscuits. The time they tried giving him other food (rice) he ended up throwing up. She said she has gone to the hospital about it and nothing could be done.

Me thinks it's like a psychological issue though. I've never heard of such medical condition and I'd like to read about it.

I don't know if this is exegarated, but if not,I think the boy's intestines needs to be examined by doctors.

I have a project at hand which is to build a 1 storey duplex in a small portion of land.
i will update the size of the land as soon as possible.
My desire is to have a simple but quality house on this small land.
i have attached the type of house i have in mind but i do not know possible to build this type of house in Nigeria,as i do not see much of them around.
1.I will also like to know the cost implication of building this type of house-long run and short run.
2.Advantages and disadvantages.
