Actually the Europeans did have tribes they just developed past this state of affairs hundreds of years ago. Africans are still in it.

have it occurred to you that iq tests may not be applicable to blacks as they are to whites as we are very different? That the same iq test that show east asians as superior to whites have failed to explain how come they produce less genuises than whites? That africans are so much advanced in relation to where that iq test says they should be? That our african development problem may be because we are trying to do things that are absolutely foreign to us, thus failing miserable as an elephant that attempts to fly or a monkey that want to swim?

The reason why china and Singapore developed is because their populations have higher IQ's than Africans do. Singapore in fact, is the highest IQ in the world. Higher than the whites who created the test. And you don't have to create a reading list for me, I know far more about world history and economics than you do.

What happened in east Asia is irrelevant to blacks, Asians are not blacks. That is the main thing it measures, especially picture based tests like this one. Intelligence is a combination of logical reasoning, processing power, abstract reasoning and more.

A test like this corresponds greatly with ones ability to do things like mathematics and engineering.
