Straight answer to your question is NO, I haven't had any issues. I also use them on my AMS ads so its not directly against their policy.

However it's a different ball game when your meta tags or keywords misrepresent the subject or content of your book.

1. Irrespective of Niche you can't quote half of the experts book in order to establish some authority or emphasis. Definitely doesn't make your work original.
2. If in some rare circumstance you need to make frequent quotes of sections of other people's work you can paraphrase their sentences. Still I can't understand the circumstance where your work would even contain upto 30% of others content verbatim.

I go for keywords with less than 500 results and less than 50k bsr. If u want to sell more books go for keywords with less than 10k bsr.

If you were working for someone, would you send company products/ goods and seat back hoping your clients would be kind/ nice enough to pay? I think NOT. However you need to take into consideration the legitimate fears of your clients of some bad service providers.
I ask for an advance after I and Prospect have agreed on Scope and Terms of the job.
I confirm amount paid. I send watermarked copies of work in progress (wip), incorporate reviews send back and forth until client is fine. Then I ask for and receive balance payment before sending original upload files to Client.
This is company standard procedure and no matter how familiar I get with client on off- work gist, procedures/ policies must never be bridged let alone abused.

@kay29000 I believe erotica has the strongest demand in the fiction niche in and outside Amazon. But other book promotion requirements must be met.
Your language and style will determine your audience. If your language is geared towards the Nigerian market it obviously will not attract much sales on Amazon.
Your coverart, and grammar editing must be top notch. That said, erotica has a strong appeal. I have a wip (work in progress) which draws lots of views when I drop the mockup with coming soon tag on Facebook page. My other books never received that much views like this Erotica novel. Two months now I have been too lazy finishing one of the chapters.

Sincerely. I don’t see the point of this. Because even if you limit the download to 1 time. The person can still maybe upload the ebook to google drive and still share the download link that way. So limiting your download the download link to 1 time isn’t helping. Even ebooks bought on amazon can still be shared.

The only possible way to do limit this is by making it only readable online and not downloadable.

Or if you necessarily need it to be downloadable, you will just have to look on the bright side. Being the fact that the person who bought the ebook wouldn’t be able to share it to every one in the world. So some people will still buy it no matter what.

True. Very realistic reasoning. Everything you explained makes sense. I have been limited in the past with this challenge, especially with Amazon allowing sharing of my Ebook to friends of a buyer.
So I either stop the Ebook version, leaving only my Paperback or I set the Ebook on Perma free so as people download it free I use it to advertise my other books.
