On the flip you say N5m is okay for a 6 years Medical programme in Nigeria. Let's use the cheapest of private Schools in Nigeria that will ensure you graduate as and stated like the USA. You will agree with me that you should compare like for like except when you have a hidden motive or your judgement induced by handouts from Nigerian Politicians. Cheapest Private University fees range from N1m per Session. Oga add Books (which isn't cheap with constant devaluation of the Naira) and Living cost (which also isn't Cheap for same reasons, you don't produce anything incountry), so about N2.5m/year for six 6yrs gave you N5m. You try. That's about N15m. A fresh Medical Graduate in the USA earning over $50k /yr will recoup his investment in 3years as sure as you know the sun will rise the next day. But in Nigeria, you need to go sow a seed in church to get residency placement plus bribe. So come back and tell us how soon your 9ja brother will take to recoup his N15m investment.

And went to the University with many of them and can tell you that they deserve respect from the rest of us because they are very intelligent, could have graduated 2 years earlier (from 4yr programs) to pick lucrative banking jobs but they preferred to Sacrifice quick returns because deep in their hearts, they want to be heros saving our lives .

Offline is the term used for generating the License but it won't be in the system. This many times is done without the knowledge of the vehicle owner.

I usually go out of the State I reside in to obtain any computerized papers until some sanity returns in the far future.

I would advise a non-destructive impact assessment of all structural elements in the building to ascertain suitability to continue with the existing structure.

Is there a structural design drawing at your disposal this would also come in handy as you progress testing.
