Hi guys, with the latest issues in shipping phones from aliexpress, I'm thinking towards using a shipping agent but I've never done that before and dunno how to go about it.. can someone with experience in that aspect clear me on the procedures to take and also suggest a reputable company for the job..
Thanks

It's high because they use the black market exchange rate. Funny enough, Gtbank and Zenith charges between 415 to 429 for a dollar. About your question, you can chat them up to find out.
Okay.. thanks

Download BARTER app from playstore. It's a virtual dollar card from Flutterwave. You can carryout transactions of about $10,000. Their exchange rate is $1 = N475/N480
That's on a high side o.. but can one get back their money from that card in cases of refunds?

I bought two phones in December, one was despatched on 4th and the other on 10th.

The 10th arrived on the 8th of January while 4th is still on the way. The two will be received in good condition by God's grace
Could it be that most of these items are in Nigeria already and it's yet to be updated

it is well just tired though
I even went back to the store I bought from to know what's up. Guess what? The seller no longer ships to Nigeria. Very soon Nigerians won't be able to buy whatever they want from AliExpress

I wanted to order in alliexpress something worth 250 usd with Ecobank ATM its showing you have exceeded you limit.. cam anyone help me?
Monthly spending for all banks is currently capped at $100. If you wanna buy something more, you either get a dollar account which is the main solution or plead with the seller to help you split the order. The later has its downsides especially when it's time for refunds after items fail to deliver..

My item is still showing EDI received since on d 9th of December ,It was dispatch on the 7th Dec. Just don't understand what's going on

Mine was ordered on the 8th and dispatched to overseas on the 12th of December on track 24 but post ninja has an extra update of *EDI RECEIVED on the 16th of December.. I'm more confused than you are.. if I knew this will take too long to reach here, I wouldn't have bothered buying in the first place..
My previous orders came in fast, that motivated me to go ahead.

How fast and reliable is SunYou Economic Air Mail? Who had used this shipping method b4?

Sunyou isn't that bad.. from my experience, it tends to reach nigeria within 2 weeks but the real wait starts when it gets to Nigeria. I'm actually speaking from experience because most of my sunyou items that entered Nigeria since October are yet to be delivered.. I can confidently say Yanwen is the best untracked shipping followed by cainiao. If those 2 ain't available, you can manage sunyou because sometimes, sunyou items surprisingly comes fast

Alright thanks.

Actually I have seen the one that the length can be increased, but the price just say make I lay low for now

The price is usually the issue and most of them ship via AESS which will also add to their prices..

For untracked shipping, Yanwen and Cainiao are the 2 most reliable.. 4px na shit

That was the one I searched for.
But do you have any link with the one you can increase the height that's affordable?

No.. I just needed a desk tripod for vlogging, handsfree selfies, FaceTime, etc. I know this isn't the best but it has a basic quality and not too expensive too.. you can search further, you might be lucky to get what you want

Mine is in the 5th week and still dispatched to overseas

It's a mini tripod octopus(don't know the store, but find attached image)

It's not that expensive $5.16

I thought they could also be increased but I was wrong

The reason I rated it 4/10 was the issue I faced when trying to balance it, my Redmi note 9s could not stand firm on a certain angle due to its weight. But a friend's Samsung S8 with light weight was stable

The flexible sponge legs are not accurate and Good quality as the Advertised.

You can buy a better tripod for a cheaper price..

Thanks for your response.
Actually I've bought few things on AE but not phone and please how long does it take you to get your phone delivered?

The process of purchasing a $229 Poco X3 phone is the challenge now against the pegged $100.

I wouldn't mind if I can get help on how to go about it.

Before the pandemic, I get my phones at Abia State University, Uturu within 3-4 weeks after placing the order via AESS but lately, nothing is certain.. the last phone I ordered around March took 3 months to get to me. Though logistics had been improving over the months before this second wave of covid-19. No one can say for sure when it will come in but all you need is patience.. Alternatively, you can look for a relation that runs a dollar account and pay with his card because I don't see the limit cap increasing anytime soon

Hello my ogas in the house.
Please what are the processes of ordering Poco X3 NFC from AE (more than 200 dollars).

What are the chances of getting the phone without fear of being held by the authority (customs) or loss?

Since the phone is cheaper on AE roughly 90k but sellers here are tagging 125k-130k.

Bro, I was lucky to make my purchase when GTB still had the $200 purchase limit. I bought Redmi note 9s 6/128gb varient for $199.69. just few cents to the limit though I initially wanted to go for the pro, but I can go beyond the limit so I had the only choice is buying 9s.
Now we all know that purchase limits are pegged at $100 you are left at the mercy of the buyer to help split the order into 2 and then you paying with 2 MasterCard s. I've never tried this and I dunno how safe it is but it's worth a try according to what peeps on this thread have suggested over time.
Now to your second question, Aliexpress had always been safe, the only issue currently is the sluggish pace of logistics now. Just use your correct name, address and phone number, then you'll be good. All you need is patience cos if you can't wait, I advice you buy locally which will definitely be a 20k+ on top the AliExpress price

Thank you very much chairman, Do I need to contact the seller for that, or I just pick all three items and pay, then pick the fourth one separately.
When it comes to paying, you don't need to split payment. You can select everything you wanna buy from the cart and pay at once unless you're waiting for a reply from certain seller or as a new user, you wanna use the NEW USER BONUS. Orders are processed by stores. This means that items purchased from same store has a 95% chances of being shipping together especially if they were paid for at the same time. Difference in time of payment could lead to shipping differently and with a separate tracking number irrespective of been bought from the same store

Yea.. sometimes, it's advisable to drop a message for the seller if possible before purchase, telling him of your intension to buy from his or her store and asking if he or she can ship through a certain courier (which is your choice courier). If he does agree, then go ahead and place the order immediately and also drop a message after purchase to remind him of your agreement in case he tries to Bleep you up with 4px.. the message could go this way HI, I'M ABOUT TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR 3 DIFFERENT PHONE CASES FROM YOUR STORE, CAN I TRUST YOU TO USE MY PREFERRED SHIPPING COURIER (YANWEN ECONOMIC AIR MAIL)?.
The above is how your message to the seller should look like if you are to message him before purchase but considering the slow pace of replies of some sellers and inability to reply messages on time especially during sales period, you just gave to read reviews for product quality and make sure the ratings are on the high side. Also focus on the 1 star ratings to know if there's a red flag then place your order. In the later case where you had to purchase without messaging or getting a reply from the seller before buying, your message to the seller after your purchase is confirmed should look this way; HI, I'VE PLACED AN ORDER FOR 3 DIFFERENT PHONE CASES FROM YOUR STORE, PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT AND SHIP THEM TOGETHER IN A PROTECTIVE BAG TO AVOID DAMAGES ON TRANSIT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, ENSURE THAT YOU USE MY PREFERRED SHIPPING COURIER (YANWEN ECONOMIC AIR MAIL).
I used yanwen shipping here as an example. You can change to your choice

Thanks very much for replying
So I'll just input my house address
Phone number and zip code.

But how am I sure they will send it to nipost or are all parcels sent to nipost.
Pls pardon my ignorance

Feel free to ask any question.. it will be better to ask an embarrassing question and get laughed at than making a mistake that will cost you a fortune..
For your question, all regular shipping goes through Nipost to your nearest post office which I hope you know already.. Thereafter, you're called, texted or it's brought to your address, depending on the mode of operation is your Post office, But if you ship via express couriers like DHL, etc, then it ceases to be Nipost's business..
Also remember to avoid 4px Singapore OM pro as your shipping courier.
For untracked shipping, use
Yanwen economic air mail,
Cainiao super economy global
Cainiao super economy for special goods or
Sunyou
For tracked shipping, use
Aliexpress standard shipping or Singapore post..

Download track24 app to keep track of all your orders.. you can sign in you email to avoid data loss

Hello all, I want to shop at aliexpress for the first time. In the address section am I to put my residential address or nipost Benin address, I reside in Benin?

Just use your address if it's in an accessible location. Just ensure you use the exact name on your ID card and use an active number so you'll be reached when it gets to your nearest post office
