Since then I only fund exactly what I need to spend and I make sure I exhaust the funds.., cos if anything remain they will surely take it for their FX charge.

So does it mean that they won't debit you in future for that FX charge if you exhaust the whole money prior?

Based on this information, I assume that you didn't change the "currency" from naira to USD on AliExpress app. This could be the cause of the cross- boarder fee.

Like I said before, I made 3 orders recently (2 on Wednesday and 1 on Friday), but no such charges. In fact, I had to add more $ to my card balance to effect Friday payment.

So are you suggesting I keep my settings like this

It wasn't really a decline. The orders were in the unpaid category so I got a new grey card and tried paying for them.
Initially, when I clicked pay, something popped up and I wish I had a screenshot, but I was still on the page. Had to click again which later worked.
That couldn't be the cause.
Do you think it is?

Then again, after using my grey card on AliExpress, I got series is debit with narration FX from each of my previous transactions.
If that normal with grey and what's the debit for?

Please I sent some funds from my opay account to a friend's chipper account so I can use his card to make some transactions on AliExpress since Friday morning.
The money successfully left my opay account but it's yet to reflect on the chipper account.
It's been 2 days already and customer care isn't responding to messages.
Has anyone experienced this and what's the best approach to recover my money?

I seriously don't understand some speedaf economy tracking lately.. I recently ordered 5 economy packages which were all stopped via speedaf but 2 out of the 5 have a weird tracking update.. it's more weird while viewing it on AliExpress for a package that is just 2days in transit..

I had an issue like this too. I requested for the refund of only the missing item instead of everything with video evidence and I was given refund within three days. I think that works but I don't know if that is what you did though

I didn't see the option for refund only..
I only saw return and refund

Choice items don't have "refund only" in the dispute options. It's either you return the defective item to qualify for a refund or you forget about it. That is Aliexpress' position on Choice products.

Too bad.. I should have opted for another item.. it's well.

Guys, I ordered a $4.99$ torch together with other items under 3+ item choice category and it happened that the torch came defective.
Now I opened a dispute and I'm expected to return the item to a given address before 20th August.
How am I suppose to do such magic and this is going to cost me much

By my third time, I sent them a lengthy message explaining it was a virtual card which has no bank statement, and the screenshot shows both my name and card number which meet their requirements.
It got approved 24hours later, but I missed out on the sale, and wasted a $3 coupon. Very frustrating.

I wish it was my case. I tried every means of diplomacy but nothing worked. It was as if I was narrating an alien story. I'm tired. They can eat their site for all I care

I sent a screenshot of the virtual card transactions page, as statement and I'm still getting this.

This is exactly my story.. after asking me to upload about 5 times, they still denied my appeal.. wicked and insensitive people.

I'm still experiencing this, since December last year. SPEEDAF said customs duty is not their responsibility, AliExpress refuse to refund me by claiming it's with customs and it's my job to get it myself

No information on how to reach customs, post office no hope

I have similar experience no long ago. In this country, we're just in our own. Gone are the days when the word buyers protection exist. If that item eventually leaves China, just pray it gets to you, if not, it's gone. You can never get your refund. That's how bad it is.

I did and my new pink card was flagged immediately..

Let's just say errors can just pop up on any card anytime, irrespective of the app or virtual dollar card used

It is well, all this wahala upon the exorbitant black market prices just to use your own hard earned money, i miss those days when you can just make international order & payment with your naira card even though its limited to $100

-Question 1 ans: No, i wasn't charged to create or fund it(Pink card)

-Question 2 ans: I don't know as i haven't tried it, you can ask customer support, maybe you can share their response here so others who are curious like you could learn too

I bought from one stupid seller who insisted I choose an alternative item of same price from his store or cancel order because he doesn't have the particular item I purchased. I actually cancelled and refund is complete but it's yet to reflect on my card.
Is there something I need to do, ABI I should wait for it to reflect?

Black card option is what you must get by default in creating your first virtual dollar card with Klasha app, after successfully creating & funding it with at least equivalent of $5 or above, you can now decide to create another virtual dollar card by clicking on the + sign at the top right corner of your card screen, it'll create another virtual card with Pink color

However i haven't noticed much difference between the two cards apart from expiry date
Black card = 3yrs validity
Pink card = 1yr, maybe people that have used it over time might know some of the pros & cons of each card which I'll like to know too

1. Does the pink one come at a cost or is it entirely free like the black card.
2. Can funds be transferred between black and pink cards? If yes, does it go with a charge?
