I'm currently in Abia State.. my package comes to speedaf umuahia where it's sent to be delivered by the dispatch rider that comes to my school once a week.. they usually come every Thu so lemme assume my package gets to their office on Monday, the office will call me informing me of the arrival of my package and telling me that it will need brought to my school together with other packages that belongs to probe around me on Thu. They'll also ask for my permission to sign the package out of which I will accept..
I understand your fears, but I've never lost any package through speedaf.

I got a call from one of they saying they have my item, and now about 5 of my items have been marked as delivered but they haven't been delivered. What if they are not delivered or have defects, how do I go about it?

I guess that's how they operate but the delivery office should call you to inform you of having your package and also tell you that they'll sign it off on your behalf, pending when the dispatch rider will deliver it to you, or when you will go pick it up from their office..

I wouldn't pretend to understand the first question, but if you're trying to know if the $20 limit resets every 1st of the month, I think that might be right cos when I reach my limit for the month and I try using my GT card or zenith card on the 1st is the next month, it works.... I duηησ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ how the other banks operate..
As for speedaf, I think they've noticed crappiness of nipost lately, so they handle deliveries of both registered and unregistered packages currently..
I just hope they don't do business with nipost no more

AliExpress is wasting time in rectifying the issue, so I transferred back the money to my naira debit card

I was also charged $2 for the card but I funded the card with $5 to test if it will work ..

Follow the instructions and appeal the card. It is a normal thing from AliExpress if the card is your new payment method

When you get the motion plus, I'll share an equaliser settings I picked from YouTube to get the best from the speaker

The tracking number is speedaf's and tracking shows its already in Nigeria.

So I'm trying to get their customer service number or locate an office near me

Then I guess it will be easier for you if your speedaf tracking number ends with R. Track with speedaf site and When is gets to the delivery station closest to you, call the number of the last mile delivery guy and explain your predicament to him and perhaps discuss on a way to prove your identity and possible pick up.
Make sure you follow the tracking, cos if they try your number and it's not reachable, it will be scheduled for return in less than 3 days

Ordered some stuff off aliexpress, shipping is split between cainiao super economy and aliexpress standard shipping.
From the tracking, I can see that all items have gotten to Nigeria since 17/19th of september
The problem is that I've lost the phone number I used in the shipping information and welcome back is taking way longer than I expected.

normally i would get a call a week or so after shipment arrives the country. Now i am not sure which office to go , to lay a complaint or which customer service i should be contacting

This could be dependent on a lot of factors.
If you still have access to your tracking numbers and they're mostly registered packages, your chances of knowing the current status of your package will be easier.

Speedaf's tracking looks this way for registered packages - NG******R
The above could be tracked on speedaf's site if it's already in Nigeria
Other registered packages includes tracking numbers like
PostNL - RU*******NL
Singapore post & AESS - RB*******SG.

As s long as it is PostNL it must pass through Netherland same way SG must pass through Singapore.

I understand bro, I don't mind if it passes the whole of Europe before it comes to Nigeria. I just have a problem with the way the tracking update comes. Maybe it's a problem with their choice of English.. they keep using destination country when the thing never reach Nigeria, thereby giving people false hope. It's just as if the thing came from China to Nigeria, then sent back to Netherlands before coming back to Nigeria again. I duηησ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ if you get my point?

Bro this was exactly the question I was rushing to ask here, cos this postNL tracking is very confusing. It keeps going back and forth.. Today, it will update you that it just left transit country to destination country, the next day, you'll still see an update of still being in Netherlands. The most annoying part is that you'll see arrived destination country on AliExpress tracking.. it's too confusing and the process is too cumbersome..
I just wish Anker store will adopt speedaf as their shipping courier..

As for their speed in delivery, I am yet to receive my order although it seems to be fast going by the tracking updates I've received so far.

Hello guys, please I ordered a product from Ali express since 6th of August, 2021 and it has arrived in Nigeria. On the speedaf website the tracking date stopped at 18th of August, 2021 which says "Customs Clearance Completed" and nothing has been communicated to me since then. I contacted them via mail and the reply was " Your shipment has not arrived in our warehouse for delivery process". I thought since I can track it on speedaf now, they should have access to the product. Please what should I do or should I still exercise patience?

This speedaf is still new to us and we're yet to master their ways.. I will advise you exercise some patience. there could be a lil difference in delivery timeframe, depending on the state you're domicile in
