Lucky you. I was once forced to Appeal a card that I once used months back. Funny enough, I wasn't allowed to checkout with my already approved and regular card until I Appealed the said card.

AE will need to confirm that you didn't steal the card from the owner of the first account.

That can happen to any card.. it has happened to me in the past when I was using my ₦ MasterCard.
I've never done that appeal stuff ever. The error just goes away after sometime

Guys please help.. I decided to try klasha and I registered, verified and funded successfully but when I tried to get and fund a black card, I got an error but I was debited. The debit history shows pending reversal. So my question is, how often does this happen and how fast should I expect a refund?

I complained about this sometime in Feb but nobody actually replied.. it's more than 6 weeks now and the refund on my UBA card is yet to come

Firstly, I'm yet to get the refund I got on my UBA cards even after the refund has been completely processed by AliExpress since 20th January.. This is quite different from my GTB experience. I normally receive refunds on my GTB on or before the processing is completed on AliExpress. All efforts to resolve this issue with UBA cc via calls and emails proves abortive.. I'm really confused.
Please if there's anyone that has gotten refund on UBA MasterCard, I'd appreciate if you can put me through because it's over 10 days since transaction was processed and I'm yet to see the money.

Secondly, one of my speedaf order has been stuck in custom clearance since 6th January.. orders I placed the same time with this have been successfully received long ago but this particular order has been stuck in custom clearance. I tried to talk to speedaf agent but they were like so long as it's still with custom, that they have no power over it. I'm confused and I don't know how to go about it.

Tell them you want the details which the refund was made to,
They would make available to you the last 4 digits of the card,from there you can trace it.

Okay, thanks, bro. You know before these recent series of upgrades of AliExpress app, the card number normally shows when refunds are completely processed.. I will chat the cc now.

Hi guys, please help me.. due to the $20 limits on ₦ cards, I used people's cards to purchase things on AliExpress.. I used several cards numbering up to 5 or thereabout. The problem now is that 2 of those orders were cancelled and refund successful but I can't tell what card or bank that is going to receive the money because I've used several cards to purchase lately and I can't see the card details on my AliExpress app refund page like I used to do before..
Please if anybody have a solution on how I can know the bank that will receive the refund, please tell me..

I'm currently in Abia State.. my package comes to speedaf umuahia where it's sent to be delivered by the dispatch rider that comes to my school once a week.. they usually come every Thu so lemme assume my package gets to their office on Monday, the office will call me informing me of the arrival of my package and telling me that it will need brought to my school together with other packages that belongs to probe around me on Thu. They'll also ask for my permission to sign the package out of which I will accept..
I understand your fears, but I've never lost any package through speedaf.

I got a call from one of they saying they have my item, and now about 5 of my items have been marked as delivered but they haven't been delivered. What if they are not delivered or have defects, how do I go about it?

I guess that's how they operate but the delivery office should call you to inform you of having your package and also tell you that they'll sign it off on your behalf, pending when the dispatch rider will deliver it to you, or when you will go pick it up from their office..

I wouldn't pretend to understand the first question, but if you're trying to know if the $20 limit resets every 1st of the month, I think that might be right cos when I reach my limit for the month and I try using my GT card or zenith card on the 1st is the next month, it works.... I duηησ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ how the other banks operate..
As for speedaf, I think they've noticed crappiness of nipost lately, so they handle deliveries of both registered and unregistered packages currently..
I just hope they don't do business with nipost no more

Follow the instructions and appeal the card. It is a normal thing from AliExpress if the card is your new payment method

Considering the fact that I haven't used this card for any transaction prior, I'm wondering where I'm expected to get no.2b
