I've seen documentaries of green boot and sleeping beauty. Green boot was an Indian policeman that looked Chinese (that was when I got to know that they were Indiana that looked Chinese). Sleeping beauty went on the climb with her husband, they were both chatting with each other all along only for the husband to realize they she was no longer replying him. Visibility was terrible at that point. Her husband and the other climera rushed to help her and saw that she was frozen still and nothing he did made her responsive. We will not and never return fuel subsidy. We will not borrow money to subsidize fuel for marketers, just for them to smuggle it into benin, ghana and other countries. While we Nigerians bear the brunt. We suffered scarcity, unavailability, still suffered high cost. Nah, Enough is Enough. We will rather channel the money into infrastructure, health and food production.

There are many ways of government easing the pain of subsidy removal aka palliatives. The government doesn't necessarily have to spend money to do this. The federal government can cut import duties by 50% for the next one year only. They can also cut excise duties for local manufacturing firms at the same rate and for the same duration. The states and local governments on their own part can stop collecting ticket revenues and daily levies from keke and bus operators in exchange for keeping transport prices at pre-removal rates for the next six months. Traders in their various markets can get similar reliefs.

But no matter the strategy that government adopts, petrol subsidy must never be reinstated no matter the pressure by enemies of Nigeria led by the NLC that are remote controlled by the defeated labour party.

Human mind is inquisitive. It makes our brain susceptible to different can kind of influence. Even just listening to violent rhetoric, preachings, makes us more inclined to be violent. Watching movies or reading books which portrays different kind of dark arts or acts, predisposes us to think or act violently.

Especially the women, most of them have been reprogrammed by the movies they watch. Using all these Asaba-wood local movies they make in Nigeria here as a case study. You can never be in my circle, be closer to me or live with me and be watching those local nollywood movies. Asides that it reduces one's IQ, it also portrays nonsense.
