The beauty of this major joint military operation on Iran is that the Iranian folks in the Diaspora and at home are tired of the Shiite Mullahs and this is why we even saw videos of defiant Iranian women removing and burning their hijabs. There will definitely be less resistance but we expect American boots on Iranian soil. Indeed, you have a point and that's why I stated that mop up operations will have to continue against any resistance from some die-hards and block heads. The removal of the BIG Kahunas among the Iranian Shiite Mullahs like Ali Khamenei is the FIRST step! Since the so-called 1979 Shiite revolution, I have lived for those number of years out of my life with the insidious presence of these Iranian mullahs who have sponsored Shiite groups and affiliates even in Nigeria from the early 1980s when Northern Nigeria Federal Universities were hotbeds of Shiite radicalism. Before we knew about Al-Qaeda, it was the Shiite terror sponsors the whole world knew from the early 1980s. This "Operation Epic Fury" is by far the BIGGEST gift for the peace of mankind in years because of the Iranian mullahs had finally achieved their objectives of creating their own nukes, the would have used it on Israel and the nearby Sunni Muslim Arab countries because the Shiites and Sunnis have divergence in doctrines and you see them blowing their rival Islamic groups up inside mosques in Iraq for instance. NO sanity for life at all. |

This MUST be one of the fastest "regime changes" ever in modern times. The shock and awe of "Operation Epic Fury" led by the United States and Israel. This POTUS sure knows how to walk the talk. In the NEXT one week, a new transition government will be constituted with input from the Iranian Diaspora. In the meantime, mop up operations have to take place to clear and dismantle any Shiite terror groups still roaming around. The next is to dismantle the Shiite terror networks in Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen and elsewhere. Then face West Africa which is now the LARGEST breeding ground of terror on Earth with Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger Republic being the epicenter of the JNIM jihadist terror group with headquarters in Mali. seunmsg:Crude oil is priced based on international benchmarks, so you do have some valid points as the average Nigerian on the street level (just like in several countries of the world) will have to pay more for a gallon of gasoline. More revenues for the oil-producing countries though BUT citizens of countries will pay more if the regional war by the United States and Israel with Iran persists. |

seunmsg:Obviously there's an ongoing regional war going on therefore, commercial ships CANNOT be allowed through the Strait of Hormuz. Any ship captain and his crew members with common sense will stay CLEAR of that region. Oil prices will start inching up north if this shock and awe war situation on Iran persists further than planned. Even several commercial ships were sunk by German U-boats during WW2 far away from German soil in the Atlantic Ocean and more. Some Nigerians lost their lives in some of those U-boat attacks. |

Slytiger:It's okay that the Nigerian President and General Theophilus Danjuma (the octogenarian elder statesman and Nigerian Civil War veteran) are having discussions. I assume that security and State Policing will constitute part of their discussions. More robust actions than mere talks are urgently needed though by tackling the low-hanging fruits. On the other hand, I like the way the Yorubas and the Jukuns (General Theophilus Danjuma is Jukun from Taraba State) wear their traditional caps the same way making them look dapper. "Gobi" is the name the Yoruba folks call that style of bent traditional cap. The Igalas, Ebiras, Idomas, Tivs, some Nassarawa State ethnic groups, etc, also wear that style of bent cap like the Yoruba folks BUT with distinct designs from studying several photographs and online videos. The Idomas for instance generally have ONLY "red and black striped" traditional bent cap designs. Must be due to some ancestral connections among all these DISTINCT ethnicities listed right above around the Middle Belt region of Nigeria from several centuries back or just acculturation through trade and migrations going back to centuries past as well. 12 Likes 1 Share |

The Southern Nigeria States are the ones I have doubts about due to the effect of multiple LEVIES demanded from commodities traders and food dealers while transporting foods from the North to the South. The greedy hoarders of food items too especially in the Southern Nigeria States have to be totally eliminated with the governments offering more modern silos, and post-harvest preservation techniques. God1000:Indeed, Iran is not Venezuela and is well-armed with some of the MOST amazing weapons ever seen in modern military warfare. I was totally worried watching the live or real time military build up to the "First Gulf War" against Iraq by the United States and her allied military partners on Cable News Network (CNN) back in 1990 right into 1991 during the "Operation Desert Storm" and "Operation Desert Shield" missions. Saddam Hussein's Iraqi military which had invaded and annexed the oil and gas-rich Kingdom of Kuwait and made Kuwait on of Iraq's provinces, and Saddam Hussein ordered several massive SCUD missiles at Saudi Arabia and Israel. It's the same thing the Shiite Iranian clerics are doing right now by attacking United States based, Saudi Arabia and Israel BUT they won't succeed based off of past global geopolitical trends from the 1980s through to the 2000s. The POTUS, Donald Trump has stated CLEARLY in his speech that regime change is what the United States and Israel are aiming for now. The Iranian people are gonna be BETTER for it when those Shiite Mullahs leave the ancestral homeland of Emperor Cyrus the Great of the Persian Empire, the Zoroastrian King ALSO known in Parsi as the "Shah han Shah" or "King of Kings." Whoa! It's simply surreal... Another turning point in human history has emerged and D-Day is here at last. A series of joint United States and Israeli military operations to liberate Iran eventually. My positive thoughts go out to the great people of Iran (the land of Emperor Cyrus the Great, the "Shah han Shah" or "King of Kings" of the Persian Empire) who have endured enough since the so-called 1979 mullah invasion led by Ayatollah Khomeini and his gang. I hope the Shiite clerics are NOT using innocent Iranians as human shields right now. This military mission has to be fast and furious to minimize civilian casualties among Iranians. I remember the day Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield offensives started in 1990 (to liberate Kuwait from the dictator Saddam Hussein's military invasion which insultingly made the oil and gas-rich Kuwaiti into one of her provinces. BUT the United States and her allies did a fantastic job in liberating Kuwait and kicking Iraqi troops out who then retreated back into Iraq with heavy loses. Saddam Hussein launched SCUD missiles at Saudi Arabia but many were brought down by several United States-made Patriot missiles. Iran is doing the same thing by launching attacks on all United States military bases and on Israel. But these attacks by the Iranian mullahs are just the kick from the dying horse. Period. |
