Secondly, this is not the first time EFCC is freezing an account in over 15 years; even under the amiable GEJ who never bothered to fight corruption, the epileptic EFCC then froze the account of Admiral Murtala Nyako the governor of Adamawa. They also went ahead to freeze the bank accounts of the entire state, this happened when GEJ was trying to boot out Nyako for his hard opposition and guess what?.. Nyako was eventually removed by the smiling amiable tyrant GEJ (as you guys like to label PMB lately).

If this barbaric by Ozakume (SAN), I wonder what he will call freezing the account on a state- welcome development. Please, Mr Fayose investigation is not thesame with prosecution. Your immunity covers the later only.

It was said to know that the proposed Maritime University did not have Act establishing it. That is another blunder by the government of that day. Other, our law maker would not be debating where in site the university. Let the representatives of Niger delta seek for Act first to legalize the establishment.

Please, I have always ask this question, was there an Act to establish the highly contested Maritime University? Every establishment including institution had an Act to establishing it. If none, which it what it is, then GEJ have another blunder added to his portfolio.

Corrective action to address this fraud?
1. Niger Delta Avengers, other militants should stop firing and blowing up these pipeline.
2. They should use their representative at NASS to get the Act passed;
3. The allege monies paid for the land should be verified and if found to be true should be returned to the community and used to develop the community.
4. The Government at the state and the communities leaders should be transpirate to their people.
5. The IOC and host communities should be a system in place that will discourage dealing with individuals.

Thirdly, when the US and other western world refuse to sell arms to the last administration to fight Boko haram, the wall street never said any thing against their government. Although, I have some reservation concerning the way the last administration handled some issue relating to BH.

For record purpose, the corruption that led to global melt down in 2006, started from wall street USA not from any African countries. As I write corruption is still going on in wall street.

For me, it depends on Nigeria to either accept the challenge to fix her country or allow others to destroy their characters, all in the name of get at PMB. PMB will come and go, but Nigeria will continue to live.

- 93 billion naira is far less than what Dansuki alone was sharing among his cohorts. Anything wrong in Govt giving directly to the citizen where there will be no bogus contracts and rip off?
- There is an adage that says when you remove hunger from the poverty equation, the problem is half solved.
- Health is wealth. With children eating good food, their visits to hospitals due to various disease will reduce.
- This is a social benefit initiative by the Government to help her citizens some of whom are extremely poor.
- This will help school enrollment as this is one other incentive that will make school attractive to kids and in effect aid their learning.
- There are other aspects of the 2016 budget that deals with capital projects which includes equipping and furnishing public schools.
- Many have complained about how citizens of some countries are benefiting from social welfare package by their Govt, while there is none for Nigerians. What is wrong in Nigeria helping her poor citizens to feed kids who are in Primary 1 to 3?
- It is a token, but it will go a long way in alleviating poverty of some citizens.
- With the high price of fuel / subsidy removal due to fraud in the system and non availability of forex, consider this as a palliative to cushion the effects of the hike
- This initiative will create a snowball effect whereby farmers, food sellers, kitchen utensil suppliers etc will benefit, in an organised fashion.

Some critics are hell bent to criticize this government just because of unguarded hatred for Mr President, even when this intention and programme means well. I am encourage by your choice of word "snowball effect". I concur absolutely.
