Osezua:Please, for the fact that you don't know before does not mean other did not know when the allegation and trial started in 2007. |
Abeymills:Eziokwu? Those that have raining insults on him are saint. He that God bless no one can curse! Chukwu gozie Buhari. Amen |
chernest2002:A failure because one is being firm on some national issue that affect most nigerians. What most of us knows very well would not be acceptable in a saner environment, we want coin issue as if the Nigerian state is centre around one man. We have so much with corruption, hence it has become a norm. Let them witch hunt themselves for Nigeria to be better. |
Acting Nollywood. Until she slaps the judge then I will agree she is angry. |
Premium time 20 June 2014: the account of the governor and entire state was frozen during. Investigation. Immunity did not cover investigation. |
BlackSeptember:Tomorrow. |
obailala:Thank you for bringing this to fore. I am sure most Nigerians are not aware this actually happened. An entire state account was frozen. If this barbaric by Ozakume (SAN), I wonder what he will call freezing the account on a state- welcome development. Please, Mr Fayose investigation is not thesame with prosecution. Your immunity covers the later only. |
When one who is about to be set ablaze decided to rob oil on is body, little did he knows he is fast tracking the burning process, should be pity. If The Gov as had behaved amicably and file a suit against EFCC, may be he may taken serious. Rather, in his usual manner (I am not disappointed anyway) decided to raise dust and embarrass himself at the banking hall, all in the name to create attention. Finally, he did not get his statement. What is the graga for. What a shame!. Anyone who believe Fayoshe should read this: http://www.nytimes.com/2007/04/29/business/yourmoney/29lobby.html?_r=0 |
funnynation:Nice joke! What a way to diffuse stress without insulting anyone. Well done. |
I can convam, baba is back! It does matter if they like it or not. What matter is that God has brought him back to continue his work. |
Wabros:Sentimental comment. But if it should be a poor man in the street or a student caught in the act of exam malpractices the full weight of law should take it full course? We are the problems of our progress. Both should go to court and clear their names. |
keally:Dullard indeed because he has inserted his authority and refuse to play along. They should be explicit on the impeachable offense and stop playing to the gallery. For instituting immunity and suggesting life pension for themselves is not an impeachable offence? |
youngeagle:Because it is the senate that is why they are least of problem. Catch a thief in the street or a student that gets involved in exam malpractices, it will be an issue. Double standard for one country, foster by the people and admonished by the people. Yet we want to be like america. Both leaders should face the music. Let clean up start from there not from the bottom. |
The life of everyone is in the hand of God almighty. God bless PMB |
Firefire:What do you expect? The first recommendation in their constitution review jamboree is solicitate for life pension and immunity for the senate. |
One would have expected that both leaders should be glad to clear their names in the court. Rather, the senate in their usual way decide to be the crying baby and being sentimental. Senate, please lead by example. |
TrueSenator:Would you have preferred to see or hear the demise of Mr President. Tell good Nigerian what would you stand to again from the demise of Mr President. |
demolinka: It does matter if is his bad or good. As long as they..... |
Who made the call? If it is not Obama, then no need to read the post. |
DIKEnaWAR:Nna Biko, remember the deputy senate president once clamour for restructuring, that is the restructuring he was talking about. |
You sound as if it is not his constitutional right to go on leaves. Anyway to answer your question Paul Biya of Cameroun usually spend more than one month in paris. Please, what else. |
Vick4rill:I as much I don't believe any politician, but please put aside those sentiment propagated by southern politicians. Remember Late Ge Azizi comment on BH "PDP knows more about BH". Also remember, the bunch of miscreants unleashed Mayhem during late Yaradua and Governor from the north east was pointed at for being a source. Now, the President has score a point, rather than praising him it become a source of blackmail. I have also ask, how would we from south feel if someone from north say avanger is being sponsor by GEJ because he lost the election. It does not add up. |
DaniDani:Eziokwu? But what did you wish yourself? Let tell ourselves the truth Igbo (we) are architect of our problems. Ndi nyeru! Let the man alone and ask your leaders whose wives and children are abroad what do they wish for us. Even Nnamdi Kanu's wife is in London and she gave birth in London. But those running around in street all in the name of Biafra struggle has never been to London and their wives are struggling to access Antenatal care in our dilapidated primary health centre. God please, grant PMB healing if he is sick. |
CHIJIOKE1314:The last time you fell ill was because of the atrocities you committed? The misfortune that came your way last year was because of the atrocities you committed. Bro thank God for good health as at today. You never can never tell what will happen tomorrow. Otherwise, the least you will do is to keep mute if you don't have anything meaningful to say. May God forgive us. Amen |
iaamxavier:Which political party did he belong? Praying for Mr President healing not re-election is not politics. If you can't pray allow others to pray. Biko nna. |
Obanikoro need not to be extradited, if he knows his hands are clean, he should take the next available plane to Nigeria. After all he does not need visa to come to nigeria. |
It was said to know that the proposed Maritime University did not have Act establishing it. That is another blunder by the government of that day. Other, our law maker would not be debating where in site the university. Let the representatives of Niger delta seek for Act first to legalize the establishment. |
Please, I have always ask this question, was there an Act to establish the highly contested Maritime University? Every establishment including institution had an Act to establishing it. If none, which it what it is, then GEJ have another blunder added to his portfolio. Corrective action to address this fraud? 1. Niger Delta Avengers, other militants should stop firing and blowing up these pipeline. 2. They should use their representative at NASS to get the Act passed; 3. The allege monies paid for the land should be verified and if found to be true should be returned to the community and used to develop the community. 4. The Government at the state and the communities leaders should be transpirate to their people. 5. The IOC and host communities should be a system in place that will discourage dealing with individuals. |
What else do I we expect from wall street. People are entitled to their opinion and this will not be an exception. However, the fight against corruption will always be seen as one sided, especially when those that have benefited from the corruption are being affected. However, my question has always being, those accused did they tamper with the public funds? Have they been charged to court? Even the case against Dasuki, Dasuki himself if given another opportunity will not like to be involve in the alleged corruption. Anyway, I will encourage the wall street and their operators to please forgive Buhari and encourage their country to return all looted funds in their custody. Well, I am tempered to believe that it will not happened, but they are striving on these looted loot. Secondly, I am sure the visit to china by PMB will definitely not go down well with the west. Hence, they will through all sort to Nigeria. But, will US or western be willing to loan money to Nigeria without an interest? That will be another miracle like crossing the red sea in the bible. Thirdly, when the US and other western world refuse to sell arms to the last administration to fight Boko haram, the wall street never said any thing against their government. Although, I have some reservation concerning the way the last administration handled some issue relating to BH. For record purpose, the corruption that led to global melt down in 2006, started from wall street USA not from any African countries. As I write corruption is still going on in wall street. For me, it depends on Nigeria to either accept the challenge to fix her country or allow others to destroy their characters, all in the name of get at PMB. PMB will come and go, but Nigeria will continue to live. God Bless Nigeria |
mohaMADbuari:It will do us more good if we learn how to respect others. You might be the leader tomorrow. |
luvinhubby:If the stupidity will make them return the money such stupidity is welcome. That was how Metu was ranting before he was charge to court. Today he is begging to return the loot. |
deji15:Some critics are hell bent to criticize this government just because of unguarded hatred for Mr President, even when this intention and programme means well. I am encourage by your choice of word "snowball effect". I concur absolutely. |
