parents have never complained to govt tht they cant feed their children,so why not invest this fund into our educational system by equiping schools with world class facilities & empowering teachers with latest teaching skills to enhance pupils performance.

Please, have you considered the ripple benefit s of the programme? Increased number of pupils enrollment, agricultural boost, and employment. Let look at the immediate positive side than negative side.

What made me think there is a chance he had his hand in the jar was
1) the fact that his lawyers did not put out any sweeping/serious statement from him (I don't know if he has such liberties to put out statements while in custody even if through his lawyers)

2) The fact that he went religious about the whole thing at a certain point. That looked like an attempt to easily whip up much needed sentiments in his favour at that point. In that statement, not much of weight appeared and I know he is a brilliant mind and loves to bring factual substance to support his position at any time. Resorting to whipping up religious emotions at that time made me think something might be wrong

EFFC got a court order to keep him for 30 day. FFK knows that is in the law enhance he will not make any noise about that. People take panadol for others head ache. None of these people making tribal affiliations have benefited from these Military personnels. Most people are seeing these names for the first time and they have jump into conclusion that they from south.

3. Institute an efficiency units to reduce cost of governance and avoid duplication of expenditures;

These three items will improve accountability and make the governor more responsible. The ball is in the court of the governors.
