Like, you could see the high strides which Tinubu achieved in Lagos such as his legacies which include Lekki seaport, lekki trade zone, BRT, Eko Atlantic, BRT terminal, high increase in Lagos revenue even at the time Obasanjo withheld Lagos allocation for several years yet Tinubu made Lagos' thrived regardless. But rather than look at these, you're limiting Tinubu to his religion. How is Peter Obi who's got no achievement whatsoever better than Tinubu's enormous legacies in Lagos? Na ment? Tinubu is a first class graduate of accounting whereas Peter Obi is only a D pass graduate of philosophy.

It was a big mistake on his part setting out in his own.
If he had stuck with Atiku, they'll easily win next year the calculations would have favored them easily. They won the South in 2019 and would look poised to win it with a bigger margin this time running against a Muslim-Muslim ticket.
They'll also be poised to take more states from the North given that a notherner is not on the ticket of APC and the core nothern states usually go with a notherner no matter the sentiments.
By 2027, Atiku would have been retiring and he would be in pole position to take the ticket.

I don't think he made a mistake. PDP governors would not have allowed him that VP ticket again, I'm sure they would have threatened to withdraw support from Atiku if he gives it to a non-serving governor. They would have used him as a campaign director to be speaking English under the sun. He may not win the election, but his electoral value has tripled to the extent that the major parties will poach him in his personal terms and conditions.

I’m a realist. The only way to win the presidency in Nigeria is winning in at least 24 states with at least 25% of the votes cast. It has to be spread to across at least four regions including the north. The only two parties that are capable is PDP and APC because if their grounded structures in the country, any other party is chasing shadows.
