Still on the Visa process, I have some few questions to ask

1) My sponsor is a Paternal Uncle of mine the same town but not the same village. My DAD and my Sponsor are cousins, their parents are siblings, how can i draw a family tree to prove this and on which document will i do this?

2) My sponsor has not in any way before transferred any funds to me. He is about to pay my First year tuition fee from his account, Is this a red flag

3) And what documents will i ask from my sponsor to show and convince the VO that he wants to sponsor me?

4) And what visa route will you I used during my Visa application to fast track the process, Paper or Online route.

5) A friend in Canada is advising me to apply to university get an Undergraduate admit, that the likelihood of getting visa approval is high with a university than my admit from Post graduate Diploma in George Brown College(GBC). I could not apply for a direct masters because of my low cgpa 2.2 (3.24/5), So i applied to GBC and got admitted and now this advice from my friend is getting me confuse. Please help a brother here.

Please I want to make my school fees payment for George brown college Ontario. I am abit confuse, the tuition fees are they in Canadian dollars or the normal US dollars. My sponsor is asking me so he can pay my part tuition fee to secure my seat in the class. Please I need answers

Yea thank you Naijaforeigner, am so grateful. I have the my CAC documents of my registered business and can get a documents from the company to show am a franchisee and maybe will get pictures of where we setup networks for clients mostly SMEs and also have my CCNA certification..And also have a landed property. This will go a long way right?

(1) I don't know the bank with the best rate because I am not in Nigeria at the moment.

(2) Nothing will be a red flag once you can attach documents of what you have been doing. For everything you mention in your letter, can you show proofs?

(3) Yes your Uncle can stand in as sponsor. Let him give you copies of his international passport, SOA, proof of business registration and he should write a letter of sponsorship on WHY he is sponsoring you to study in Canada. The story must be reasonable and convincing.

(4) Let your uncle make the tuition payment from his account.

(5) Yes affidavit will cover that.

To get a list of documents you need for your visa application is quite easy. Start from page 234, look for 3 people that recently shared their approval stories plus the list of all their documents and write out all the documents they submitted. When you are done comparing, you will have a list of everything you need.

Then you need prayers. God be with you bro.

I just got an admit from George Brown college GBC Ontario in Network and Security Analyst (Post Graduate Certificate) and I studied Electronics and Computer Engineering in Unizik and am certified in Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA),they give me a a deadline of March 22nd to pay my part tuition fee. I have series of questions

1. How do pay the tuition fee and which bank has the best rate.

2. Currently I own a franchise and also have run a business which is registered in CAC and we deal on procurements and installation wired and wireless Networks (LAN and WLAN) but this is on contract basis will it not be a red flag as I am not employed like the white collar job thing.

3. My sponsor is a paternal uncle who is not bearing my surname can he stand as my sponsor? And if he can what are the necessary documents I need to get from him for my applications because he is the CEO of a private firm.

4. Currently I have over 4.5M in my personal account and i pay my tuition fees 2.5M it will deplete my account or should tell my sponsor to pay the tuition fee from his account or should I pay from mine?

5. Please I need to start my Visa application. My parents dont have Birth Certificate they are aged. Will court affidavits cover for that.

Please I need all list of documents I need to get tailored to my case as an IT entrepreneur for my Visa application. Thank you

Yes it was. I'm not really an expert on this but from what I've seen so far on this forum, alot of people with PGD have also gotten approval. Although I think some schools accept a 2:2 depending on some factors. I stand to be corrected tho. I think more capable people can say more about it.

Didn't really see the point of the police certificate thingy, so I didn't do it.

I don't even know how to thank God that will be enough to express how grateful I am. I was getting crazy waiting . It even made it worse that I wasn't working so I was checking my portal like 3 times a day for some days

After I submitted, I was always worried about every little thing! Trust me when I say every LITTLE thing. But at a point; I don't really know when it happened, I finally had complete and utter faith (began to form my approval timeline in my head )

All in all, whether you feel your application is perfect or you feel you might have made a mistake some where; Trust that you have a living God. For those that genuinely wanted to study and had their visa delayed, just trust God completely that he has a plan and have the the best in mind for his children. At the end of the end of the day, it's not how far (or who got there the fastest) but how well.

Lemme stop ranting now ☺️

Congrats. Was it a masters program. I am scared of visual refusal. I got an admit for PGD,couldn't apply for direct masters because of my low cgpa 3.24 out of 5.

I just applied for fall 2019 in George brown college but a friend was telling me the visa chances are slim compared to going for Masters in a University. Good day gurus in the house, wrote my first gre on Sunday but i performed poorly V146 Q150, i learnt from my mistakes and i know where i blew the whole thing. Thank God for the experience, i am planning to retake the GRE in the next 1 month time and i am aiming at 310-320 but can i used this score to apply to some schools and get funding with this abysmal score and if so which schools can i apply to for Computer Networks, I have CCNA already. I need advice but sure am taking the GRE again.

I don't think your cgpa is as low as you think. Infact, you should stand a little above 3.0/4.0 on the WES scale which is usually the benchmark for most good engineering programs. That being said, you should focus on the other parts of your application - GRE/TOEFL, LOR, SOP. You should aim for a GRE score of 320+ with a quant score of 160+. You can do it! Funding in that case will be very plausible. Maybe just not from highly ranked schools.
