Bros, I don't understand. I don't know where you are building but if you really want to save money, 2coaches of block above the ground is idea.
You put an extra 2 coaches and now you are contemplating on whether to do or not do German floor?

My advice to you is that you should do it. If you want a solid house and don't want to be penny wise and pounds foolish,
then do it.

It is always better. Another reason why i think you should do it is that since it is a commercial building and you are building it with 6" block(6" pillars)
then please do it.

If you are using step tiles, I learnt the best gauge of aluminium to use is 0.55mm

but for normal aluminium roof, you can use any gauge(evn 0.3 can work it the building is kind o high)

Second room have been completed(room opposite the master bedroom)
So tomorrow we will be working on the third room.
Please note that when I say completed, I meant about 90% the work that is supposed to be done there
has been completed.

Okay, I will like to add that a total of 370,000 Naira  is what I am paying for my furniture works.

The guy called me today that the pricess of materials have went up o!!!!!
I didn't plan to have POP inside my rooms. But when I saw what he did in the
master bedroom, I decided to have it everywhere inside my house.

That was when I decide to give him some extra cash to do for all my house.
So when he called today to tell me the price of things have increased, I told him I
when we see we will talk(I may compensate him for the bedrooms I added since prices have changed)
But for the other once I paid it still stand at 2k7 even the bedroom. What I will give him will be from a free will.

The picture you posted above is very nice. . .
But the problems with those kind of POP work(with too much designs)
Is that in the future, if it eventually have any problem, it will be very difficult to repair
as designs extint overtime!!!!!!

That is more of the reason why I am using plain pop!!!!!!

My interior door are the imported china doors. And its of 2 types
One sells for 14k5 and the other sells for 17k5
installation is 2k5 per door and the fixing of the handle
But for the main entrance door
It is turkey and sells for 120k

Then I have another 4 feet door like that on inside the house
It was used for the lobby
I got that one 32k.
Note all my doors are the roof surface onces(it is a little bit more expensive and doesn't change color)
