Good Morning Nairalanders, This is my first Topic post ever since I joined this forum. On my to work this morning, though I was late, but it gave me an opportunity to witness first hand the rate at which people defecate along the road with no sense of decorum. Sitting beside me was a Police, when he noticed I was irritated by what I saw, he told me it is the government fault. I was shocked with that statement coming from a Police Officer. Please my fellow nairalanders, what do you think? Is the Police Officer right or wrong? |
