I wonder why Yoruba people do not want their own republic. What is Nigeria doing for you. Your people although very educated are shamefully poor. That's why when i see guys like this guy or FFK standing up for themselves, it's refreshing. Yorubas have produced great warriors in the past. People like Fela, Wole Soyinka, Reni Kayode. This current generation need to man up. They are a disappointment to that tradition.

Why Igbos Can’t Be Tamed

It will be a task impossible to actualise for the Igbos, to follow the Yoruba's Ideology. The Igbos are more republican by nature, which is why it is very difficult for you to tame such tribe.

From the extensive research I did on the three major tribes, I find out that the Igbos are the most westernized, most enterprising, most astute, most dynamic, most intelligent (smart), and the most technically gifted tribe found among the black race.
The Hausa/Fulani and the Yorubas have limitations. But an Igbo man doesn't see any limitations. An average Igbo man is highly competitive, unlike the Yoruba and the Hausa/Fulani.

While the Yoruba and the Hausa/Fulani had kingdoms which enabled the British to infiltrate their territories easily, the Igbos on the other hand, had what could be called "Chiefdoms" (autonomous Communities). These structures made it very difficult to tame the Igbos.
It took the British just 9 months to tame the North and South West but
almost 30 years to be able to tame the Igbos.

The British had to send a team of anthropologists to the South to understudy the Igbo because, they (the British) acknowledged they hadn't being up against a black race with such depth and intelligence coupled with the gut to confront the whites and learn from them so, so fast.

While a Tinubu, can have unrestricted influence over the Yoruba tribe, something you can only find mostly among blacks and some poor nations on earth today, an Igbo man can never be tamed by the ideology of one man unchecked, no matter how highly placed he or she is. That's why the Igbos are very successful no matter where they find themselves. They don't believe in putting limitations on their path. You can only find such similarities among the Europeans, the Americans, and developed Asian tiger nations.

A Hausa/Fulani man sees Kano as his world. A Yoruba man sees Lagos as his world. An Igbo man sees the world as his Village!

Because Igbos by nature are kind people. He did what came to him naturally, that is , a heart for people and for their safety. Chief Allen Onyema could not sleep at night after watching all the videos of Nigerians being butchered like animals.

Igbos love Nigeria and Air Peace Airline CEO chief Allen Onyema has again displayed this truth. Unfortunately, some people do not reciprocate our kindness and love and vision for a better and greater Nigeria, which is why Biafra is mentioned as an alternative.

Imagine if Hausas, Fulanis, Yorubas and Igbos plus other tribes come together and put aside their differences ? Nigeria will be more than an African Power, it will be a World Power. Unfortunately I do not see this happening anytime soon. Our leaders are too greedy, myopic, THICK and DULL.

Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, has excused his ministry from being in charge of East West roads, saying that Niger Delta ministry should be held responsible.


Let me inform you that the East-West road is not the responsibility of the ministry of works; It is the ministry of Niger Delta and by extension, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). Please take that message straight home.

“That is how we met it and so it is going to be. But we have collaborations. Please tell members of the public how some of the East West roads have been completed because I have driven on it; from Bayelsa, through Rivers, Delta all the way to Edo State,  we drove on the road,” he said.

Chaii, that would be the best thing to happen to Nigeria since the death of Abacha.
No doubt, Atiku won the elections, and evidences before the Tribunal shows so.
But we all know the Electoral Tribunal will very unlikely to declare Atiku the winner.
By now they would have received stern warning not to try it or else they will get the Onnoghen treatment.
And even if the Tribunal declare Atiku winner, APC will head to higher court, and they have their people all ready to overturn the Tribunal ruling if it doesn't favor Buhari.

The dss did seize jewels from diezani but it's not up to $40m. Maybe $2-5m at most but definitely not $40m. She also couldn't defend herself against the lies being peddled against her mostly because the govt will arrest her and lock her away before she can talk to any journalist. She decided to apply to collect back her jewels and dss pissed in their pants and here's why:

If she wins the jewels back, dss will have to explain why it wasn't up to $40m, in fact they will augment the remaining amount since they themselves announced that its $40m and the public will understand what games are being played. They went for blood and made sure she lost the jewels to them permanently.
That was a funny but close shave.

Don't quote me abeg, this is my opinion.
