Zenith has maintained a standard in Human resources and only began contract staff hiring 4years ago.

These staff eventually get converted with time to full staff.

Being a contract staff in Zenith bank is the first rung on a career ladder that can lead you to the very top.
And believe me no climb to the top is easy...don't be disgruntled, believe in yourself and the system and you too shall rise!

Remember...Zenith is in your best interest.

Just one question I'll ask to put to agreement my concern and humble advice.

Were you once a contract staff of Zenith bank who later got converted after two years?

A yes or no answer is all I need.

You need a total overhaul of your recruitment process. Train your 'PeoplePlus' to be better recruiters.

I totally get your point... But you gotta put one thing into consideration this is Nigeria... a land with varying perspectives.

Now to answer your Q I dint use my normal mail for the application...so it's easier to come here...get updates and then check my mail later. And if invite comes..well I'd know to check spam or normal folder..and if I don't see it... All is well that ends well!.. life continues.

Supposing they send test invites or whatever the next stage holds tomorrow to successful applicants and you receive no mail, what will you do?

Nothing!
At most you'll mail DPR HR Team to complain and if they are kind enough they'll reply to say why you aren't qualified for the next stage or simply ignore the mail.

So you see, no need for all the headache this noise is generating. If they will contact you, they will in due time.

So far with the comments I've read, I can say boldly that DPR's human resources team are by far the most efficient team I've seen in this country.

You're having trouble with registering, after two three failures, they email you and suggest what they think you should do having noticed the difficulty you're encountering.

Deadline for submission of application is over and now they are taking time to mail candidates who didn't obey the simple rule of uploading certain documents, to say, upload this and that.
For me, I rate them 5 stars. Yet, guys still come here to say 'I uploaded A and left B and C, please give me the link to complete the upload'

I don't seem to understand.
This kind of thing beats my imagination honestly.

Then you are checking your status day and night hoping for it to change because someone else's own has changed. I don't know but people should relax. I'm reading through and worrying about the health implications of what some people are doing.

You check with phone, you check with Laptop.
You check through Google Chrome, you check through Opera mini.
