One of two things as regards your enquiry;
1: You can place your advert here but the coverage won't be wide. That is to say not many will see it as this is a chatroom.
OR...

2: You can put up the vacancy on a thread which you will create by yourself... you'll be the landlord of the thread, your own boss

This option is most suitable as it reaches your target audience in just one click.

To do this, Go to new/create new topic on the section's dashboard, right above this thread (when you walk outside, figuratively), click on the create new topic, when it loads, choose a subject/topic you deem fit and post the advert on the body of the page. It's simple.
