... Captivating you are, am just feeling like someone is HOT APEing me! With all these wits you can never be jobless. Am not exactly comfortable discussing price here, but if my hunch is still as good as the last time, then I would love to believe that the price will not be the issue. I have got willing hands and yours is a heart full of enthusiasm; what more do we need?
Just negodu
You'll make a great sales person. I'll send you a mail.

Once I get the work done by you, I'll upload and use as my Nairaland dp cheesy.

... Wow! You are awesome intuitive! I must confess since 2010 that I joined nairaland, just yesterday was my first time of trying to make a post. I knew I needed some skills on how to navigate and project myself but since I didn't know much on how to go about it, I just had to stir the waters and hope I ll get enough ripples! And now you are here, i ll say to you like the Ethiopian said to Philip; here is water, what stops me from being baptised! Please take me by the hands, for I am like a baby that washes only his tummy while bathing
Oh jibijibijibijibi!!!! grin grin grin
Why me tonight? Lol. Oh! where is my bald head? Papa Ajasco please lend me some grin.

Ok. I'm done laughing.
Now down to business. You really did exceptionally well with that first attempt. It's brilliant. Like I said before, all the thread needs is a minor tweak in the subject only and it is good to go.

All you need do is to go to the thread, open it, click on the first post which was by you and you'll be able to edit. Using the 'Modify' button, before the emoticons, you'll see the subject. Edit to suit you and market your thread with a catchy topic.

Don't forget to put in brackets 'Pic'. Nairalanders love pictures! They can do anything to watch pictures on a thread. Just do something like this -

SCULPTURES AND PAINTINGS, HOW WILL YOU LIKE TO BE DRAWN? (Pics)

Or...

PICTURES OF A NAIRALANDER'S SCULPTURES

Or...

SEE THIS GRADUATE WHO RECEIVED AN AWARD FOR DRAWING SNAKES (Pics) grin grin grin

This last one is magical cheesy

Lol. Wroskian, I just bit my tongue now cheesy. The thing I wanted to say now to you ehn? Lol, it would have caused a love spark grin

You've written well but did I hear you say the government should look into private schools by making them more accountable? Well, I think public schools are the breeding ground for this malaise. Even though I do not rule out private schools completely but it seems to me that it is more condoned in Public schools where anything goes than in private schools.

Hi Osmoseas,
It's me again cheesy from your thread.

There's something I wanted to bring to your notice but didn't want to say it on the thread so here I am in the chatroom calling you out cheesy

It's about the title of the thread. That thread has potential but it's not being maximized because of the title, it's not catchy enough and somehow it's intimidating. I'll explain what I mean.

I saw your thread a day before I opened it. On the first day I saw it, I felt like, 'what again? They have come o! Its the first class thingy, another joblander feeling entitled'. But on opening it the second day, Alas! I was wrong! Oh poor me! I would have been the first to comment and share my excitement but I missed it to assumption cheesy. Thank God I opened it on the second day and from that singular click, we are now friends grin

You see, like me, there are many others who feel that way. If you tweak your thread subject a little, you will get a wider audience which will translate to job opportunity for you. Think about it. I can help you brainstorm for another subject for the thread if you don't mind.

Once again, great skill you've got! I admire it. cheesy

lol! Very funny you... Mathematicians are one interesting bunch of muses too, we all envy the next guy that's got something we ain't got. As for making you a portrait bust, we can actually contrapt you something that can be beautiful and at the same time portable. Something that you can conveniently keep on your table and it will be conspicuous enough to attract attention and yet decent enough to occupy lesser space. To start with, you will mail me your pictures then I ll choose the best suitable for the job.
I'm about to fall in Love!!!! Somebody HELP!!!!! grin grin grin

Oh my Moses! Guys with this name are always causing my head to spin grin. You're gonna make me a portrait for real!huh? I wish you were standing close, I would have hugged you a hundred times out of excitement cheesy

I'll take you up on this favorable offer!
Thank you Moses darling, thank you cheesy. I can't wait to have it on my desk, portable (like me tongue) at the same time, conspicuous! grin

CareerRe: My Embarassing Professional Exam! by amicable09(f): 12:46pm On Oct 21, 2016
Examination malpractice is a cankerworm that has eaten deep into our educational system. Imagine the shock on my face when I read that it was your protégé who was caught with his phone in the hall. I can feel the embarrassment from here myself. When I saw the topic, I thought it would be you who got caught cheesy. I'm sorry I thought that way but the reality in itself, realizing it isn't you is even more embarrassing.

The way forward is addressing the root cause of the problem and that starts from our primary schools. My 9 year old nephew wrote common entrance exam in a different school since his school insisted he stayed till basic 6. He'd written a lot of exams organized by the secondary schools of his choice and the results were all good. His confidence in passing common entrance was high but on the day he wrote the exam and returned home, he frowned all through. Why? Because he wasn't given a question booklet but answer sheet to shade answers. How was that possible? The answers were called out while they (pupils) shaded the answers.

I felt terrible when I heard it. He's going to retake that exam cos his parents have refused to let him grow up thinking it's normal and therefore right. I just fear for the other many children who were with him in that hall. I'm worried about the ripple effect that single act will have on the society in decades to come.

Hahahahahahaha.
Nice stuff you copied OP, thanks for sharing. BUT your spelling of 'nail' is wrong cheesy and funny at the same time grin

I wish it were the correct way of spelling the word, it would have made sense like that cheesy. Our teachers would have said 'Listen students, when pronouncing the word 'Nail', the letter 'K' is silent grin

Will miss this thread for awhile and most especially drama queen amicable09 who keeps this thread lit.
Jobsites are good they capture various job positions in different locations but also social media platforms are a tool to get job scoops and they can give you an advantage over the so many millions of people visiting jobsites daily if you can make good use of it. Pray God crown our efforts with the desires of our heart quickly.
You just threw a subtle shade at me Daniel grin grin grin. Why oh whyhuh?

On social media being a tool for getting job scoops like you rightly mentioned, I want to say I concur. As a job seeker connecting with other job seekers is very very important. In fact, it's importance can neither be underestimated nor overestimated.

I can give some instances of times when I didn't feel motivated to apply for certain jobs, it took some well meaning friends to push me to apply. There have been times I felt lazy about completing an application, all I needed was a friend (online and offline) to ask what's causing the delay and I'll get my acts back together.

What should you do?
Build a strong team of guys who will encourage and support you in this search. Alone you will get weary but with the right companions, you will sure get that dream job in due time if you don't faint.

So guys, bring your girlfriends and join the army, one more river to cross...one more river, one more river, one more river to cross grin

... Lol! That's some bold wish you know. I like that, it shows you have a receptive disposition towards art and probably aesthetics too. What is even more interesting is that you can make this tiny wish to become a reality; without even having to know me in person yet.
Lol. My love for Art and Aesthetics can't be explained neither can it be quantified cheesy, sometimes I wish I can live in a museum...I wouldn't mind at all.

It's sad that none of the guys I know in real life have ever drawn me a common butterfly, too much mathematics in their heads *frowns* Please now that I've met you - an online guy who is eager to make my wish come true, how and what need I to do to see me sculpted? grin

Ok. It's a general setback for most fresh graduates, the issue of having no 3-5 years experience to apply for certain jobs.

Be on the lookout, there are still other Vacancies where you can fit in and compete favourably.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Is Prayer OVERRATED? by amicable09(f): 12:38pm On Oct 17, 2016
Mmmh...
OP there's nothing like prayer being overrated.
Pray without ceasing cheesy

But don't for any reason feel that you pray more than so and so, therefore you should get a particular result and not him. That's what the Pharisees do grin, I bet you aren't one.

Listen to this Scripture I love so much, " if the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth...". Keep praying, when your 'cloud' is full of rain, it will shower.

That's how it works.
Cheer up!

Typical Agbo's Question, it's quite easy looking at it now that i've passed through it. But if I was in that class, God knows i'll be sweating
Lol cheesy. I heard that man's story. Sincerely, the question merely looking at it looks complex because of the many many grammar. Reminds me of my HOD's final year exam we wrote cheesy

We all wore our white shirts, excited. Went for the exam with markers. Arranged for pure water. Told photographers to hang around grin, it was our last paper and we were going to give the HOD assignment grin

Oh boy! The exam paper was the shortest we ever saw. The grammar inside, no be here. All our jacking failed. See us sweating and staring at the questions. Very easy questions o but to understand what you are asked to do was the problem. The hall that day quiet ehn! Lol

I'll never forget that my last exam. Some people came out sure of their extra year cheesy, it was bloody.
