I opened the doc but it didn't freely open. Had to allow access and some long protocol before I could get hold of the info therein.

I don't think that's good at all. The process was cumbersome considering the number of other things calling for my attention at the time I wanted to briefly look through it.

I'll advice you work on removing that blockade to start with. HRs are pretty busy guys who lack patience to reply the many questions asked before finally getting to see the content. Their impatience may cost you terribly. Apologies to all HR persons in the house
