In the real world, Looks apart; Nengi can't date Ozo. He doesn't have the kind of "spine" she wants in a man and I respect her for actually telling him that a number of times. Is Ozo stupid for being the way he is? NO! However, I think he should have taken the hint and eased up on the follow-follow, too much unnecessary explanations and a couple of other things. I think he got lost in love to a large extent in that house. My guy still didn't get that kiss at the end of his stay... That one off me!! I see fire in Ozo and I think he keeps it well under wraps...the bunch of plantains he punched the living daylights out of during one of the tasks can testify. Overall, I think he is a cool cat and I'm glad he won great stuff.

For the welcome letter the email will be sent to the petitioner and the beneficiary and not always the physical address and while fillingout the DS form you can make changes to the mailing address

The ban took effect a couple of days back. They have made it clear that no one for the immigrant category of visa would be given a visa. I'm guessing that even if your are successful,they would hold your passport back. Why?!.. The ban.

Thanks for sharing this. I had earlier on advised those who wish to proceed with their appointment to go with all the documents they believe will gain them a waiver. This document shows that the US embassy in Nigeria is approaching the matter same way as in the other countries that have been on the ban. What we are not sure yet is if the approval rate and processing time for the waiver will be the same. If it is, then it doesn't make sense (6% approval rate and over 1year processing time).
The ban looks like it would be resolved before that processing time elapses.

Look at it it this way... They are not in any hurry to let in immigrants from Nigeria and those other countries mentioned. I am sure they will take their time and also sure the Nigerian govt will slack off on putting their house in order. Brace yourself, prepared for the best and expect the worst.

We have come this far there is no going back...
Let's be hopeful there will be a reversal in the coming months ....

Our government will have to do the needful on their part, this will take time... The US will also take thei their time to ensure things are in place... E fit take two whiles. Stay positive.

Tried once. Everything checked out but they didnt issue me a student visa.

I think everything will just slow down with this retrogression thing especially for those doing the documentation part.. Inteview letters will still be sent all based on availability...

Hello, got to the US on christmas day, point of entry was smooth at Atlanta, we were asked to sit down and our passport was collected, after waiting for about 1hr, we were called and asked for the address of where we r staying and my sisters phone no. My grandma travelled with us and we requested for a wheel chair assistance which made us all go through the fast track ,we almost missed our connecting flight.we had plenty luggage and had to pay for 2 extra bags.
we went to the social security office today to apply for our number but was told to wait for 2 weeks, cos most times they send the number to the house and if they process one it becomes double and if we dont get it after 2 WEEKS we can come back.
The weather here isnt too cold.
