The Osun State Commissioner for Information and strategy, Adelani Baderinwa has released the list of how the State spent the 2nd Tranche of Paris Club refund.

According to the Commissioner, Osun received N6,314,106,340.62 in July and paid out N5,998,493,302.05.

Amiloaded correspondent gathered that N3,768,669,258 was spent on Workers' salaries and N503,908,475.4 on leave bonuses.

It was also gathered that N791,074,280.8 was spent on pensions while N934,841,306 was used to pay LGA salaries.

Osun State Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, has organised a 3-day fidau prayer for his mother, Alhaja Saratu Aregbesola in Ilesa.

The deceased finally called Iya Olobi died on Monday and was buried on the same day.

Amiloaded gathered that Prominent politicians in the likes of the National Chairman of the all progressives Congress, Otunba Ahmed Tinubu, former Governor of the State, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Bisi Akande, Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi were all at the event to commiserate with Ogbeni Aregbesola.

Also present were traditional rulers in the State and its environs, Islamic clerics and pastors who all prayed God grant the deceased al jannat Firdouz.

The mother of Osun State Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, has finally been laid to rest.

Alhaja Saratu Aregbesola died earlier this morning at her residence in Ilesa, Osun State.

Amiloaded correspondent gathered that the house has been crowded with people from all over the State since then.
