You are now personalising my comment? What does it matter to the subject of the discuss? The tax team claimed to have repealed several redundant taxes, why retain the 5% tax if they had no intention to implement it? If they are currently backtracking, it's due to backlash not because they care of the devastating impact on the already struggling populace. The two go-to comments we hear under Tinubu today are "Write your legislators", "Hold your governors accountable", and "Go to court" while the heist continues.

Will the 5% tax replace tolling or will the roads still be tolled after imposing 5% tax on fuel?
