So back to the question, what Section of the law empowers a court to interfer in the internal affairs of a political party, even when according to you, the party has not followed its constitution?

The Supreme Court simply said the court should not interfere in the internal affairs of a political party except when they refused to follow their own constitution. So, the Court will entertain Bala Gombe’s case since it has to do with the failure of ADC to follow its constitution.

You don't have to lie to drive home your point. Why not drop the specific section that gives the exception of failure to follow party's constitution. The Supreme Court of Nigeria has consistently ruled that courts lack jurisdiction over the internal affairs of political parties, including leadership disputes and candidate selection, deeming them non-justiciable.

The pressure was too much on Amupitan. With the momentum generated by Kwankwaso's defection to ADC to join Atiku and Obi, the election would have been won and lost by now if they had not found a way to slow the coalition.

Buhari is a better Economist than Tinubu.
