A court has no jurisdiction on the internal affairs of a political party, except in the conduct of its primaries. But bring it on! |
TimeManager:Continue to bury your head in the sand but don't expect the rest of us to do the same. A two-factor authentication of his username on twitter shows that not only is it linked to his other emails including his official email in UniJos, it is also linked to his phone numbers displayed on his CV.

Daniel Bwala will never get over that Mehdi Hassan interview. He's mentally defeated and damaged and it will continue to define him. If Daniel Bwala can't get it up in the morning, he blames the Obidients. |
Okoroawusa:All the Northern governors are also in APC and 3 governors out of 5 in the Southeast are in the APC. Does it mean Tinubu will win those states? Governors have incentives to join the APC. Tinubu has taken money out of pockets of struggling Nigerians and handed it over to them. What's in it for the Nigerian people? |
We are also back to defending the naira. What happened to market forces and free float?
|
givedemwotowoto:Now, we are back to subsidising the naira and are even spending more now to do so. Market forces in the mud. We've gone round in circles and arrived at the same spot, just worse off than we were. He has also borrowed more than those who paid subsidies. What then is the gain apart from the hardship? They came into power with so much arrogance, determined to implement IMF and Worldbank policies just for a pat on the back. This was something Buhari refused to do.
|
Kastonkastroll:You are one amongst only very few APC supporters who still have their conscience and objectivity intact. The APC has deviated from the ideals upon which it was formed. The earlier you realise this, the better. |
First of several defeats of INEC by WE THE PEOPLE! Eventually, they will all fold. |
lapintoz:If someone is willing to spend our collective patrimony on destroying all opposition parties and rigging an election, he will always find accomplices. Soldier go, Soldier come. Barracks remain.
|
LibertyRep:Vice Chairman of a local government in Ondo state. Let them continue to farm clickbaits. A political party is a voluntary organisation. Not the cult that someone is turning the APC to become. In the ADC, everyone is free to leave or join. The Three Musketeers are coming!
|
Under Tuggar, Nigeria-Niger relations got strained, ECOWAS got fragmented, Nigeria got declared a country of particular concern and we still don't have recognised ambassadors in several countries today. Beyond sponsored articles, what exactly did he achieve? |
Yes. Funsho Doherty just declared his intention to vie for the gubernatorial election under the platform of the ADC today. Arise and shine! A Funsho/GRV alliance will bang.
|
For the comic relief, we want to see a video of him declaring the disqualification. Tinubu is the oldest man on the ballot. |
Well, I don't see why we shouldn't. Afterall, we are already back to subsidising the naira. Market forces in the mud. We have gone back full cycle only to arrive at the same spot or even worse off.
|
osuofia2:You have not answered the question. Do you agree that the terrorism charges are politicised and are just a strong-arming tactic or is Bala Mohammed guilty but Tinubu is willing to drop the charges in exchange for defecting to the APC? Only one can be correct. Which one? |
AsomughaChuks02:What part of his statement suggests partisanship? An old woman gets uncomfortable when dry bones are mentioned. It is now a general consensus that Tinubu is destroying our democracy. |
osuofia2:This is Bala Mohammed some few weeks ago. Is he no longer funding terrorism as alleged or is Tinubu willing to forgive him of all charges if he defects to the APC?

Inflation rate is whatever the Tinubu government wants it to be. It could be down to zero tomorrow if Tinubu wakes up on the good side of his bed. The jokes continue to write themselves.
|
Willy2025:Why not start by telling us the legal judgement that INEC relied upon to declare ADC leaderless. Was there ever a state where ADC was without leaders? INEC is following Tinubu's script to frustrate the ADC so its timeliness can elaspe. Even at the height of the sponsored conflict in PDP, the INEC continued to recognise one faction over the other. Despite the clear court judgement by the court of appeal, INEC continued to recognise the Abure leadership and never complied until Obi left the party. We can't all continue to bury our heads in the sand. The opposition leader in Benin Republic just got disqualified. There's a reason Tinubu quickly dispatched fighter jets to Benin but couldn't do same for Nigerian troops. He's clearly following a template. Nigeria is not a French colony. https://x.com/jcokechukwu/status/2042473955332702580 |
osuofia2:Well, at least you already know what he feels about the APC so don't come back crying that he did not deliver Tinubu in the presidential elections. When a president keeps using the threat of EFCC and other armtwisting tactics to force opponents to join his party, they can only be one outcome. |
bolaayenimo:Okay, Bola Ayenimo. I'm sure he is. |
Abba has thrown himself into a quagmire. Whatever choice he ends up will have its political consequences. Garo is the president's choice but it is being resisted by key stakeholders. Abba himself has pending corruption charges against Garo in court. It will be interesting to now see him withdraw those charges and pick Garo as deputy. |
It wasn't the governor's that held a meeting with Tinubu in the Villa and promised to "hold down" the PDP to endure his re-election. |
Water carriers now create threads out of context and quickly populate it to push a false narrative. The ADC has a Youth Leader who is well-known. Dino was only giving him a shoutout for leading the protest at INEC's headquarters yesterday. Nothing in his tweet suggested he named himself Youth Leader of the ADC but continue to major in the minor. |
garykoeman:Beyond voting Tinubu out, no one will cut off anyone's legs but what do you mean? Elrufai made Tinubu president. Has Tinubu succeeded in winning his re-election? The fact that he has car-wardly betrayed him and detained him over frivolities changes nothing. Why do you think the North has abandoned Tinubu? Time is a gentleman. |
Well, Mike Arnold just said Trump's next focus after Tehran will be Tinubu. https://x.com/MikeArnoldTruth/status/2041892783615561822 |
Sycophancy on overdrive. Asides a paid water carrier, is any human supposed to read that? |
NgeneUkwenu:You and I know he won't risk it. It's all part of APC's pressure tactics to get Alex Otti to decamp to the party but Otti won't gamble his electoral chances away by joining the APC. |
I don't see Tinubu returning elected even if he's the only candidate on the ballot. He won't still meet the constitutional requirements. |
Rest in Peace, gallant men. Our C-in-C will rather concern himself with playing politics and scuttling opposition. Nigeria is currently on Trump's Fox news. It's only a matter of time. https://x.com/FoxNews/status/2042290455019147577 |
FSBoperator:If Tinubu can align with all those you mentioned to get his fellow Southern brother out of power for his own selfish interest, why do you want others not to pay him back in his own coin by aligning with them to get him out of power? Una think say una wise abi? The other South have also never been allied with Tinubu so it's fair game. Why are you suddenly begging for Southern unity after betraying those aforementioned who got you into power? |
