The legacy of APC. Meanwhile, Tinubu is in France, trying different menus with Paul Kagame. |
doncartel:Not correct. Tinubu quickly threw Ganduje under the bus to placate Kwankwaso and court him when talks about his alliance with Jonathan gained traction. That was the same period when the likes of Bayo Onanuga and even Bishop Kukah were throwing the kitchen and sink at Jonathan and posturing as his emergency special adviser. Jonathan being in the race can only upset Tinubu's plans unlike in 2023 because the North will no longer save his behind with 5.6m votes. |
alanto:The more the merrier. If Jonathan throws his hat in the ring and contests with a Kwankwaso as Vice, he will not only revive the PDP but Tinubu will come a distant third. The Southsouth will vote their son while the few Northern and middlebelt votes Tinubu may be banking on will swing to Jonathan. Tinubu will end up garnering votes from only half of the Southwest. |
Richtaiwo:This is the mood in Kano right now. Lessons.
|
Richtaiwo:I only read the first two paragraphs. If the governor has not decided on a date, why are Agbadorians then celebrating fake flyers with non-existent dates that they conjured. I thought his defection was slated for this past Monday? What changed? Is he developing cold feet? Lessons! |
If a man insults me and dares me to take him to court and I respond by offering him money and appointment, it doesn't mean I have won him over to my side. It simply means I was guilty ab-initio of the accusation.

APC does the same whenever Tinubu calls for a rally or visits a state. Tinubu and Wike have no single organic supporter. Every single supporter they garner is for a fee. |
Lol. This one hasn't slept a wink ever since Obi declared for the ADC. Everything is settled. We will all learn politics together. |
seunmsg:Time is a gentleman. |
seunmsg:Or rather I will drink yours. That will not be the win you think it is but I will not explain. We will all learn politics together. But in the meantime, continue to celebrate fake posters. Tinubu will for the umpteenth time sacrifice the political ambition of Barau and Gawuna in a bid to secure his own re-election. What manner of selfishness is that? It can only result to the Wike and Fubara way. |
Richtaiwo:You all are becoming too desperate, it's pathetic to see. The red cap is an insignia of the Kwankwasiyya Movement. Can you still parade the red cap about without the consent nor approval of Kwankwaso, the owner of the movement? That is akin to shaving a man's head in his absence. Tell us the date that Abba will be defecting to the APC. Lessons! |
seunmsg:Lol. Is this the fake news you are celebrating? Check Thursday's date again, compare with the flyer and see whether your incompetent Agbadorian flyer designer has not rubbed mud on your faces. You are becoming too desperate to have Abba Kabir but Tinubu is apparently smarter than you. He keeps stalling his move while he continues to beg Kwankwaso. |
There it is! APC have been successfully factionalised. Tinubu left it too late. Whoever he eventually sides with will cost the APC dearly. |
seunmsg:Why are you hyperventilating all over the place? Obi himself clarified on his twitter space that no one will be stepping down for anyone and they will all support whoever emerges. I know Tinubu and the APC were blindsided by Obi's decision to join the ADC. You all were counting on opposition votes being splitted but ended up uniting all opposition. Tinubu should not have destroyed the PDP and the Labour party. He played himself. |
They are pretending Jonathan/Kwankwaso is not a strong combo but it was rumours of that combination that made Tinubu quickly sack Ganduje as APC chairman while APC lackeys like Bayo Onanuga and Festus Keyamo went on an attacking spree against Jonathan. Even Remi Tinubu began to forcefully take Patience along with her to public events to give off an air of solidarity. Tinubu genuinely fears that ticket because it will destroy his plans in the Southsouth as well as in the North (amongst Northern voters who may still prefer a Southern candidate). He lives in morbid fear of that possibility and it's still very much in play. The ticket is a threat not because it may win but because it will sink Tinubu. |
I pledge allegiance to the Wike faction of APC. Our motto: Agreement is agreement. |
seunmsg:False. PDP is still very much strong in most of the Southsouth states of Delta, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa and some Northern states. No self-respecting voter in the Southsouth will see Jonathan on the ballot and vote Tinubu. |
Seunmsg. Come o. Permutations na water. Jonathan/Kwankwaso is still very much a possibility. It's highly likely that Tinubu will emerge a distant third come 2027. |
On the surface, it looks like he's rallying them against Fubara but in real terms, he's actually sending a direct message to Tinubu and the APC. Fire on, corner corner master! |
Richtaiwo:So what are you and Tinubu going to do about it? Put body if e sure for you! |
I pledge allegiance to the Wike faction of APC! But where is NgeneUkwenu sef! |
blowjohn:He should swap roles with the coach then or do it all on his own. This is the second time he is undermining Lookman in a match. Lookman is also an Africa player of the year winner, he deserves respect. I sense unhealthy rivalry and jealousy. |
blowjohn:Is it a tournament or a league? What would 7 goals do for the team that 4 goals won't? |
Osimhen and Wike have similar characters. It's called main character syndrome. Prevalent in kids not properly loved as a child. Even in Europe, he openly begrudges his teammates for every pass or cross that doesn't go his way. No decent coach of a top club will want that kind of energy around the team. It's a dressing room killer. |
Once you see them sponsoring groups to make such statements, know that they are facing a hard time at the home front. Muftwang's defection is a highly unpopular one amongst his base. |
Agbadorians are celebrating a Paris dinner with Paul Kagame as one of Tinubu's achievements. In contrast, Kagame didn't even deem it fit to mention the meeting with Tinubu. What are Kagame and Tinubu doing in France with Macron if not to discuss tenure elongation. Kagame himself has been ruling Rwanda over 25 years, propped up by Farnce and the West. Tinubu's cosiness with sit-tight keaders like Talon is not a coincidence. |
MrColdsweat:That's an average Agbadorian for you. I hope their newfound friends are taking notes? Even Wike, the corner corner master, will be silently regretting his decision to destroy the PDP where he had a stake. Lessons. |
indemnityy:Are you not entertained? |
You dey mind Agbadorians? The ones currently supporting Wike out of fear are only doing so because they know Fubara will not be willing to shed blood to deliver the state to Tinubu. Rivers people will not queue on the line to vote Tinubu in 2027. He can only only win Rivers via rigging. This is why Fubara will eventually be thrown under the bus. |
Afriifa:That is the tight corner he has dribbled himself into. This will be the case beginning from the Southsouth. Most of the governors only decamped to neutralize the strong potential opponents that APC would have fielded against them (which in itself, has created many silently aggrieved party members). Seeing Tinubu throw Fubara under the bus will leave them questioning their choices. Their eyes go first blur. APC is currently a party of very strange bedfellows and it will be impossible to pacify everybody without tumbling the cart. |
Tinubu wants to continue to eat from two pots at the same time. That's the definition of greed and it can only lead to food poisoning. The implosion of APC is inevitable. More landmines are in front. |
Akwamkpuruamu:Dishonesty. Is Sanwo-olu the leader of APC in Lagos state? |
