And how will ADC play their cards right? By presenting an Islamic extremist like Atiku Abubakar as presidential candidate? Trust me, ADC won’t even get 20% of total vote cast in 2027.
Lol. Says the person running on muslim-muslim ticket. Will Tinubu have won without 5.6m votes of the "Islamic extremists"? If yes, tell him to replace Shettima with a christian. Atiku and Islamic extremism can never be used in the same sentence. If anything, he has always been a victim of his liberalism in the muslim North, but not in 2027! You're cornered! Give up.

No self-respecting Christian on the Plateau or in the middlebelt will see a balanced ticket under the ADC and still vote for Tinubu’s muslim-muslim ticket. We will all learn politics together.

Gov. Abba Yusuf to APC is enough for me.
Lol. You sound defeated. Who is Governor Abba without Kwankwaso? Does he have any structure of his own? Lessons will be learnt. The ADC still expects Kwankwaso to decamp to the APC though, we have planned for that contingency. His defection to the ADC will just be an added bonus but a very pleasant one, nonetheless.

My bad. You're correct. The Northcentral and the Southwest (yes, Tinubu's SW) are the most independent minded voters in the country. Votes will be split in this two regions.

Be specific with the word “Notherners” .. North Central has independent mind..

Even the core north sometimes vote against a sitting governor, Infact in most cases..

It was Buhari they were listening to, not their governors.. Now Buhari is out, let’s see how it goes
Dey play. Ask anyone from Plateau how they are taking Muftwang's defection. He might not be returning if ADC plays their cards right in Plateau. Even the APC folks are not happy in the state because many careers have been neutralized by his move.

@Gotocourt, abi I lie?

Lol!

Agbadorians will find themselves in intensive care units today 🤣.

With this, it means Obi/Kwankwaso is still a possibility in 2027.

Kwankwaso must have realized his foolishness in 2023 by refusing to be running mate to Peter Obi and is ready to grab it with his 2 arms this time around.

Alternatively, this could be the Kwankwasiyya Movement splitting themselves into two. One in APC and the other in ADC. So that whichever side that wins, they will be good. Just my thoughts.
This is another theory that's been postulated by some. Abba Gida might just be decamping to take advantage of the largesse that Tinubu is sharing and to neutralize his oppositions in the person of Ganduje, Gawuna and Barau in Kano. Kwankwaso on the other hand, will pitch his tents with the ADC in order not to put all eggs in one basket. Tinubu's betrayal of allies is beginning to cost him. Kwankwaso doesn't trust him to keep his words.
PoliticsRe: Rabiu Kwankwaso In Talks to join ADC - ThisDay by AMINDA:
If this happens, Tinubu can as well kiss his 2027 dreams goodbye. Having the 36 state governors in his corner will be no match for the combined trio of Obi, Kwankwaso and Atiku. I will call them the three musketeers. These are the second, third and fourth candidates in the last election that Tinubu won by a tiny margin. Tinubu went behind Kwankwaso's back to lure his governor to the APC in the middle of negotiations. Kwankwaso will have an axe to grind with the master of backstabbing.

They are probably pissing their pants right now. There's a reason why they pivoted from shouting that "Nigeria is a sovereign country" to supporting the bombing of Nigeria by Trump. Even Tinubu is yet to comment on the bombing.

PoliticsRe: Dele Momodu Calls Utomi "Undemocratic" For Ruling Out Obi As VP Candidate by AMINDA: 7:29am On Jan 03
Pat Utomi is working for Tinubu. He is the Tinubu man who Reno Omokri kept accusing of luring Obi away from the PDP in order to split opposition votes in 2023. He and the likes of Doyin Okupe who later jumped ship immediately after the election. He has no polling unit to deliver and Obi has clocked them already. Making his declaration in Enugu is symbolic. Obi no longer represents himself but the political interests of his region. He is the convener and pioneer of the coalition and he will take an unemotional decision. That is why he keeps saying that he's not desperate to become president in 2027. APC are now claiming the V.P position is a spare tyre but Tinubu wanted to become V.P to Buhari in 2015 but for muslim-muslim. He ended up nominating Osinbajo and the rest is history.

Here he is dancing with Tinubu.

Tinubu's exploit in southern kaduna, an area dominated by Northern Christians is testament to what this man has said. Whether that is enough to change the narrative in his favor remains to be seen.
What really is the exploits in Southern Kaduna? Giving appointments to the likes of Father Kukah to buy their silence? The strategy being adopted in Kaduna is called "non-kinetic", another word for payment/negotiations with bandits. The bandits have simply migrated elsewhere, which is what is driving the new waves of insecurity in Kogi and Kwara. Is that really progress or retroggression?

Yet, Tinubu is chasing after Kwankwaso to repeat his muslim-muslim ticket. No be juju be that? As regards 2027, we will be here, God willing, to compare notes.

What's your take on the Wike-Fubara matter? You once told us they were now best of friends and are even planning to marry each other. Who will Tinubu betray in favour of the other? E hook you for throat abi? Lessons!
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Got 2023 Votes Based On Religious, Tribal Sentiments – Abejide by AMINDA: 7:15am On Jan 03
So will Tinubu be dropping the muslim-muslim ticket in 2023 or not? If not, what's the incentive for those who voted Obi on religious grounds to now change their minds in 2027. Is it Tinubu's performance on security or what? There was no banditry in Leke Abejide's Kogi state as well as in Kwara prior to 2023. Is that the legacy that will now make Christians gravitate towards Tinubu?

And u didn't hear the part he stated if he wins he will support him?? At least one thing has been established. Fubara is the leader of APC in Rivers & your Wike is not even recognized as a party member talk more of being a leader. To me I think that is pretty shameful to say the least.
Is there any incumbent that APC has not promised automatic ticket? Why put a conditional statement for Fubara? We saw how dissenting candidates in other states were outrightly disqualified to pave way for governors and the party's choices.

South East and South South has same voting pattern. They don't vote for failures even if all the governors are supporting the failure. Check out the voting pattern since 1999. Tinubu won't get the majority vote in these two zones in 2027.
He didn't win in 2023 and he knows he won't win it in 2027. Which is why he needs a ruthless person willing to shed blood if necessary to guarantee his "winning". That can't be Fubara.

Are u sure u watched the interview?
The national chairman do not even recognize Wike as a member of APC, don't u think he should worry about that? This is not even about Osun or Rivers whatever. The national chairman & APC caucus do not even recognize Wike as a member of their party talk more of being the leader of a state? Mind u Tinubu & APC caucus accepting Fubara membership clearly bespeaks they will work with him. If u think APC caucus will give up a sitting governor for a former governor whose only relevance is an appointment as minister u must be dreaming.
Give it a rest. We all watched the video and some of us are blessed with the gift of understanding what's not said but implied. The APC chairman's tone has clearly changed to that of rebuke of Fubara. It's a clear departure from his welcome comments on the day of Fubara's defection. They are getting set to ditch him in order to pacify Wike.

If Fubara loses APC primaries, ADC will win Rivers QED.
Not just Rivers. The betrayal will have ripple effects, costing Tinubu hugely in the Southsouth.
PoliticsRe: If Fubara Loses APC Primaries In 2027, I'll Sympathise With Him - Yilwatda by AMINDA: 6:43am On Jan 03
We said it that Wike's outbursts will make Tinubu panic resulting in him throwing Fubara under the bus. Bullies only respect brute strength and show of force and Wike has demonstrated that. Tinubu is very paranoid and panicky. He's only selfishly concerned with securing his own election. Why make Fubara go through primaries when consensus was adopted in Ekiti and Osun states with the most strongest aspirants getting disqualified in both states to pave way for Tinubu’s choices? Fubara has been deceived yet again but we have no pity for him. Tinubu's defeat will start from Rivers state.

Kano governor has made up his mind to defect to APC. I don't know what they all see in APC.

If that happens and Kano is in the bag for APC, then congratulations to Tinubu in advance for his victory in 2027 election.

When them say north get the numbers, na Kano dem dey talk about o.
If you get the opportunity to defect and receive billions of naira for free with the promise of having the APC field no candidate against you, wouldn't you jump at the offer? The problem with negotiations like this is that it's only geared to cater to Tinubu's own ambition. He doesn't give a hoot about the ambitions of other politicians in the states, some of whom have been nursing their ambitions and funding the party for years. Not all of them will go public like Wike, but it doesn't mean they are not aggrieved and resentful. Having Kwankwaso on his side would have only given Tinubu a fighting chance, now he risks pushing him over to the ADC due to this double-crossing.

Except that Abokis gave your yoruba tin-god 5.6m votes and made him president. He's also still dependent on Aboki votes which is why he will be repeating his muslim-muslim ticket with an aboki on it.

Tinubu claims to be a democrat but believes so much in consensus candidacy even if it's forced. There were no APC primaries in Ekiti and now no primaries in Osun. He just prefers to nominate his choice like a monarch. Such attitude can only breed resentment. So much for a democrat!

I don't like him but he is Yoruba
That is all that matters unless you can find another Yoruba to replace him

Atiku is Fulani and that automatically disqualifies him in my book
Same for Obi who is Ibo

Yoruba lo kan
Fair enough. There are 3 regions in the country and 3 major aspirants in 2023 from each of the regions. Two of these candidates are already aligned under one political party, thanks to the dirty tricks of the other candidate who wanted to be clever by half. I don't have to spell out what's coming. You can surely do the maths.

Wow! Dele Momodu now goes about attacking Prof. Pat Utomi just because of an extremely corrupt, incompetent and born to rule Fulani Atiku?

This is the most embarrassing and disgraceful piece I’ve ever read in a long time. Pat Utomi does not deserve this from an emergency Obi lover like Dele Momodu.

It is so unfortunate that characters like Dele Momodu are so desperate for pose that they are willing to throw even their own children under the bus to achieve their aim. What exactly will an Atiku presidency benefits anybody in the south? How exactly will at Atiku presidency combat Fulani and Islamic extremism that is the cause of our insecurity challenges? How exactly do we tell the parent of Deborah in Edo state, the home state of Dele Momodu that the same Atiku who supported those that killed their daughter is now the best option for the south? How?

Anyway, we still have so many reasonable people in this country. We shall stand our ground against these power mongers in 2027. We shall never allow them to derail the developmental trajectory that we are currently experiencing.
Lol. All these vituperations while Tinubu is gearing up to repeat his muslim-muslim ticket. We know Tinubu only cares about the votes. You are pushing muslim-muslim in the North while screaming "Southern agenda" in the South. Did the South vote Tinubu? We all know Obi was the Southern candidate and still is. "When it comes to issues of security, the buck stops at the president's desk". That's a direct quote from Tinubu himself against a Southern president, Goodluck Jonathan. Now, you suddenly care about the South. Dead on arrival!

Which crisis made the governors of Delta, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Taraba, Plateau, and now Kano to decamp to APC? So, how come this Tinubu crisis has not affected governors of Oyo, Abia, Anambra, Bauchi and Zamfara?

See, you have a constitutional right to be delusional and it’s perfectly okay. Our democracy ensures that. However, your delusions are personal and won’t affect reality.

Atiku won state like Osun, Akwa Ibom, and Bayelsa in 2023. He got over 25% in state like Delta and Delta. Would he have performed that well in those states without the support of the PDP governors as at then? Can he get 10% in any of those states in 2027?

Whether governors are useless or not, 2027 will tell. You don’t have to go to every thread to be repeating the same thing. We shall all be here God willing to see how things will play out in 2027.
Claiming there are no leadership crisis in all the major parties, engineered by the APC is you being dishonest. We all remember the popular mockery by Akpabio, "who will sign your form". All of the remaining governors will end up defecting before 2027 if the APC-engineered crisis are not resolved before then. But it will be borne out of necessity, not love for Tinubu. We will be here to compare notes come 2027, God willing. We will see how far 36 state governors can take you when you clearly don't have the electorates.
PoliticsRe: EFCC Dismisses Bala Mohammed’s Persecution Claims As Wild by AMINDA: 5:49pm On Jan 02
EFCC now behaves like a political party. What's the update on the case of Tinubu’s renewed hope ambassador, Ifeanyi Okowa and on Kogi Central's senatorial aspirant, Yahaya Bello? The incoming government in 2027 will have a lot of clean-up to do. Our institutions have all been desecrated. There was so much media trial on Malami accusing him of 250 billion naira fraud but he was only charged to court on an 8 billion naira claim.

2023 is not 2027. Tinubu was not the president when the 2023 election was conducted. In 2023, you dare not campaign for Tinubu in places like Southern Kaduna, Plateau, Taraba, Bayelsa etc. In 2027, all these places have moved fully to APC with no opposition in sight. The very strong PDP structure that Atiku rode on is now dead and his ADC SPV has failed to move.
Lol. Quick question. Would all these governors have defected if Tinubu did not engineer crisis in their parties leaving them with no one to sign their forms? Why do you confuse a move for self-preservation as popularity of Tinubu. Do you think other governors will be willing to shed their people's blood to deliver Tinubu as was done in Rivers? Okowa could not deliver himself as a V.P aspirant and an incumbent governor. Was that also because his party was not at the Federal? Why then did Tinubu lose in Lagos? Why did Tinubu fail to win in the following APC states, Imo, Ebonyi, Cross River, Yobe, Kaduna, Kebbi, etc? I could go on and on. Tinubu's only campaign strategy was to run without any opposition but that has fallen flat on its face. Tinubu will have a very formidable opposition come 2027.
