The run of games in this festive period will decide how far we have gone mentally, tactically and physically. We need to win as many games as we can in the EPL and hope that Leicester falters so that we can pip them to 3rd because I suspect the resurgence of Spurs under Mourinho so let's gather the points before we meet such that any negative result against them won't hurt our aspirations. Tammy Abraham should be bullying defenders with his height so that others around him can thrive, in this modern era strikers should bring other things to the team apart from goals this is why Giroud is regarded by Deschamps, also the likes of Vardy, Suarez, Costa, Jovic, even the latest kid on the block Haaland. I know Tammy is young but he must be criticized on some aspects of his game that requires fine tuning, he's almost as lanky as Zlatan in his Ajax days but he bulked up at Juventus using it to his own advantage, so I'm advising him to add muscle mass to his body. Our centre backs should stop dallying with the ball unnecessary as this creates pressure and thus leading to silly mistakes that will cost us points. We shouldn't be overconfident with the for the fun of it. They should also learn how to defend set pieces before it comes a permanent problem. It was quite evident that Guardiola sacrificed possession for pragmatism and this reverse strategy works in his favour and I hope this will teach Lampard and his boys a valuable lesson that possession without purpose is useless. Chelsea were happy passing around instead of killing off City while on the ascendancy time and time again we have been guilty of this and we always get punished for it yet we keep on repeating it. Lampard should have started with Mount and allow Pulisic to come from the bench to run at City's backline, he was ineffective for large spells of the game alongside Willian. All in all it was a good game for the neutrals |

Swissh:I'm not Emery serving you misery after your heightened expectations so stop being emotional and answer my question, or do you need me to translate it in your dialect? |
Tarabye:Mr Swissh do you agree with Tarabye that Wenger's Invincible should be rated higher than Pep's 100pts haul and goals record? |
BikeMan:Allow him to answer my question in peace bikonu |
Swissh:Mr Swissh, my question was straightforward and sensible enough for all to see. Let me repeat it again, between Pep's 100pts haul and Wenger's Invincible which do you rate higher? |
Swissh:Mr Swissh, between Pep's 100pts haul and Wenger's Invincible which do you rate higher? |
My preferred lineup with or without Pulisic being fit: Kepa, Azpillicueta, Tomori, Zouma, Emerson, Jorginho, Kante, Kovacic, Willian, Abraham and Mount. ManCity will try attack down our left side knowing that Emerson likes to attack so it will be good to play Mount to negate this move, the combination of J5 Kante and Kovacic will nullify their threat from midfield but they may bypass our midfielders by stationing their fullbacks high up the pitch to receive diagonal balls from De Bruyne and their goalkeeper, to nullify this Kante should give De Bruyne a tight marking and Abraham should also harass him whenever he's the ball. Chelsea should cede possession to them and utilise the ball carrying abilities of Willian and Kovacic and Jorginho releasing a long pass as soon as he spots the running of Abraham and Mount. I am predicting a tight game with a scoreline of 1-2 in favour of Chelsea. |

It is no longer news that the election of the next occupant of Lugard House, the seat of power in Kogi State is scheduled to hold on 16th of November, 2019 which coincides with this coming Saturday. Citizens of Kogi will choose their destiny for the next 4years via the ballots. Initially INEC announced that 23 political parties will be contesting for the Governorship election in Kogi State, disqualifying some Governorship and Deputy Governorship candidates citing that they were below the prescribed age by the constitution, then SDP filed a suit against INEC at the Federal High Court in Abuja and upon conclusion of the proceedings the court ruled in their favour and their candidates were thus allowed to contest. The frontrunners are the incumbent Governor Yahya Bello of APC, Engr. Musa Wada of PDP and Barrister Natasha Akpoti of SDP. They all claimed to have solutions for the problems bedevilling the state but those remained largely to be seen. The campaigns so far have not been violent free by any stretch of imagination with supporters attacking each other leading to physical injuries and destruction of valuable items and properties most notably vehicles and buildings. This happens to be my worry as without peace in the land power and authority in is meaningless. The Peace Accord organised by INEC, Civil Society Organisations and security operatives was scuttled by thugs whose identities are largely unknown with supporters of the ruling party and opposition parties throwing accusations and counter-accusations to who were responsible for the violent behaviour and ugly scene created. The action carried at the Peace Accord event by "unknown thugs" is a thing of shame and disgust, it portrays the state in bad light sending negative impression in the minds of our guest at the event and questions the government of the day's grip on security. The Governor should do all in his power as the chief security officer of the state to fish out the perpetrators and bring them to book so that it will serve as deterrent to others and restore people's confidence. It is sad that despite our torrid history the youths have not learned from the events of the past that violence before, during and postelection solves nothing, it's counterproductive and sets us a decade or several decades past. People should be allowed to campaign freely and vote for the candidates of their choice without any form of physical intimidation and violent harassment. Let the will of the people prevail after all democracy as defined universally is; the government of the people, by the people and for the people. Without the freedom of political association then it is no longer democracy. Finally, I call on the stakeholders to ensure that peace prevail before, during and after the election because election will come and go but the state will remain. Let the youths eschew violence and campaign should be issue based. http://ebirareporters..com/2019/11/kogidecides-inec-and-events-so-far-by.html?m=1 |

Donjazet your criticism of the team performance yesterday is uncalled for even though Ajax are perennial underachievers in Europe in recent history the match against them yesterday was a classic. The players showed the Chelsea spirit and passion that have been lacking in recent times to force a draw, this Ajax team have been playing together for two straight seasons or more under Erik Ten Haag who is an astute coach so the boys played well. |
usman3688:I had similar experience then I asked the panel of interviewers any question left? Which they replied no |
