You will be surprised who gets the black eyes. FYI I strength-train 4 times weekly. Don't dare moi. kilokeys: |
I will only answer you with one sentence: If GEJ was as desperate as Buhari and APC who even threatened to run a parallel Government should they lose the election, he would have employed every means to win but being the perfect gentleman that he is, a man who values human lives more than power, he allowed APC to rig the election by every means possible eg underage children were employed to vote for Buhari and many SE and SS voters even some Igbos in Lagos were defranchised. 3sha4lyf: |
If we allow organisations to introduce whatever policy they like without first following the due process, you will see that very soon that there will be anarchy in our nation. God forbid! sammyj: |
Quote the part of the Constitution that gives INEC the right to introduce something as important as card reader without first amending the constitution. Do you know more than SANS and Supreme Court judges? It takes a legal/judicial mind to interpret any law effectively. If the Federal Government wants to introduce the use of card reader, there are certain requirements to be met before such can become statutory. That's all we are saying. We are not against the use of card reader, we are only saying that rule of law must be observed. Due process must be followed, that's all. Hope I made myself clear son? sweetgala: |
Having dark knuckles can be a difficult thing to deal with for women of colour. It could be that you have them naturally or they could have been induced either by bleaching, excessive tanning, exposure to extreme/hazardous washing agents etc. But first, what causes dark knuckles? You need to know that it could be genetic, a health issue or based on how you use your hands. For instance, dark knuckles become more emphasized when you use a lightening cream or if you expose your hands to a lot of chemicals including washing agents, bleach used for clothes or excessive washing of hands. You must remember that because you use your hands a lot, your routine must focus on pampering those hands. The skin around the knuckle is tough and any lasting routine must have the ability to keep the area soft to enable it absorb any treatment, and include some type of scrub to help peel off the dark skin and hyper-pigmentation. On that note, check out these tips that can be used for both hands & feet to help you get rid of those dark knuckles. 1. Get a bottle of a good revitalizing lotion. Use a Q-tip, dab it in the lotion and apply it on your dark knuckles. Be sure to lay on a thick layer of the lotion and ensure it gets absorbed into the skin. After the 5-minute mark, clean it off or rub it in. 2. Another great way to moisturize your dark knuckles is to use raw shea butter. First take a scoop of the butter and smother your hands and feet with it. Be sure to use this on your feet as well. Shea butter has properties that help even skin tone and moisturize the skin and will work well in reducing the darkness on your knuckles. 3. If it is severe, for the first week, after applying the Shea butter, wear disposable non-sterile powder free vinyl medical examination gloves on your hands and sleep over night with it. This will help lock in moisture to begin the peeling process. Then wash your hands with a mild scrub in the mornings. 4. For the feet, apply shea butter and then wrap your feet. The heat generated from the closure of the bag will help with peeling the skin fast. Do this every night for 1 week. 5. If it is not severe, then simply wear a cotton glove for your hands and a pair of cotton socks for your feet for about two weeks. 6. Using a scrub or skin polish as well is great for dark knuckles. Scrub the dark areas 2-3 times a week to help exfoliate the skin and reduce hyper-pigmentation. If these do not help, you may need to see a dermatologist. Remember, a qualified dermatologist is a doctor! Consulting with uncertified beauticians can lead to damaged skin.

What about MJ who's dead but still making money? |
It should first be declared in Lagos State for the tribal war between Yorubas and Hausa's, then in Kano and Maidugri for the numerous lives bombed weekly, then in all the states where young girls are abducted and turned to suicide bombers, don't forget Benue where Fulani cattle rearers waste thousands of lives fourth-nightly. Mxm. PAnaceA7: |
State of emergency should first be declared in Maidugri and Kano where thousands of souls are lost weekly to insurgency and Osun state where hundreds lose their lives daily to hunger due to the indebtedness of the state caused by the greedy APC Governor Aregbesola? Don't you agree? viviangist2: |
So now you agree the change is retrogresive, the kind that takes the people back to stone age? Shameful. omotoniwa: |
And only you sit in your living room to know all these. Mxm. HungerBAD: |
APC was more violent in 2015 election than any other party I know. In my ward, they were so aggressive and we're so ready to shed blood. They were about bolting away with electoral materials after people had stood in the sun voting for hours, some youths from other parties tried to stop them, one person was stabbed by an APC thug and he was bleeding. We had to call the attention of the State Commissioner of Police and he sent some aggressive looking officers who spoke in the loudest tone. That was how they APC touts reluctantly calmed down. We later heard that my ward was even 'peaceful' compared to other wards. The hard fact is that APC failed mostly in SS and SE states because the people saw it as an alien party and truly the recent events have shown that they are prophets. As per card reader, if the Government of the day is serious about implementing its use, then it has to go back to the drawing board by calling for Sovereign National Conference, leading to the amendment or total re-enactment of the Constitution. 3sha4lyf: |
Zombies will come here to ask for evidence. OPC bigots. |
Show us how APC horror movie was made. |
Either he's using bleaching cream or bleaching cream is using him. |
Where did you see that? dammytosh: |
The card reader is not constitutional and therefore cannot be admissible in evidence in a tribunal matter, even when it is admissible, it won't be attached with much importance. 3sha4lyf: |
APC is a hypocritical party. theoptimist298: |
Legal age of consent is 18 years. Ignorance of the law is NO excuse. Solozzo: |

Lol I didn't observe that you are a MOD before saying that but what are you up to defending a rape suspect? Don't you have females around you? Don't let partisan politics turn you against justice. I rest my case sir. Mynd44: |
Grandma wey sabi. I love you! |
Why are you quoting me half way? What age did his father give as his age? Even if he's 18 now, so long as he had sexual intercourse with a minor while he's an adult, it is statutory rape. Mynd44: |
Ese's father quoted Yinusa's age as 25. Any average man on the street can agree that he's within that age range. Now read this: Even if Yinusa was 17 years when he abducted Ese, she was still under his custody when he turned 18 so their union was deemed to have turned to statutory rape as soon as he turned 18 and she was still a minor. We are not referring to the pregnancy alone here. Mind you, I do not agree with you that he's 18 but even if he is, the prosecution will still win the case. I wish I was among the legal team prosecuting this case. Mynd44: |
Fake letter by the way. On a second thought, if it took Ese only 6 months to learn to speak Hausa language very fluently, it goes to show that she's very smart and very good with languages including English but where is the original copy? Now read this: The issue is not whether or not Ese wrote the letter, like I said earlier, her writing a love letter to Yinusa does not stop the fact that STAUTORY RAPE occurred. |
STAUTORY RAPE is an unlawful carnal knowledge between an adult and and a minor, it is immaterial whether the consent of the minor is gotten or not. In the instant case, Yinusa, an adult male above the age of 18, abducted a minor and had an unlawful sexual intercourse with her. It does not matter if he abducted her with her "consent" or not as she's not old enough to give consent. Even if Ese begged him to have sex with her, it will still be recognised in law as statutory rape. Don't try to rationalise it because that will never help your case. I once handled a case where a minor actually seduced an accused, a 23 year old boy/man that she crushing on and he ended up having sexual intercourse with her. The defence counsel argued that the girl wanted the sex and even seduced the man, the young girl, aged 15, even testified that she wanted the sex because she was in love with the accused. I argued that as a minor, she was not up to the age of reasoning and therefore was not capable of giving her consent. I also argued that rape is a heinous offence, an offence against humanity and should never be tolerated in any guise, that rape is a crime not just against the victim but also against the society and the offenders must be punished according to the provisions of the law to serve as deterrent to potential offenders. The High Court judge ruled that the accused was guilty as charged and he was convicted and sentenced to jail without any option of fine. I was waiting for the defence counsel to file the case to the Court of Appeal but he told me later that he knew he had a bad case and we laughed it off. Yinusa or whatever you are called, if you like tender 1 million love letters as the evidence of the victim's love for you, it will never ever stand. What does a 13/14 year old girl know about love? At this stage she only knows CONFUSION. |
One of my best pastors. |
No evidence to prove all that. People exaggerate a lot. olu77: |
