This govt is very poor in disseminating information. Since Jonathan administration, a data was taken and poorest households were enrolled by considering some criteria which includes mostly a house with no access to TV, Radio, Electricity, portable water, how dilapidated buildings the households are residing and many more. The previous govt's intention was not for the assistance program bt a data taken to know the poverty index in the nation in collaboration with UN and when this govt came with program to assist poor people they used the data since it is the best way to facilitate the payment. They give them N10k/2 mnths with 26 beneficiary states. The program is called Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) facilitated by National Cash Transfer Office (NACO).
However, Nigeria is extremely corrupted some states might have already replaced the actual beneficiaries with their relatives or political allies bt some states are really trying. Most of the beneficiaries are residing in villages that's why they give them cash payment to avoid opening accounts burdens and bank charges out of the little they receive.
It's hard to know if the program is running bt I came to knw abt the program when I started working with bank and I attested that it's really going on.

Oga, there are lots of alcohol companies Nigerian Breweries, Diageo, ABInBev, and other distilleries that can produce sanitizers as we are talking.
Govt can promise these companies 150% of the cost of every sanitizer they produce now free to the appropriate govt agencies in tax holidays.
Imagine sanitizers of 500ml is sold at N3,000 and who knows how many fakes are in town. But if got partners with these companies sanitizers of 500ml can sell for N1,000 and you'd be sure you bought sanitizers and not fakes.
