AsomughaChuks05: . It is coming up fine. It will be completed last quarter of 2024 or first quarter of 2025. Two more pharmaceutical companies are also building factories in other parts of the state. Anambra is the most sought after destination for investments now. The days of Enugu are gone. I have been watching Afia TV on DSTV for sometime now and noticed that they hardly get adverts. Their marketers have to go and beg petty traders at Ogbete and New Haven markets to patronize them for paltry sum of 1k to get advert slots on their TV. That's how dry Enugu is but Anambra is definitely booming industrially. they should change their marketing plan |
Politics / Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by AmuDimpka: 5:18am On Feb 18 |
FOXDOSSIER: I likened Anambra to the America of igboland. I will explain this. The whole of igboland is fixated on Anambra just like the world is fixating on America.
The yanga guy is from Imo state but lives in Anambra and Delta states. He’s a typical imo state man that hates Anambra even though his backward useless worthless imo state couldn’t offer him the opportunities he got in Anambra. The guy even goes about filming gutter just to prove that Anambra or Soludo isn’t working. I once told him that if we put such scrutiny in Owerri the world would see the worst place on earth inhabited by humans.
The reason most people don’t know how decayed Owerri or imo state at large is , is because there’s no blogger in Owerri that goes into the inner neighborhoods of Akwakwuna , Orji, worldbank, etc to film those dungeons with dirty dilapidated roads that constitutes 80% of Owerri.
Onitsha despite being a major commercial and industrial city is cleaner than Owerri that has no form of economic activity and this has resulted in high unemployment, poverty, insecurity, rise in commercial sex hawking, etc
We all know the propaganda from the reality. Yanga is on a propaganda mission and it is very obvious due to his envy and bitter towards Anambra because he is a well known imo state indigene.
I was with an ideator guy and he said that he regretted not serving an Anambra man that his Imo people are terrible and despicable I been Anambra man told him that ...he should not talk about his people like that! He was angry 1 Like |

Romance / Re: My Girlfriend Is Giving Me Attitude Because I Didn't Celebrate Valentine by AmuDimpka: 2:53pm On Feb 15 |
Supremedrizzy: Women can be really funny at times and take frivolous things serious. My girlfriend came around to stay with me for a while, so she was kinda of expecting that we would celebrate Val or stuff but unfortunately I am low on funds cos I just settled some bills earlier this month.
After work today, I just bought only 1k palm wine because we enjoy taking it together, but I observed she was a bit moody. I just faced my front cos I had just 5k on me and I still have about 2weeks to go till the next pay day so I am being very prudent with it.
She kept making side comments about how other ladies would be receiving gifts from their boyfriends by now and other sarcastic talks. She lager opened up this night about how today is her worst val ever and it's more of a haters day for her. I told her to calm down, after all we have celebrated Val for the past two years very well so she shouldn't be upset about us not going out today. She insisted that it's not about us going out but I couldn't even get her fish or meat, I simply told her that I can't afford anything now and she's been giving me the cold shoulder. My brother, drop that "giant of Africa" mantra, it is outdated. Nigeria is an average country. Kidnapping and corruption has taken centre stage. Old men sponsors kidnappers and politicians. Politicians sponsors killings and corruption. Young men are either kidnappers or yahoo boys. Young girls are olosho, run girls or hook up. Garnish it anyhow, it's still prostitution. Only about 30% of the population are still decent. Is that how a giant behaves? A giant is a role model in all aspects. Apart from sports or say football precisely, what else is Nigeria renown for? Insecurity is at peak! Small children now faking JAMB admission letters. Japa syndrome is reigning now. Omo, we need a serious call to action. These acts are unacceptable. Until we have a leader who is determined to cleanse the system, starting from the politicians, JUDICIARY, universities etc, the country will continue to sink. Nigeria isn't even am average country but low country Go to Namibia, Botswana, Tanzania , Rwanda , Cape Verde and see decent African countries |

Use your damn brain.
Ivory Coast has barely 25 million people.
Comparing it with Nigeria is dumb.
It’s like comparing India to Malaysia or Singapore.
Of course the latter are more ‘developed’ than India because they only have a tiny population, meaning only a small amount of infrastructure is sufficient for the country, while India has to provide for a billion plus people.
So you WILL find more bad roads in India than in Malaysia or Taiwan.
Just as you will find more bad roads in Nigeria than in Ivory Coast.
In fact using your logic, Ivory Coast is far better than India in everything from infrastructure to security.
In fact Republic of Benin, Togo and Gambia are far better and more developed than India using your logic.
It is DUMB and TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE to compare developing nations of 20 million people to developing nations of 240 million people or more, with infinitely greater challenges than the former.
the problem with you guys is you equate your big for nothing population to development Oga travel and see...many African nations have left you behind Ordinary security and electricity una no fit get ..simple election Na so so clowns una dey vote Why don't you split Nigeria into smaller parts and nations so that it can be manageable Truth is that in terms of economy, education, infrastructure, monetarily the Ivory coast is far better than Nigeria I have been there ...that place is better |

Use your brain.
What “level of planning”?
Do you think Nigeria has not hosted international tournaments before?
Did Nigeria not host AFCON twice and host the FIFA Under 20 World Cup among other tournaments?
Ivory Coast was granted hosting rights for the AFCON years ago, so why would they not have prepared nice, clean stadia and facilities?
When Nigeria hosted its own tournaments, her facilities were in top class condition as well, or she wouldn’t have passed the FIFA or CAF inspection of facilities.
Mumu people always feeling inferior to others. You’re just hopeless.
Nigeria has hosted when it was less sophisticated Did you see the planning , the stadia ...everything is world class I am a Nigerian but truth must be said we are more of mediocrity Look at the people that you have been voting all these years |
