Just did a little research online and from all she told me, I just realized the guy has a severe form of masochism. He enjoys being victimized, intimidated and physically hurt. He doesn't want her to kill him per say, but just him thinking about it gives him so much thrill and excitement. They want to be treated like a slave.

I read it's more prevalent in people who boss people around all day. They fantasize been bossed around.

Much earlier in the year, my bestie met a german man on dating site. The typical tall, blonde hair and blue eyes Aryan. Very striking man. He works in a company that makes space shuttles and he's well paid and just 34 years old. Over the past few months she'd paid him a visit in germany. They are quite a great match, and love each other so much. They are planning to get married.

1. You don't love him, you still don't.

2. You thrive on excitement, and I don't think he's such an exciting character.

3. You want him back because even though you don't love him, you can clearly see he's a great guy and you can't stand him being a great guy to someone else.

4. Your ego is hurt about him not coming on bent knees to beg this time.

5. You're still single, no correct guy has scrambled to date you for the 4 months you're single, so you realized half is better than none.

My advice to you is to leave him alone. Even though he loved you, you may never love him. Even if he takes you back, you may never be completely happy, and may grow to resent him. Think about this carefully and make your decision from it. Goodluck!
