Politics › I Did Not Fight Wit El-Rufai, Kaduna Deputy Governor Says by amzee(op): 11:41am On Mar 27, 2016
Kaduna State deputy Governor Arc. Bala Barnabas Bantex, said he did not fight with his boss, Malam Nasir Ahmad Elrufai as currently being speculated.

Bantex who said his relationship with Elrufai is cordial, called on the people of Kaduna state to debunked rumours by some Journalists who he said wants to
paint him black.

The deputy governor who spoke for the first time since the alleged fisticuff with the governor ensued, described the rumour as ridiculous.

Bantex stated this on Saturday 26 March, 2016 in an event to mark the yearly Ham Day in Jaba Local Government area of Kaduna State. The Deputy Governor said he was not unaware of the speculations
that he fought with Elrufai adding that the event was an opportunity for him to dispel the rumour.
“I am aware of the spread ridiculous rumour seeking to paint me as the victim of a fictious fight. This sort of lies are being spread by certain Journalists of Southern Kaduna origin for what reason,”?

"It seems they cannot believe
the strength and vitality of the
relationship that Mallam Nasir El-Rufai and I have built in the service of Kaduna State and together we shall deliver the
promise restoration programme and our party’s manifesto for the benefit of all people ,”
Bantex said.

Speaking on the religious censorship bill before the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Bantex said: “We cannot ignore the fact that the threat of religious violence has not disappeared
and we have a duty to confine such things to the past.”

“The bill does not in anyway prevent anybody from practicing their faith. It is firmly intended to disallow any attempt to use Religion to diminish, disturb or
destroy others or threaten their lives ,”
Bantex said.

Sports › Pharaohs, let My People (super Eagles) Go! by amzee(op): 3:02pm On Mar 25, 2016
In the Bible,Moses and Aaron played active roles in liberating God's children from Pharaoh. We read that God told Moses to tell Pharaoh:"let my people go".

Samson in the Bible was a powerful man. All the above chracters have been brought out by Nigeria in the battle against the Pharaohs of Egypt.

Egypt will most likely wear red shirts, symbolising the "Red Sea" Moses Simon,Victor Moses and the rest will have to cross.
The powerful Samson(Siasia) is now the commander-in-chief of the super eagles. In the Book of Judes,we read about the exploits of powerful Samson who performed Herculean tasks.
The only difference with the Biblical Samson is the quantity of hairs on the head. Our own Samson is the modern one. He can still perform exploits, even with no hair strand. But then,we read that when the Biblical Samson's head was shaved like that of our Samsom,he had enough strength to kill his enemies.

Samson has come on a rescue mission. In his army are two(2) Moses(Victor Moses and Moses Simon). Their task is a simple one-Tell the Pharaohs:"Let my people go to the Africa Nations Cup".

On March 6 2016,I went to a popular supermarket with my Aunt to get some items. So on our way back she decided to branch the market. She wants to buy some pieces of yam from an old man and you need to see the way she was hassling/bargaining the price with the man. She bargained the price from #2,500 to #1,600 and when I told her to add #50 for the man, mehn you need to see the way she looked at me.
Back in the supermarket she didnt even bother to reduce the price by #5.

Business › Re: 10 Characteristics Of Successful Entrepreneurs by amzee(op): 9:11am On Mar 09, 2016
6. Money Management

It takes time to get to profitability for any entrepreneurial venture. Till then, capital is limited and needs to be utilized wisely.
Successful entrepreneurs realize this mandatory money management requirement and plan for present and future financial obligations (with some
additional buffer). Even after securing funding or going fully operational, a successful businessman keeps a complete
handle on cash flows, as it is the most important aspect of any business.

7. Planning (But not Over-planning)

Entrepreneurship is about building a business from scratch while managing limited resources (including time, money and personal relationships). It is a long- term commitment, and attempting to plan as much as possible at the beginning is a
noble impulse. In reality, however, planning for everything and having a ready solution for all possible risks may prevent you from even taking the first step. Successful entrepreneurs do keep some dry powder in reserve, but more importantly they maintain
a mindset and temperament to capable of dealing with unforeseen possibilities.
Do a feasibility analysis; identify time and capital thresholds; take the deep dive with your limited resources. If your thresholds
are crossed, look for alternatives and be prepared to take the next exit.

8. Networking Abilities

How do you tap your network for
solutions? Many people seek comfort in commiseration: friends, colleagues and neighbors are happy to complain with you
about "the global slowdown,” poor demand, or unfair competition; but that won't improve the bottom line. What do
successful entrepreneurs do? They reach out to mentors with more experience and extensive networks to seek valuable advice.
Having such networking abilities, including more experienced mentors, is a key characteristics of successful entrepreneurs.

9. Being Prepared to Take the Exit

Not every attempt will result in success. The failure rate of entrepreneurial ventures is
very high. At times, it is absolutely fine to take the “practical” exit route and try something new, instead of continuing to
make sunk cost investments in the same venture. Many famous entrepreneurs weren't successful the first time around.
But they had the serenity and foresight to know when to cut their losses.

10. Entrepreneurs Doubt Themselves–But Not Too Much

You may ask yourself, am I an
entrepreneur? And the very question may put you in doubt about the answer. Even if you don't have the flair of Aliko Dangote,Femi Otedola or Tony Elumelu, if you have the courage
to ask yourself intimidating questions – Can I do this? Do I want to do this? – you have
the stuff to be an entrepreneur.
Instead of worrying about fitting the image of the perfect entrepreneur, check in with your gut. Is it on board?

THE BOTTOM LINE
Personal qualities and their correct demonstration with the right stakeholders are the determining factors for success or
failure as an entrepreneur. A realistic self-assessment checklist against these suggested guidelines will ensure you take
the right steps in the right direction to succeed.

Business › 10 Characteristics Of Successful Entrepreneurs by amzee(op): 9:01am On Mar 09, 2016
Do you have the qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

Although there is no "one size, fits all" theory for entrepreneurship, a few guidelines may help those with a good idea become successful entrepreneurs. The
following insights can help you embark on your next entrepreneurial venture with due
diligence.

1. Passion & Motivation

The one word that describes the basic requirement for an entrepreneurship venture is “Passion.”
¤Is there something that you can work on over and over again, without getting bored?
¤Is there something that keeps you awake because you have not finished it yet?
¤Is there something that you have built and want to continue to improve upon, again and again?
¤Is there something that you enjoy the most and want to continue doing for the rest of your life?
Your demonstration of passion and motivation will determine your success in any entrepreneurial venture. From building and implementing a prototype, to pitching your idea to venture capitalists, success is a
function of passion and determination.

2. Risk Taking

Entrepreneurs are risk takers ready to dive deep into a future of uncertainty. But not all risk takers are successful entrepreneurs.
What differentiates a successful
entrepreneur from the rest in terms of risk?
Successful entrepreneurs are willing to risk time and money on unknowns, but they also keep resources, plans and bandwidth
for dealing with "unknown unknowns" in reserve. When evaluating risk, a successful
entrepreneur will ask herself, is this risk worth the cost of my career, time and money? And, what will I do if this venture
doesn't pay off?

3. Self-belief, Hard work & Disciplined Dedication

Entrepreneurs enjoy what they do. They believe in themselves and are confident and dedicated to their project. Occasionally, they
may show stubbornness in their intense focus on and faith in their idea. But the flip side is their demonstrated discipline and
dedication.

4. Adaptability & Flexibility

It’s good to be passionate or even stubborn about what you do. But being inflexible about client or market needs will lead to failure. Remember, an entrepreneurial
venture is not simply about doing what you believe is good, but also making successful business out of it. Market needs are dynamic: changes are a recurring phenomenon. Successful entrepreneurs welcome all suggestions for optimization or
customization that enhances their offering and satisfies client and market needs. A product you develop for yourself alone may
qualify as a hobby, but a product for the market should satisfy market needs.

5. Understand Your Offering–And Its Market

Entrepreneurs know their product offering inside and out. They also know the marketplace and its dynamics inside and out. Remaining unaware of changing
market needs, competitor moves and other external factors can bring even great products to failure.

Op go out and enjoy your youthful years..stop wrapping yourself in jealousy.
Old saying dat "wen u r in Rome behave lyk a Roman". You can enjoy your youthful years and become a good husband without doing whats listed above.
I am not jealous cos I am also guilty of some of the signs.
Romance › 13 Signs That Show A Guy Will Eventually Become An Irresponsible Husband by amzee(op):
The way some guys act clearly indicate that they will end up as chronic headache for their wives in the nearest future if care is not taken.

I can’t really blame guys who are
involved in the act of humiliating ladies in public and online because these ladies in question must have torment their heart but going to the extent of destroying their intrinsic values is the major
concern here.

Therefore let’s take a look at signs that indicate a guy will become an
irresponsible husband.

1.Extremely stingy

Some guys are so stingy to the extent that they can’t call their girlfriends for just 1minute in a day. The only time they call for long period is during free night
calls or bonus awarded from telecom providers. If they call for 30secs, they will hang up and later explain through Whatsapp/BBM that it was network failure.

2.Highly promiscuous

This issue is common to perverts who has never zipped up for once in their life by chasing every tom and harry in skirt.
These are the kinds that will eventually become sugar daddy, chasing ladies who are young enough to be their daughter in future.

3. Very lazy

Some guys are so idle to the extent that they have no goal, vision and purpose in life. They are just too lazy to seize opportunities around them as they are only seen in betting shops like Bet9ja,Nairabet,
etc. to make money.

4.Ridicule ladies

I hate when a guy beat or disgrace his girlfriend in public just because she hangs out with a guy. I consider this as a dysfunctional act because a man in making will not stoop so low to involve himself in this thrash. Meanwhile on social media some consider all ladies as whores of which we still have the rare
and good ones.

5.Habit of alcoholism and smoking

For a guy that consume too much
alcohol and smoke probably in the bid to control his anger is not a man. Such guys cannot become responsible husbands to their wives because they can use children’s school fee and other
budgetary money to drink and smoke.

6.Wrong lifestyle

Some guys rock and roll with the wrong peer groups who have influence them to have shameful lifestyles like yahoo yahoo occupation, rape gangs and area
touts.

7.Careless attitude

The way some guys behave can be likened to a voracious animal. They dump and change ladies like sanitary pads as they care less about their emotion by suggesting abortion for any
sex journey that becomes foetus.

8.Poor financial planning

Some guys blow money like trumpet without thinking about future investment. They spend their money on vague things like phones, prostitutes, etc.
Such guys will eventually become an irresponsible husband.

9.Bad listening habit

Most guys have this habit and it results in ineffective communication, which usually have an adverse impact on the
productivity of the individual and their relationships. Poor listening definitely make a huge, negative impact on team morale and productivity. This situation
usually results in conflicts and
misunderstandings among partners, and it creates a negative environment.

10.Lack of Self control

Some guys lack the ability to control their emotions, behavior, and desires.
Guys should constantly be striving
towards self-control and discipline, because these are foundations of integrity. One thing they need tounderstand about self-control is that it is not as much about saying no to certain
fleshly desires, lusts and cravings but more about living and abundant life free from addiction regret and shame.

11. Interrupting a conversation

Guys are good at Interrupting a
conversation with improper body
language or inappropriate words and this has a negative impact on their relationships. Some does this a lot and it annoys me.

12.Dirty

Some guys are so dirty that if they
should pass you, oh my God! you won’t be able to breathe for hours and most of them terms it sexy…. Imagine animal odour is now sexy ,taaah…go and sleep it’s a
turn off to most ladies. They love
guys that are neat, guys that organizes their home.

13.Bragging

Some guys brag a lot. I have no problem with a guy having money. However, I do have a problem when you decide to
treat women like gold-diggers whose eyes are bound to widen at the mention of “Bugatti”. Yes, They like money, just like most men, but that doesn’t mean you should also shout it…. Brags are turn off for them(Farano and Ishilove can attest to it).
