Well, if you've been following my sales report, you'll realize that
I have a target this year.

Well, Corona Virus really messed things up for me in April and May

Coffee/ delivery / service in king $150 (the only sale i had in April)

Had a couple of interest, but they later backed out.

That brings my total sale to $6978 (6349.98 net) this year.

For those still waiting for their sales, I have this to say: keep failing forward.

Most of the gurus you see here started with junks - names that, when they see now, will make them laugh and be ashamed of themselves.

Trust me, domain is a bizz where you will learn on the job.

It is my full time job now. And, i can say i was once like you until i started buying craps (not saying you should be like me).

Please can you explain to me how you go about outbounding in mass using hunter campaign especially if you have added more than one email address to your account.

My plan is to add 5 emails since their is restrictions or daily limit for each, if I have like 400 emails to outbound I'll just share them between the 5 email address. Hope is okay?

I added 2 emails currently and I saw that the email would carry the name of the sender as the one I registered hunter with not the one I used for my email registration.

Example
If I use AbC@gmail.com to send the campaign.

The sender name wouldn't be for this email address but would convey what I use to register hunter with.

So I'll end up have ABC@gmail as the sender email address, while the sender name as DEF. Wouldn't it look unprofessional, or how do you do yours?

Firstly, I don't send more than 400 emails a day, which means I only need one gmail account. And about the sender name, you can always click on "edit" in your campaign settings - in front of the email address. There you should be able to include your choice name.

Exactly my point. No traffic, little value. Same thing applies to domain names too. If you can get a domain name with good traffic (say for instance corona Virus and its related terms), you can sell those names time 10 the amount that an average website (with traffic) will command.

To me, I love the game of domaining. Being able to get some good names and flip it for times 100 to 500.

Developing a domain name to a website, is good for someone that has that time. And know that the ability for the website to still sell is based on probability.As for someone like me, domaining is something that I might leave someday, to face destiny.

Not even a fan of the website building. Go to flippa and see how they price website like tomato. What people still need, to splash a lot of income on a website, is the traffic data. How many people are visiting per day, in a month, in a year? How much I can I generate from Google absence? These are some vital questions buyers ask.

Guy your expenses are similar to what am having, even when domaining isn't a full time business, it's better than some regular jobs, of 6-6.

Now add car expenses if you have one, and fueling, I haven't seen light for almost a year 6 months because of bad transformer so buying fuel is a consideration.

Although it's a though one, but domaining is Bae, just to look for another side hussle and add to it....

As for those people that end up registering similar names to sell, after someone has reported a sale, I wish them good luck, because, from my own point of view it's not the best thing to do.

I also have a big question for domainers. How much do you reinvest into your domain business if you're into it full time?

I sat down and was doing my calculation. I was investing 30% back into the business while the other 70% for Tithe (10%) and upkeep.

Yesterday, I realized that 30% (if I was able to make less than 4m) will lead to a big loss at the end of the year.

Here is my breakdown:

Starting with 3m

3000000 - 20% domain (600,000) =2,400,000
2,400,000 - 10% Tithe (300000) = 2,100,000
2,100,000 - house rent (300000) =1,800,000
1,800,000 - miscellaneous (300,000) = 1,500,000
1,500,000 - cloth (150,000) = 1,350,000
1,350,000 - general expense at 100k per month (1,200,000) = 150,000


So, I'm still left with 150,000 (just 150,000)

And that 150,000 can still go for other unbudgetted expenses.

I dropped my sales report last month but noticed that a lot of people went on registration spree on names similar to mine.

Please note that before I register a name, I check for the search volume. I always love to be able to market my names to an end user with concrete proof of why they should get the name.

Long names and short names. You never can tell which name will sell. I just got a mail from Afternic that restaurantsthatdelivernearme.com just sold for $499. While I have dropped this name, thus long name still got a buyer.

And why this I register this 28 letter domain name? I found that a lot of people are searching for the keywords on Google.

I gambled on it, did outbound, but no luck. And today, it sold.

So, if you still think long names are trash, I beg you to look again.

And if you think you're the master selector that knows the names that will sell, then you don't know anything in this domaining world.

I just checked and saw that it is not info@ or service@ that is getting the multiple opens. I even googled the email ID and saw it is everywhere, including their facebook page.

May be it is an email that different people within the company have access to, that is why.

Yes, that is not disputable. In my own tracker, the glitch comes with the first email because it records views within 1 second of sending it which is very unlikely. but subsequent ones will not be the case, especially if you look at the time or intervals being wide apart.

If the time of the views are different by seconds, it is a glitch but if it is difference by hours or days, it is not.

This usually happen if you sent to info@ service@ etc. that are connected to an autoresponder.

Lol. Sometimes, your email may be forwarded to a lot of people, therefore counting as multiple views when they open the email. I also think 100 is ridiculous (I've never had 100 before). In all, don't put your mind on the counts.

However, the counts still come handy after some months of outbounding on a particular name and you see that some people are viewing it. It can help you remarket the said name to them for a discount.

Go to settings, sending window. Adjust the time you want the campaign to start. For me, I like sending from 6pm to 12 am
