when I see an Anglican, I affirm both his humanity, he believe in God and in Jesus, his death, resurrection and life, I affirm that he believes and the work of the spirit, from there we can discuss issues we disagree on like gay marriage, female ministers, the Eucharist, etc.

I think you shd put yourself side by side the Lord Jesus and the Jewish Pharisees and see if you'd pass if fellowship with everyone because they were humans.
