Information gathered by Ghana's Daily Guide indicates that Daniel Ofosu aka Junior, 22, who allegedly filmed his s*xual encounters with some 42 women in Ghana and circulated them for a fee of GHC5.00, was using a charm he collected from Dahomey (spiritualist or spiritual centre) called "Adani" to lure the ladies.

A family member, who spoke to a correspondent on condition of anonymity, said the suspect used a
charm necklace to hypnotize the ladies who then followed him to his house for the sexual act According to the source, Daniel, a paint seller, was a mortuary attendant and that during the days he was working, went to Dahomey to collect "Adani," (the juju) meaning "Do as I Command" in the local language for his evil in form of a necklace.

"I saw it and warned him to stop using the charm to influence ladies, because it is a sin. I even went to report him to our pastor, who asked him to stop doing that, but he got angry and stopped attending church" the source articulated.

"You can clearly see that the ladies initially decline to have s*x with him but with the use of the charm, they are hypnotized and yield to his demand," the source indicated.

A pastor of a Living Faith Church, aka Winners Chapel Chapel, Adeniyi John, was Wednesday evening caught by a mob at Ijomu area of Akure metropolis of Ondo State with pieces of fried meat suspected to be human parts, Uzomedia reports.

The man was also alleged to be in possession of some fetish items, kept inside his bag. An eye witness said the middle age pastor shocked the people in the area when he brought out pieces of fried meat from his bag, spread them in tray and started calling people to come and join him to eat.

This invitation by the pastor caused the curiosity of the people around who shouted “eran eyan ni, eran eyan ni” It is human meat, it is human meat, they have started again.”

While some people suggested instant judgement for him on the basis of his action and fetish items on him, others pleaded that he should be taking to the Deji’s palace to explain his mission with the meat.

The action of Adeniyi attracted more crowd, that were becoming
uncontrollable as some of them insisted that the man should be
lynched.

As more crowd gathered, Adeniyi pleaded that he had just been transferred to Ipogun in Ifedore Local Government Area branch of the church from Iju/ Ita-ogbolu in Akure North Local Government.

Amidst confusion, the man was moved to the palace of Deji of Akure, where he was quizzed by by chiefs at the palace.

While explaining what led him to the action, Adeniyi said he was divinely instructed to go and share the meat to save his dying son.

He appealed to the people to allow him to go and continue what he called his end time mission based on revelation from God.

Sensing the rising tension, the pastor was whisked away to the Area Command
headquarters of the Ondo State Police Command, for further interrogation.

A senior pastor at the State Headquarters of the Living Faith Church in Akure who craved anonymity said Johnson was sacked as a Pastor of one of its local branches about a month ago to allow his family treat him after
showing signs of insanity .

Also a senior officer at the Police Area Command, Akure, who spoke under the condition of anonymity confirmed that some pastors from the church have come to attest that pastor Johnson has mental issues.

The officer said the police is now awaiting his family to come with his medical record on his mental state to know the next line of action.

A heartless father accused of r*ping his own daughter since she started school many years ago has been dragged to a court.

According to a report by B-Metro, the Zimbabwean man who is 46-years-old has been remanded in prison custody after he pleaded not guilty.

Revealing details to the court, State counsel, Peter Kachirika, revealed that at an unknown date but sometime in 2005 the mother of the girl left home for work leaving the girl in her father’s

Sometime ago, Ese Oruru grabbed national headlines when it became apparent that she was abducted to Kano for six months by a certain Yunusa Dahiru from her home in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

Yunusa, a commercial tricycle operator, had claimed that they were lovers and that they collectively decided to elope from Bayelsa to Kano.

Ese, now reunited with her family, is reported to be in the third trimester (40 weeks) of her pregnancy.

The husband divorced his wife hours after their wedding because she was too busy texting her friends to consummate the

The beggars in their hundreds, under the aegis of the Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities, on Monday stormed the Government House, Kaduna, demanding the withdrawal of the anti-begging law until Governor Nasir el-Rufai fulfils his campaign promises.

The law, passed by the state house of assembly, has since been assented to by the governor, and is awaiting implementation.

According to a source, the beggars were however prevented from gaining entry into the premises of the Government House by security operatives, who on spotting them, quickly mobilised themselves.

The operatives stationed an Amoured Personnel Carrier at the
entrance a few meters away from the main gate, while armed policemen who arrived in eight Hilux vans took strategic positions around the premises with a view to forestalling outbreak of law and order.

However, the beggars, during the protest, lamented that the governor was yet to keep his campaign promise he made to them in 2015 that if elected he would make
adequate arrangement for their upkeep before banning street begging.

Their spokesperson, Muntari Sale, expressed dismay over the nonchalant attitude he said the governor and lawmakers exhibited towards people living with disability and vowed not to relent in their efforts until the governor fulfilled his promise.

“We demand that the governor of the state, Malam Nasir El-Rufai and members of the State House of Assembly to fulfil the promises they made to us during their campaign while seeking for votes from us,” he said.

“The Governor promised us that he will not ban street begging until he makes adequate arrangement for our upkeep and welfare.

“He promised that 30 per cent of our members would be giving employment anytime the state government has a programme running which has not been met, he also promised to provide for the sick, educate our children and
employ those in different skills with a view to easing the suffering of the people living with disability.”

Mr. Sale recounted that the same law submitted by the governor to the legislature had been enacted in Kano, Edo, Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory, but that it did not work.

Stating that begging was their only means of livelihood, he stressed that the law would not work in Kaduna because the state government had not made adequate arrangement for the beggars.

He said, “This law was passed in Kano, Edo and Lagos states as well as the FCT and they did not succeed, the government has not made adequate arrangements for us and yet it wants to ban us from our only source of livelihood.

“We are human beings like everyone, the way everybody is delivering children, that is the same way we are, the way people marry is the way we marry and the way parents try to educate their children is the same way we try to educate ours.

“He promised to employ our children, unfortunately, he has
employed people in the Kaduna State Traffic and Environmental Law Enforcement Agency (KASTELEA), but none of our children were employed. He also employed street sweepers and none of our children were employed. They employed women to cook food for state schools the school feeding programme, yet none of our wives or children have benefited.

“The way every individual used their thumb to voted for El-Rufai, that is the way people living with disability also voted for him, including the deaf, dumb, blind and cripples.”

Mr. Sale called for the removal of the present Special Assistant to the
Governor on Disability, saying he was responsible for their predicaments.

He accused the governor’s aide of not fighting for the cause of the people living with disability.

The Special Assistant to the Governor on
Stakeholders, Abdullahi Bayero, who received the beggars, explained that the governor could not meet them in person because he was in a meeting.

He appealed to them to be patient.

Mr. Bayero further asked them to select five representatives that would table their demands to the state governor since all of them could not be allowed into the Government House for security reasons.

A randy 75-year-old farmer, Nurudeen Koleosho has been arrested by the police for the allegedly r*ping an 11-year-old Primary 2 pupil, Bola (not real name) suffering from
autism.

While addressing PDP delegates at the
Rivers State Congress of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), at the Obi Wali Cultural
Centre in Port Harcourt on Tuesday, Governor Nyesom Wike, proclaimed that the party will take back the reins of governance at the federal level in 2019.
