Onlytruth:I tire for Ibime o!. Nevertherless 98% of South South is for GEJ. |

Obiagu1:THANKS. |
excanny:WORD. |
alj harem1:The Wise one from Borno, I salute you. Spot on. |
The fines are good for football. |
Abagworo:Dont mind the slowpoke. I was with his Obi (Obi of Owa) this summer in London. |
excanny:IN those areas you mentioned and in fact the entire Oshimili/Aniocha areas, they do not question their Igboness. Their dialects are also similar to Igbo dialects in Anambra state. |
Okenye n'elu igwe--The oldest in heaven. |
agbotaen:Lil Nigga, so you have finally accepted defeat and now turn to insolence. Based on the weight of the evidence recently posted by Ezeagu from the book your Obi wrote about their Nri ancestry, one would have thought you comment about it. A looser will always be a looser, IMPOTENT RETARDO, go and lick your mother's ccuntt. |

Blazay:I have always insisted that those who type crap about Ohanaeze here do not know anything about the organisation. Am happy you know now that they do have an office even in the seven Igbo states and locations. One other chap said he has never heard of Ohanaeze until recently. Another said he has not heard of Uwaechue until recently. Yet they come here to say Ohanaeze this and that. Oh Lord, Forgive them for they know not what they do. |
Olaudah Equiano in his narratives said he was Eboe (Igbo). This he wrote in the 18th century. That goes a long way to show that people knew they were Igbo. |
Onlytruth:Do not be surprised that one day if there is a collapsed building in Onitsha, they will demand for an explanation from Ohanaeze. |
mens dept:Because people expect the unexpected from Ohanaeze. One Idiott here on Nairaland even suggested that Ohanaeze has not done anything to make his kids speak Igbo. Mind you, it is not just my Ohanaeze but yours as well. |
Blazay:Do not be silly and stop this your dry jokes here. Since when did Ohanaeze become the state security outfit that should protect Ngige?. When did this present excos of Ohanaeze come to office?. You should not be typing anything Ohanaeze because you do not even know an inch what they stand for, so look for something else and talk about. |
mens dept:Do not take this post that the governors are confused as serious. They have made it clearly known to all that they are for GEJ. Ohanaeze does not play double standards, their support for GEJ is 100 percent. |
alj harem1:LOL. |
Abagworo:Do not worry, Ohanaeze had a prolonged and careful deliberation before endorsing GEJ. They know better than you. Just gba brake, give them a chance as they have not got it wrong yet. Their pre-primaries endorsement of Gej is the magic that will deliver the ticket for him. Nwe Ndidi. |
alj harem1:You earlier wrote that Atiku is your brother. So Gej is our brother and can not make his brother a V.P. The position of a V.P is not paramount in Igbo well being at this moment. |
Blazay:GEJ has come to Ndigbo way back before he bacame the V.P and now the president. He is from the east and knows all the roads, in the east how bad they are, all the erosion sites, the collapsing headbridge at Onitsha, int airport in Enugu, etc. He understand the problem of Ndigbo more than any candidate. He is better prepared to look into the affairs of Ndigbo more than any presidential candidate. Hence, to hail with Atiku and his V.P slot for Ndigbo. |
Okpa Aku Erieri---Peacocks int. |
Duncan's music is a sale out in the east. Forget Lagos, he has made a huge success in his career so far. He sings in Igbo and also uses his Ikwerre dialect as well. Other Igbo guys singing using Igbo are also doing well-Whizkid, TJ kELLY Handsome, Bracket, Flavour, etc. Gone are the days silly Igbo boys promote Yoruba songs instead of theirs. Duncan Mighty and co, Onye nwe anyi nonyere unu. |
I agree with most of your post. GEJ just does not seem bright enough to effectively do the dismantling you alluded to. The man seems clueless. Just watch some of his interviews and you'll quickly note that he is not destined to be a great President. The best he could have done for the country was to step aside and ensure that the elections are transparent and that every vote would count. His place in history would have been secure and he would have become one of the greatest Nigerians.
Boy stop chatting boll ox here. Because GEJ has not come in with gara-gara, chest beating and thuggery that is why he seems clueless to you. If he is not destined to be a great president, who then is destined to be?. Anyway all this your campaign of hate will not hinder him from picking the PDP presidential ticket. |
switch47:Say no to alcohol. |
paris10:You are the one not fit in the community for typing bollocks here. What do you mean by enough ugly people in that town?. If you are not impressed with what you are watching does not mean that the likes of P-Square, Tony One-week etc are not from Enugu state. Quit generalising as well as quit hating. |
paris10:Monkey, is all this crap because you were overfed with peanuts today?. If I may ask, how did you escape from the zoo to go and watch Nigerian idol?. Clown, quit hating, quit watching Nigerian idol and pay attention to your one-eyed mother languishing in the village. |
Newcastle v Chelsea Barclays Premier League Venue: St James' Park Date: Sunday, 28 November Kick-off: 1330 GMT Coverage: Watch live on Sky Sports 1 and highlights on Match of the Day; listen on talkSPORT and local radio; text commentary on BBC Sport website and mobiles TEAM NEWS Newcastle are without regular centre-backs Mike Williamson and Fabricio Coloccini, both of whom are beginning three-match suspensions. Joey Barton still has one game of his own ban to serve, but fellow midfielder Cheik Tiote is now suspension free. Chelsea are again without the injured John Terry but Alex is fit to play. Influential midfielders Frank Lampard and Michael Essien are still sidelined, with the Ghanaian serving the final game of a three-match suspension. Newcastle Suspended : Coloccini & Williamson (three matches), Barton (one match) Doubtful : Ameobi (hamstring) Injured : Ben Arfa (broken leg), Best and R Taylor (both ankle), Gosling (knee), Harper (shoulder) Chelsea Suspended : Essien (one match) Injured : Benayoun (Achilles), Lampard (groin), Terry (back) MATCH PREVIEW In a week of media scrutiny about his long-term future, it's somewhat ironic that the fixture computer has sent Carlo Ancelotti and his Chelsea team to Newcastle, a city often likened to living life in a goldfish bowl. To lose two centre-halves for three games is a big, big blow, but we just have to get on with it, I don't think that anyone who has seen us play would call us a dirty team. It's not a concern that we'll pick up a reputation at all, because we're not that kind of side Chris Hughton, Newcastle manager The Italian has never managed at St James' Park before, but if speculation is to be believed he may well be looking at new surroundings again in the summer. Owner Roman Abramovich is rumoured to be unhappy at the team's style of play despite scoring four goals or more in 18 games during Ancelotti's 17-month tenure, as well as securing the Premier League and FA Cup double at the first time of asking. Newcastle, like their opponents, have problems at the heart of their defence. Regular centre-backs Fabricio Coloccini and Mike Williamson, who have both featured in all 14 of the Magpies' league games this season, are missing as they begin three-match suspensions. Coloccini was sent-off in the 5-1 rout at Bolton last weekend, while Williamson received a retrospective ban from the FA for violent conduct in the same match. Their absence could lead to a first Premier League start in a Newcastle shirt for veteran summer signing Sol Campbell. The 36-year-old will be hoping he is a lucky omen for the Magpies, as his first official start for the club came in the third round of the League Cup at Chelsea earlier this season, where Chris Hughton's side ran-out dramatic 4-3 winners. Steven Taylor could also figure for the first time since dislocating his shoulder in a pre-season friendly. MATCH FACTS Head-to-head • Newcastle and Chelsea have met 130 times in league encounters. Newcastle have won 44 times, with Chelsea victorious on 52 occasions. • The Magpies have not scored in their last three league matches against Chelsea. It is 304 minutes (five hours and four minutes) since Nicky Butt scored in a 2-1 away defeat in December 2007. • Chelsea are unbeaten in their last three Premier League trips to St James' Park. The last two visits have ended in 2-0 successes, with Florent Malouda scoring on both occasions. Newcastle • Newcastle have lost their last six league home games against Big Four opposition, conceding at least twice in the process. • Kevin Nolan has scored six of his seven Premier League goals at St James' Park this season, the equal best home performer in the league along with Chelsea duo Didier Drogba and Florent Malouda. • The Magpies are unbeaten against London opposition this term, having won at both Arsenal and West Ham and drawn at home to Fulham. • If selected, Sol Campbell will be making his 500th career league appearance, while Jose Enrique stands by to start his 100th game for the Magpies. Chelsea • The Blues have lost three of their last four league matches, including the last two. It is the first time in four-and-a-half years they have lost consecutive league games. Defeat at St James' Park would bring about three straight league losses for the first time since October 1999. • All four of Chelsea's league defeats have come after they conceded the opening goal. The only occasion they have bucked that trend this season was a comeback win at Blackburn last month. • Despite Chelsea's recent defensive woes, Petr Cech has kept eight Premier League clean sheets this season, more than any other goalkeeper. • If selected, Florent Malouda will be playing in his 100th league game for Chelsea. He has scored 27 goals in his 99 appearances. John Obi Mikel and Paulo Ferreira also stand by to make their 100th Premier League start for the Blues. LEADING GOALSCORERS Newcastle Carroll: 8 goals (8 league); Nolan 7 goals (7 league) Chelsea Anelka: 10 goals (3 league); Malouda: 8 goals (7 league); Drogba 7 goals (6 league) MATCH OFFICIALS Referee : Andre Marriner Assistant referees : Jake Collin & Scott Ledger Fourth official : Chris Foy LAST LEAGUE MATCH LINE-UPS Newcastle (L1-5 v Bolton, a): Krul, Simpson, Williamson, Coloccini, Jose Enrique, Guthrie (Routledge 71), Nolan, Smith, Gutierrez (Campbell 77), Carroll, Ameobi (Lovenkrands 72). In my own terms, Niger Delta is where River Niger emties into the sea. This is in Bayelsa state, Lower Delta state and Lower Rivers state. But oil producing states are Imo, Abia, Delta, Akwa Ibom, Rivers and Ondo states. |
@KCJAZZ, Houvest and concerned Umuigbo. You all have spoken well. Agreed Ohanaeze has her shortcomings but it belongs to us all. The stardards people set for Ohanaeze to attain can only be possible through the support of Umuigbo. Having said that, the current Ohanaeze leadership under Uwaechue is capable. Promotion of Igbo language has been the priority of Ohanaeze and Aka Ikenga and they are doing well in that aspect. Amb Uwaechue's inaugural address was delivered in Igbo language. Ohanaeze sessions are held in Igbo language. Uwaechue is also interested in seeing Igbo language promoted in diaspora. I visited Amb Uwaechue at Ogwashi-Ukwu this year and the first thing he asked me was on our role in promoting Igbo language in the U.K. Under Uwaechue, No 7 Park Avenue has had a facelift adorned with computers. They have also established a website. The imbroglio of Eze Ndi Igbo outside Igboland is now a thing of the past thanks to Uwaechue and Ndieze led by Prof Edozien and Ilomuanya. Under Uwaechue, there are no factions in Ohanaeze. For nearly ten years now, Ohanaeze has a president gen and a scribe that understands one another. Since the coming of Uwaechue, Enugu state has paid up all her dues to Ohanaeze and without delay. On roads, infrastructures, kidnapping, erosion etc, Ohanaeze has done her own bits but partners has not. Umuigbo, we do not have any other umbrella body apart from Ohanaeze, we have to support it. |
