As if Ekwueme supported Zik in 1979 and 1983.

Katsumoto:

This is a moronic comment. Any subject to be learned in a higher institution MUST have a foundation from Primary and Secondary schools. If you saw a quadratic equation for the first time in university without having attempted mathematics, will you not feel daunted? Second, why would a majority without any foundation in Ifa select it in a university? Just as you have grades in mathematics, there are grades in Ifa Corpus.
Kats, mind your choice of words. Anyway, I gave an instance of Philosophy that is studied at the university level yet not introduced in secondary schools. There are so many of them.
I still stand by my comment. I mean Ifa should be introduced at the university level. Its a good idea. But at secondary school level, MBA.

Please do me a favour and stop posting.

@Abagworo,
Please, stop responding again.

@Other Igbos and Interested parties, I want you all to kill this thread immediately by not continuing with these show of Shame that this thread has degenerated into.

Irrespective of how genuine your reasons may be, it's enough.

I will highly appreciate it, if this request is honoured.

Sincere 9gerian: No wonder. I suspected something was wrong with these guys. Now we know most of the worshippers at Tinubu's shrine on this forum are idol worshippers.

There's no justification for introducing minors to idolatry. If Aregbe and his indolatrous partners are keen on propagating Ifa and the worship of other idols, they should do that at higher institutions. They should leave innocent children out of their evil agenda.
@Higher institution, yes that's my point.

Ignore the guy, we refused to be deceived. He forgot that Scotland want referendum to opt out of UK.

Who's he to advice us?

.
Scotland clamouring for a referendum doesn't mean they will opt out of the U.K. We saw that happened in Canada some years back and it will repeat its self in Scotland.

Mr Aregbesola has a very good idea here. But it should not be introduced in secondary schools but in the universities in Osun state just like philosophy is introduced in secondary schools but in universities.
The state should lay more emphasis on those areas Tomakint earlier highlighted in this thread.

If we can study borrowed religions from the Middle East, why can we do the same with our own?
For the first time in your post, you have made sense. Your bigoted posts in the past makes one wonder if you are a no brainer.
Kudos.

MetaPhysical: Odumchi,

Im surprised to see a thread created by you strictly for Igbo speaking groups. Im shocked that such practise is allowed here at all. Can you imagine if I open a thread and strictly for those who speak Yoruba Eno and excluded all others from awareness of what we are discussing..or even more so if i invite arabic speakers only and we converse in here in arabic only. Think about the perception.

This is cultural section, we should welcome awareness, not hidden agenda and spite.
Please take your thread out of here, this is an unwelcome practice.

This is my second time complaining to you mods on such arrogance from Igbo members on this forum. Do not start here what will later become your regret. If this thread is not corrected and the practice not stopped i will take it above you to the mods. If they fail to act you will begin to see Arabic only threads on this forum.

I dont need to post link so dont ask me for one, you know what thread im talking about.

In the culture section, you are allowed to write in any language outside English lang. Please check the rules once again.
Culture section is the only place indigenous languages are allowed to flourish. Deal with ok.

The OP, it should be Gambia and not Zambia.
The association is useless. Even Britain pays more attention to the European union more than the commonwealth.
In employment and etc, EU members are more favoured than a member from the C.W.
Scrap the useless body now.

My brother, I don't really consider Benue a Northern state, it is close to Nasarawa, but still not a Northern state. Same with Kogi, I do not necessary consider that a Northern state as well. I will give you Kwara state though
Then use far north instead of northern states.

^^^Nwanne take it easy.Teams at the peak of European football now do not rely on their centre forwards for goals. Madrid's 4 goals in the last cl match did not come from strikers but wingers. Bayern and Barcelona won their matches because of their midfielders.
The most thing to happen to Chelsea is to have good goal scoring midfielders as we saw in Romania the other night.
