The way you guys churn out the offsite narrative it's like anyone can just go to the offsite location and ask for a certificate to be printed for him and it will be done. Who does that? No university anywhere on the planet does that. If that were the case then I could as well approach the offsite location and ask them to print a certificate for me and they will just print. That is madness and that is not how it works.

The intrinsic matter here is that it is the school that will get the offsite location to print a replacement certtificate AFTER receiving a request from the student. Now the same school have said that they have NEVER received any replacement request from Tinubu. The only request they received was the Subpoena at the behest of Enahoro Ebah.

If the school is not aware of Tinubu's replacement request then how did he get the certificate printed? Who printed it for him without him completing the request form of the school? The simple conclusion is that he decided to create one, or print one, or forge one by himself.

Amy printing of certificate done without the knowledge or consent of the school is forgery. Simple.

You understanding and definition of OFFSITE location is misleading and deceptive.

The bottom line is that the school MUST be in the picture for any diploma to be printed. It is the school that will engage the offsite location to print AFTER receiving a request from the student and doing checks.

This is contrary to the narrative that anyone can just engage a third party agent to print certificates for them irrespective of whether the university is aware or not. No university anywhere in this world allows that. Printing can only be done after authorisation from the University so in essence, whether printing is done onsite or offsite, the school MUST be aware of the printing.

A law that has already been passed is the law whether you like it or not.

How can you make a contract to kill someone when its against the constitution and anything against the constitution stands null and void!

How can you make a law thats against a fundamental human right ready protected by the constitution to say you'll deal with a particular people? If you cannot give reasonable examples to support your assertions, then it means it doesn't make sense in the first place.

I give you a simple example, it is against the law to drive one way(driving on the wrong side of the road) but people could have serious emergency that could warrant that. No matter the emergency, doing it means breaking the law and you can get the punishment specified by the law. Can a judge temper justice with mercy if the reasons are made known, absolutely but thats his prerogative

Greetings naira Landers, my only sister is happily married to a lawyer and this guy have been instrumental to me and my family since he got married to my sister. I’m a girl in her late 20s, I live abroad was born here but spent most of my schooling years in Nigeria. I came back to do university. I’ve been with a guy now for 7 years who hasn’t paid my bride price properly due to the fact he did an arangee marriage and the divorce process is taking too long. I got with him in my early 20s.. and have a child with him. I believed in him but now I’m at the point where I’m honestly frustrated and tired. I really don’t know who to run to to express myself. We are living together but I really want to run away and start my life afresh but I want to be told the truth. I really want to be married and content, It feels like this guy has reduced me to nothing. Im so ashamed of my situation with him, it’s like I’ve disgraced myself and my family. I’m going to try and list out all the issues we’ve been facing.

1. He’s very confused about his career path. One minute he’s a musician.. then he wants to be a painter.. then he wants to be chef. This is a man in his late 30s

2. He has anger issues. We have tussled on some occasions and he threatens to beat me when he’s angry but so far he hasn’t

3. He has addictions. Betting drinking smoking. To the point where he drank so much that he almost killed himself . I was honestly fooled by the fact that he was a worker in the church and I “believed” I could change him. Young and dumb I guess.

4. Cannot communicate properly. To the point we have not had a proper conversation in almost 2 months but we are living together. I feel so lonely and stuck.

5. He insults me so bad to the point where I question myself.

6. He is not very hardworking and I don’t gel well with his family and friends.

7. None of his family ever talk about marriage or paying my bride price. All they ever ask is when I’m having another child for him. They have reduced me to nothing and I can’t blame them.

I will say that when I’m angry I can be verbally abusive also. He also claims that I’m too reserved and isolated. I feel like I’ve been pushed to the wall and I can’t recognise myself.

I really want to run away.. and start afresh. Where will I start from? I have a son how easy will it be to find love again? All the love I have for this man has gone..I don’t know if it can be rectified. He has really seen me finish.

Sorry I’m coming up with this on a Sunday morning .

My brother has been very sick since January after his warehouse got vandalized and couldn’t offset a bank Loan.

He was diagnosed of hepatitis B and his condition got from better to worse

I knew the debt was part of what was eating him up , So I promised him that will do what ever is within my power to offset the debt just to save his sanity and health

I called the lady ( loaning officer) that aided him in the loan process and requested for restructuring since it’s a commercial bank (Sterling bank)

I explained the critical nature of my brother’s sickness to her and my brother’s inability to repay the loans

She said “No” to restructuring and started laying curses on my brother with threats.
She later called to inform me that she has taken the case to a Deity in her village ( Over a bank loan)

Fast forward to last night , She came with armed police men on tricycle and beat up my brother , chained him and took him away .

I immediately put a call across to Sterling bank to know if they authorized or came for the arrest on Saturday evening and they said “No”

They said that they don’t have a hand in the arrest and they don’t operate that way


Please friends , how do I go about this
My brother is still in detention and the woman is still threatening to jail him
