No dear, it doesn't. In fact, a lot of people prefer to do their postgraduate in NOUN because they get the best of both worlds:

1. You would have enough time to continue working and gaining experience or doing the CIPM.

2. NOUN is far better structure-wise than a lot of conventional universities. All your courses and outlines are available online, but in conventional unis, you keep waiting for lecturers to dictate their course outlines to you. A lot of lecturers in regular unis wanna extort students, they miss classes and the quality of instruction is not always better.

Please, if you went to a regular uni at bachelor's level, don't waste another 2 years in a conventional university.
