Bring down? I want a team to keep City honest but not by that flimsy penalty. Liverpool would have won that game 2-1 without it. The rest of Jota's teammates did not even angle for it. Klopp was just hoping the review will keep the time going as he knew that was not a penalty. But you know the beauty of life? It will come back to bite when you would not deserve it.

What Wolves goal? Do you do imaginative writing as a profession? City were denied 2 stone wall penalties in that game. That soft penalty was the ref trying to make up for his first half error. Go and watch Phil Foden's shot inside the box get stopped by a defenders outstretched arm and VAR did not even pause to review it. lol

The most important job is to score and Lukaku is far better in this aspect.

I was supporting you by saying Lukaku is on another planet compared to him, however, Broja is more technically gifted, more refined, has better close control, can play better without receiving the ball more consistently, makes more intelligent runs not dependent on his pace.

Maybe you should check Lukaku's goals and performance for West Brom and Everton.

tbh Broja is good. Technical and made good runs in-behind. He brings things to be the table that Lukaku cannot but Lukaku is on a different planet compared to him for now.

With how many times City hit the bar? With how Raheem won't score a tap-in or shoot once? With Peraud staying on the ground for 1 full minute into the extra time yet the stupid ref blew on exactly 96 mins? That is the game Southampton deserved something from? Lol.

Such a very poor game lacking in quality. Greenwood is a good finisher but his understanding of space and time is very abject. Seems like both teams are trying to outrubbish each other.

At what point did I argue against this? Did I not tell you that in "some" games he has played as the false 9? Did I not agree that both players handle that role differently with Bobby being more creative but Jota being more clinical with his chances?

Like, I don't know why the guy is here chatting wass. Everyone knows Jota was signed to deputize for a fast depreciating Mané but when Bobby got injured this season, Jota was played in his stead and stepped up to the role. How can any Liverpool fan who claims to watch their games not know that he has played in the false 9 role in many games this season? Because they can see him still scoring in the role, they now want to redefine what everyone can see just to protect Firminho for not scoring enough.

I can put out screenshots from transfermarket if in doubt of his goals and assists in that position matching exactly what I typed earlier. notwithstanding, have you accepted that his numbers was not his issue?

You are clutching. At no point did I disagree that he was tried there. I told you that he was NOT a striker for Bayern and that he was not unsuccessful when he was tried there. 7 games 6 goals in 2015/16, 14 games 16 goals and assists 2014/15, 10 games 8 goals and assists in 2013/14.

Here I was being accused of having comprehension issues. There is absolutely nothing in this article that says Muller was not producing numbers or that he was unsuccessful. It says the manager tried to "maximise", "get the best" out of him. I don't think you realize how good his numbers were when he was played as CF for Bayern under Pep.

It would matter to him - that is what Muller said. It mattered to him. KDB is the same. Pep has used him as striker in some games, he has scored in some of them however he too has said he prefers to have touches and make assists than score. It does not mean he was unsuccessful there. He has had mixed results as well.

Muller said he did not like playing there because he wanted to be more involved in the build up etc. In other words, if Muller scored a hattrick in a game by just tapping in, he would not like it because he was less involved in the build up etc which he preferred. That does not mean he was unsuccessful there. In some games he scored and in some he did not.

Bobby in direct comparison to Jota will never be entertained by people with strong football knowledge as both do different things on the pitch...

I agree they do different things on the pitch but the argument I said I shied away from was the one that people said playing in that false 9 role for Liverpool is what affected Bobby's numbers. I support the argument that "Jota still scoring goals playing in that position proves that being sterile for Bobby is not down to the position" but to an incompetency on his part.

Dayo said Muller was not Bayern's striker and that Bayern always hand Mandzukic, Gomez and Lewa playing ahead of Muller. Kloppo said Muller's failure as a striker made Bayern get Lewa and move Muller to other positions. You challenged Dayo (which means you supported Kloppo) by saying Muller was tried there and that he was unsuccessful. Does that not imply you are backing Kloppo's claims? Your own evidence instead says Muller was tried there ON OCCASION and that the results were mixed. Which proves that Kloppo was wrong (and you by proxy). Simple.
