Election is coming and they want to use their con deceit tactics to buy ignorant Nigerians. We are too intelligent to be deceived by these fraudulent politicians. The said kerosene sells for N135 and now they want to declare that it should be sold for N50. Let the foolish man go and sleep or his plane to crash.
This is a game plan of 2015 election.

Ujujoan: Actually what surprises me is the fact that you would even consider keeping the money in the first place . . .

Going to the extent of calling the owners meant you were expecting something in return and that is wrong . . . You should have just reported to the bank and let them sort their problem out!

Na wah . . .
You are wrong with our comment. If he hadn't done that, the banker her met could have removed the money and taken it.
My wife went to her bank and requested for her balance from a cashier and was shocked when she noticed that the amount the wrote down on a piece of paper was way over what she was supposed to have in her account with N1,005,000. She told the cashier right there her account was way over what the wrote down. She told the lady and the lady asked her how much her balance was supposed to be and she gave her and that was with the above amount. The lady never told her anything and did whatever by herself and she left the bank. I was in the car waiting for her when she came and narrated her story to me. She said is not her money and she cannot take it hence she told the cashier straight.
Now, what I am not sure is if the cashier did report to he superior office or she took the money to herself.

Sanusi and his advisers should understand that not everything they come up can work in our own society.
I could remember during capturing of the finger print during voters registration exercise it was very hard as they keep cleaning the fingers up and down.
Let they increase/improve the security magnets with the current cards.

Properties › Re: Uncle Sold My Dead Father's Land by andyanders: 7:50pm On Nov 05, 2013
wooks: I am in the USA, the first son of my father and born abroad. My father died intestate last year. He owned land and properties in Nigeria but he left the papers in Nigeria. For the purpose of this post I presume they have fallen into the hands of his brothers in Nigeria.

My dad's younger brother sold some of the my dads land without informing me and has used the money to set up a business. I would like to recover my fathers land but am not financially capable of travelling to Nigeria so I have given a cousin who is a law student power of attorney to attend to matters on my behalf.

I do not have a single document relating to the land. My claim to the property relies on my ability to prove that I am the first son and that there was no will. My thought is to try and evicting the buyer from the land on grounds that he did not buy from the lawful owner and let him sort out his issues with the person he gave money to.

I would appreciate some advice as I don't know what I am getting into.
If I were you, forget pursuing this issue with your uncle as this could destroy your future if your uncle turns diabolical on you and your siblings. When you make your money, you can buy land anywhere and do whatever you want to do.
My father had lots of property before he died and my uncles all went after them and we let them be since we never came to this world with anything. I worked very had and became successful and right now, I can dust my chest to let your know that I have landed properties and stays in my own building. All my brothers equally got their own buildings and very independent. It was because of the same landed property, they killed my father and my elder brother.
My brother, I will advise you to work very hard as your future is brighter than that of your uncles. But if you think you cannot live without the property, well go ahead and deal with the person involved but I do not see any future over this, than your life on stake.

I was in the US when my Dad died. Please think about your life.

Politics › Re: Sanusi Cannot Survive In Nigerian Politics by andyanders: 1:14pm On Nov 05, 2013
malele: Lamido Sanusi has told HARDtalk he will not be entering politics when he ends his term as governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

"Being a good central banker does not make you a good politician," he said, adding he had seen enough successful people enter politics only to "destroy everything they have built."

Asked if he could persuaded to change his mind, Mr Sanusi said: "I have been in Abuja long enough to know that I cannot survive for one year in that space."

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-24764397
I now respect Sanus's personality because that is the wisest decision to have taken by an intelligent person unlike Soludo former CBN governor who ended up disgracing himself by entering into politics.

Romance › Re: Should I Break Up With Him by andyanders: 9:44pm On Nov 04, 2013
mimicue: I'm 18 and he's 23 we av been dating for over 6 months now. He says he wont be able to love me without having sex first and that without sex we wont work. I am a virgin and this is a big deal to me because I have been saving myself for someone special. I used to think that it was him because he was so nice to me in the beginning but lately hes been getting very sexually frustrated and wont understand why I won't. At times when we are together I feel like he's going to rape me because he really disturbs mw and I get irritated and we argue and don't get along very well recently. One day he called me and told me that does he know he can rape me but he won't becos he loves me that he will jst give me sleeping pill. Although I know he didn't mean it but it really bothered me becos av been ignoring him lately not only becos of that but because of hez demand on sex, its like that's the only thing he cares about 'because its bullshit'. And he's even the stingy type of guy not that he doesn't av money, since we av been going out he hasn't really offered me anything which makes my frnds laugh at me and I'm not the type of girL that demands for things from guys because I av everything I want , I av seeked advice frm a few people and they said I shld break up but I don't want to break he's heart so ..half of me wants to give it up for him so we stay together...but the other half says not to because ill regret it. any advice
He will abuse you one day and take off. You are too young to hang around a guy like that as I guess you are not yet through with your education. If he gets his way, you live to regret this for the rest of your life.
Note, this relationship CANNOT work because if you are through with your education and you are dreaming of keeping your virginity, keep off men and work towards your academics. Noway this guy can marry you.Mark it. He will use you and dump you for life.

Op, you are only few days pregnant nd needed to see your doctor as the girl don give you man's belle. You will deliver after 24 months starting from the date you met with her. After my consultation with the crystal ball, I was told the gul has taken your manhood to their spirit bank. You are required to report to the nearest mortuary and ask for the next available bed or better book for one in advance.
Romance › Re: I Caught My Brother's Friend Sniffing My Panties by andyanders: 9:08pm On Nov 04, 2013
Its very normal for young shy boys to fantasize about women they like. That young man is prolly still a Virgin and would have used those items he took to spank his monkey whilst thinking of you.

The boy is simply attracted to you and maybe obsessed as well.

My advice will be to have a chat with him and find out what's going on with him.
The best option for you op. The boy never meant harm to you but just burning with lust. You can only sweet talk him to know his reasons and help counsel him never make it public He is burning in hot desire of lust on you as he is still a virgin and shy to talk.
He wanted those items in order to fantasize and jack off

The lady, helen is a smart and smooth operator who knows what she has been doing sleeping and tasting around and having found out that she has not met any guy as good as Fred, hence her wanting him to forgive her shortcomings.
Note, you don't marry out of sympathy as I do not see this relationship working out. Reasons being that the lady in question can NEVER remain faithful as a result of her actions now Any relationship not built on trust and on an open ground, is bound to meet a brick wall because of deceit.

To me, tell Fred not to bother himself and look and focus on rounding up his program and now get a job and buld his career and with time, he will become an envy.
Women love braking up a man's heart because of no cash in pocket, To me, let Fred, allow her to be and give her room to enjoy her bad habit as that habit will hunt her tomorrow.
My people dey talk say, pikin wey dey scratch her bombom, na her nyash she dey scatch.
As a man, make money, when you make money, women look for you.

Romance › Re: Am In Love With My Friend's Babe. by andyanders:
manee2: The first day i saw her i was with one of my friends and i couldn't stop staring, it was unlike me because i hardly get moved by girls (NO HOMO), my friend quickly grabbed and noticed the stare on my eyes and was like "manee that's vicky's babe you better becareful". That sentence almost made me lose the quick crush i started developing immediately because vicky is a very good friend of mine. I later asked vicky about her only to find out it was really true that my friend was dating the girl and i was like helpless. Vicky later shared the girl with me on BBM after i pleaded with him promising him "I had no stings attached" AKUKO!.. That was how i got very well acquainted with her and we hardly hide things from each other, according to her she feels at peace sharing things with me than her boyfriend (vicky) and apart from that i love her because she is naturally intelligent and understanding. I refused asking her out because am scared am doing the wrong thing because of my friend and she's also against it. Please what do i do? We're madly inlove with each other but i don't want to betray my friend. Advice me please.
If you can develop that kind of urge for your best friend's lady, NOBODY should entrust his woman to you because you have the tendency to sleep with any of your friend's woman in the future even when you are married.
Your friend's ladies should be like a sister to you if surely you love your friend
I once had my girlfriend's friend visit my house and slept the same bed with me and I never touched her. She spent about a week and left back to her school as she came from school for a program. The lady very pretty. Her first day, she wasn't comfortable as she slept at the edge of the bed. Subsequent days, she was free as I never disturbed her. I never took what I did as anything until my babe came visiting from school, held me kissed me all over and said she was proud of me.I wanted to know what actually was her action all about and she later opened up that her friend told her that she got a man and I explained to her that she slept same bed with me for a week and I never touched her
So my brother, learn to be a man and control yourself because what kills a man is another man's wife and money. If you can avoid this two, you as a man will live long

Crime › Re: Man Allegedly Shot Dead By Policeman In Lagos by andyanders: 4:38pm On Nov 04, 2013
When you see a Nigerian policeman, it will be wise for you to varnish because an average Nigeria police officer, 90% of them are always drunk in the office and the animals they release to the street is likely to either kill, rob or arrange or to aid a crime.
Any stolen goods is likely to be aided by a corrupt police officer. Police can only act when one of their own get killed or wounded by armed robbers who are their partners in crime
Hardly can you lay a single trust to 90% of The Nigerian police officers. I still allow about 10% of descent officers like the IG and few other officers. Most officers sucks. Very greedy and always look for crime in order to enrich their private pockets.

When I brought my children to Nigeria, they got scared looking at the way police officers carry guns and dragging innocent citizens. Even if the person committed crime their duty is to arrest the person

You can imagine the subject matter, the way an officer just because the young man came to intervene and he pulled his gun and killed the young guy and denied him access o life to take care of his children. He has ended up throwing the victims wife to widowhood and the children orphans.

I ONLY suggest that these policemen that kill, should be publicly EXECUTED, when convicted.
